I love welcome calls, welcome calls are such a great way to really get energized for the program that you are doing. So the welcome call for a stream stalking skill started today. And it also sets the tone, I think, for the program and I said something during the call that I actually didn't plan on saying, and it just kind of came out. And then I wanted to like, I've talked about it a couple times on social media, but I really wanted to dissect it a little bit more in this podcast

episode. So first of all, about this time last year, I created a program, it was a seven week program, I was going to record all the modules. And then I was going to sell it as a course over and over and over. And which I did. But what I realized is that I did not want to record courses. Let me explain. First of all I had taken by March this time, last year, I had taken a couple of programs where they

were done live. So meaning there was live teachings, even if I couldn't be on the call live, I enjoyed the way the person, the teacher, the mentor showed up. And because of the live audience, right, and so I really resonated with that as the student, but also as the mentor, and creating that momentum. And that Energizer that you get from having people on live. I think it's like this, if you are doing a live video, Facebook, tick

tock, Instagram, wherever. And you have no viewers versus viewers, I think you show up a little differently, right? Like you are definitely more energized when you have viewers right when people are paying attention. And I think it's the same thing that when I'm doing a program live and I have interaction and there are people on there, I'm showing up differently because I have an audience. I think this is a big thing that I'll never forget

going to this leadership. It was a basically a monthly meeting of speakers. And they were all stressed out and tell me they couldn't do live video because they were so used to being in front of people. And seeing that instant gratification face, it was really hard to get on video and probably that fear of having that same energy. And so I totally see it now. And I understand why I was attracted to the live programs. Now, again, I don't watch all live

programs live. Sometimes I get the replays or sometimes I join afterwards. But again, the energy is still there from the mentor. Right. And I think we get to acknowledge that. So when I created the seven week program number one, after I did it, I was like I could have done so much better. I could have gotten so much deeper, but it would have been way more than a seven week program. And how can I take this and like really expand

that. So in the program, I talked about content, I talked about lead gen, I talked about creating per offers and, and launching and visibility and so many things. And I was like I want to go deeper, I want to teach in a micro mastery way, versus just a couple of modules. And you're supposed to get all

this now. It's a great, it's a great course it's a great program for people that are new into marketing, right because it is the foundations of marketing online, but I just knew I could do so much better in a live program. So that program actually burst what is now Omni VIP. And that is me creating a brand new program every single month. Even if it's not brand new and doing air quotes, it is new art. So where stack or sorry, extreme stack and scale stem from is ignite your offers.

So you'll see like some of Ignite your offers in this but it's like new and improved and I'm showing you how to do things in a different way right? raving fans ignite your raving fans stems from the visible framework, but then it explodes it to create raving fans through your content, right? So everything builds on everything and gets better. Why does it get better because I grow right? Because I'm implementing new

things. I'm trying new things I'm getting different results right and Then I can share that with my audience. So the more I grow, the more I invest in myself, the more I'm going to teach, the more changes I'm going to have, the more I'm going to share anything that also is true from learning from multiple mentors, because I'm always learning different ways to do things. You know, I don't know that I, I don't mind creating courses as much as I mind. marketing courses. And let

me explain this as well. Because when I'm marketing, for example, streams, Dragonscale. I've done nothing, I've created the landing page, I've literally priced it, but I have, I have actually not started the program today. Obviously, we had the welcome call, but nothing is created like I am creating, I am literally pre selling. And that energizes and excites me that may not energize and excite you.

And that's okay. The great thing about owning a business is we don't have to do it, our mentors do, we don't have to do what other people do, we get to do what we want to do. And if you're the type of person that says, I would much rather record all of this, I don't want to do it live, because that freaks me out. And I'd much rather record all this, and then just sell it every day for the for the next 12 months. That's okay, too. There's nothing wrong with that,

right? It's just like energetically, one of the things that I teach is, obviously, you are a mentor, you're a coach or a trainer, whatever it is, but also your student and as a student, what do you like? And how can as a student, can you like that take that have that takeaway, and also implement that in your own programs? It's kind of like sell like you want to be sold to? Right? How do you want to be sold to, typically you're going to attract people

that are similar to you. So you should sell the way that you'd like to be sold to. So I think it goes along those lines, it doesn't have to be like, you know, check all the boxes, you could check one box, right, and the rest of it is still really aligned with you. But it's not like that one coach that you went through. So I think it's being open, being versatile.

Knowing what you like, knowing what your capacity can take, knowing what's going to energize you to sell, because again, it we can create all day long, but if we're not energized and excited to sell it, we're gonna struggle, right. So understanding what is exciting for you, and what makes you excited to sell it to talk about it, to share it with your audience. And then also in the same token, what is exciting for you to teach, right? I do what we call hybrid programs. So I

don't teach everything live. The majority of it, I do the welcome calls are obviously live. But I also create hybrid programs. So that in the case that, for example, I have Tony Robbins coming up the next couple of days, and it's gonna be really hard for me to step away and teach live. So that will be recorded. And that will be okay. It's it doesn't have to be this or that it can be this and that. Right? It can, it can be the

duality of both. But knowing that my excitement is always going to be better when I'm live, doing as many live as I possibly can. The where I typically don't do as many live things is when I share my screen just because I feel like there's this risk of internet, the it's not as stable. It's harder to, you know, wait, I feel like when you're streaming and you're recording, and you're sharing your screen, the internet just takes a hit. And so things aren't as fast and I don't want

to waste anybody's time. And I also don't want our long programs, right are hour long trainings. I try to keep them as short and concise as possible. So I think, understanding ask yourself, What are you like, as a student? What do you want to

do as a mentor? What's the capacity that you have, and knowing what type of program will work for you in the time that you have it and even though it one way may be Now, that doesn't mean in six months that you want won't have grown or evolved and you change that and that again, is the amazing thing about being a business owner,

you are allowed to do that. So anyhow, a seven week recorded program turned in on new VAP where I launch, sell and create a new program every single month that at this moment in my business fires me up, it excites

me. It excites me to tickle my audience and see what they want and if they're energized by the same things that I'm energized by and if they want to say yes to that, to that offer that new Pro Graeme and seeing if we're aligned, see if we're on the same page and without getting uncomfortable and doing that, for the first time have never known right. And there were many months that I didn't sell anything additionally, right, except for the people that were already in my

programs. But I kept holding the pillar getting into launch and sell now, but I don't like upholding the energy, knowing and believing that what I had to offer was for someone, and then one, so then two cells than three cells than four cells than five sells, and it just kept building and it's continued to build. And people continue to say yes to Omni VIP for a year. And continue to say yes, to my visible inner circle for a year. And I, it just gets to be easy.

Even when it feels hard at the beginning, even when it feels like no one's joining at the beginning, even when it feels like it's not happening I've been getting, it gets to start being easier and easier and easier. But the first thing is we have to be aligned with what we're selling. We get to be aligned with what we want to offer. We get to be aligned with

what we want to teach. We get to be aligned with everything in our business as close as possible so that we not only feel the joy from the things that we do, but we also bring the joy to others and the things that we do and they can see it and they can feel it and they want to be a part of it and they want to be in that proximity as well.
