It's November 2022 is not over yet. So ready to move. It doesn't mean we can't take a break. It doesn't mean we can't enjoy our holidays like what all is available are starting, ignite your visibility on Instagram coming up on the 28th of November and that is going to help you streamline your Instagram experience, understand fully know what type of content to be putting on there and understand all the ins and outs

real stories. He posts all the things so that you can create a raving fan audience there make sure you check it out visibility queen.com I've been talking about lately that I was very quiet for like an eight to 10 week period. And even though I still showed up, I wasn't showing up to the level to the level that I am used to or people are used to seeing me show up even though I heard a lot of comments like, Chrissy I didn't like even notice, right?

Um, but I noticed right, I knew this wasn't how I normally showed up. This wasn't how I the the frequency, the quantity, whatever you want to call it. But also the quality was a little bit different too. Because during that eight to 10 week period, something like that, I was really struggling and focusing on the person that I'm talking to I'm I'm elevating and my messaging is elevating and evolving. And that's the way it should be right in our

business, we should evolve. And I always want to be speaking to not where people are at, necessarily. Because speaking to where you're at, does you no good. I love you. If you're listening to this message right now, but it does you no good. If I speak to you where you're at, I get to speak to you where you want to go, I want you to feel what's possible, I want you to feel like I'm talking to your

higher self. Because even if we aren't to that higher level or that higher self yet, that's where we that's where we strive to be right. And so I was just struggling with all of this so much. And and so I was just very cautiously will say putting out content, very cautious about my content that I was putting out

much more quieter. And even though I felt like the content I was putting out was still very potent, it was still very cautious on my end, because I was still working through quite a few things on this person I was talking to. And so I went to an event and realized it just all became clear. And it wasn't necessarily who I wanted to work with. But it became very clear who I didn't want to work with. And I was telling my friend Megan, so she gets total props

for this, by the way. She's also my morning accountability partner. But I was telling her and then I was like, and I want people like I want to work with people who do this, and that and that and that and that. And she just said, Oh, so you mean Crissy a year ago? And I was like, dang, you called it? You totally caught it, I can support those people so much more.

Because I know what it feels like, I know what it feels like to have clients bog you down and all you want is more time freedom, because that's why you created a business, right? I know how it is that we have to turn these things around, and how do I get less clients but not lose my revenue, but also bring up this other passive side of my business. I know how it feels like to struggle, but one more and know that you're meant for more, right? I know that feeling. I know that feeling.

Just like the person I used to talk to more than anything was the person who had never been on video. I not necessarily talking to that person anymore, just because I've evolved and elevated now, maybe somebody's listening and you're like I still am not on video, I still could use your help. That doesn't mean I can't help you. It's just not who I'm talking to right now. Right? I can still serve and support there. But even when I was back there, you

know talking to that person. The reason people gravitated towards me is because I'm an introvert. I struggled with it. I still get hives, right? I had all those same problems. I had the fears. I had the perfectionism I have all of those things that you have when you're struggling to get on video even more, right. And so that's the one thing that I found that just you know, helped me It helped people resonate with me even more. But I want you to think about this.

And a lot of times we say and I've even taught like finding your ideal client, right, but sometimes we're too close to it. And we're taught that like your ideal person could be a previous version of you. They could want what you wanted Right, but you're there now. But you now you want more, they could want to have the time freedom that you have. They could want to have the results that you've gotten, they could want to have the revenue that you've gotten, right? But think about is that

your person? Is the person that you're trying to attract you previously? Because you know, who knows that person better than anyone you do. Now, is it easier if like, you journal it and you document it all that time? Heck, yeah, it is. But it still makes it easier. Because you've been there. You've had those once you've had those needs, you've had those desires. And so what better way to talk to that person, then to embody that person. And remember, what you felt like when you were

there. Sometimes when we evolve, we almost go through this is it Taylor Swift. Taylor can't come to the phone right now she's dead or something like that. And it's almost like that person of who I was talking to, and what, who I served and, and my messaging was truly strictly around visibility, right. And still, visibility is a huge part of my business. But I'm more than visibility. I'm more than video. I'm more than marketing. I've invested $50,000 in coaching and mentoring in the

last 12 months. I have seen how people mentor I have seen how all these things happen. I used to take on one on one coaching mentoring clients. And I kind of stopped I think from a fear based thing, but I have so much more to give than marketing visibility. Yes, that is a huge part of me, and it will never leave and I do believe visibility is one of the best ways and it doesn't have to be video friends love you. But is one of the best ways to grow

your business. I do think video will fast track you there 100% of the time, video will fast track you where you want to go much quicker than a static post. However, and it doesn't have to be live video, it can be short form, it can be tick tock. It can be reels it can be YouTube shorts, doesn't matter. But the question is do you know where you want to go? Do you know what you want out of your business? Do you know who you're talking to? Do you feel very vibed with

who you're talking to? Do you feel very connected with who you're talking to? Because once that becomes so crystal clear, and it's the one thing I used to teach how to do this, and I call it the secret to attracting your clients and customers online. And the reason I called it that was because nobody wants to talk about their ideal person. It's just facts. Nobody wants to nail the ideal person down. But here's what I found. I never said my ideal person was a

woman. I never even said my ideal person was a business owner. I mean, yes, that's probably a given. I never said she was a certain age. I never said she had kids or didn't have kids. I never said she was married or did wasn't married. I said my ideal person is an action taker. My ideal person isn't sitting around making excuses. She's trying to always figure out what's next. What can I do better? How can I improve? How can I move the needle? What's the most uncomfortable I

can get today? To get me to where I want to go even faster. She's ready to make moves way faster than she's ready, right? She's technically not ready. She's just making the moves. She's going and doing the thing before she's ready. My idol person is passionate about what she does. She's eager. She's coachable. She's ready to see results. And that was so empowering. to figure all of this out. She's willing to do the work, she's willing to take

the steps. She's willing to do whatever it takes to get her and her business where she wants it to go. Because she knows she has a higher purpose. She knows she has more people to serve. And that's what I loved figuring out about my person. It's really not about her. It's about the people she helps so technically, the more people I help I'm helping them help more people. And that my friends, is it

amazing Why is an amazing? Think legacy is an amazing feeling of what the content and the reason I'm putting stuff out into the world. It just, it just all comes full circle, it all makes so much more sense. And it took me basically 10 weeks of some major soul searching, some questioning, some reviewing some seeing, who I didn't want to

work with, to realize that. So if you struggle with your ideal person, if you struggle with knowing who that person is, you're dragging through if you struggle with all that, trust me when I say it will all come to you. Don't let it go. Don't be like Ah ha, figure that out later. Keep thinking about it. Keep pushing the envelope, keep thinking keep thinking, keep thinking keep thinking it will happen. Maybe, hopefully, it doesn't take you eight to eight

to 10 weeks like it did me. But if it does, cautiously, create your content. Put out there put feelers out there, what happens, what are people saying. And all that time, almost gives you permission. And now my content is so bold now like I'm kicking out content, like I wanted two to five live videos yesterday. And I found this he said you have to just record this, record these stop, you're gonna drive your audience crazy, stop trying to create five live videos, just record them and put them out

when you can. They can become podcast episodes all of these days, right? Because I was just so full of energy I was so full of wanting to give and that whole wall reciprocity and all of those things I was ready to pour into my audience and serve. That's what I really wanted to do. So when you find out that person, and then when everything is back into your zone, that's when the magic happens. I love this discovery. I love how it made me feel. I love how I'm able to support more people.

Because I'm willing to look at the bigger picture and talk to them at their highest level, not stunt their growth and talk to them where they're at.
