He posts all the things so that you can create a raving fan audience there, make sure you check it out visibility queen.com Something that I've learned when it comes to money mindset, every money mindset course I've taken from Denise Duffield Thomas, to Amanda Francis to even my coach Melanie, like everyone talks about what we call energetic maximums and energetic minimums.

And so basically, the premise is, is that we have a minimum that we expect our bank account to ever get to right and a maximum like anything over that would blow our minds. But we have this the most possible that we think could go in there, right? The same thing has happened when you personally write or creating revenue as a business owner, you have a minimum that you expect, right that you would never go below. And then you have this maximum that you've never went above.

And so it's just become your norm, so to speak. And until you blow your mind again, it'll typically stay the same. And the same thing goes to when we are both pricing ourselves, right, we have a minimum that we would take at a maximum because anything over that we don't believe in our mind that people

would pay that pay for that. And then also, when we ourselves are paying for something, we have that same energetic minimum and maximum, like, if I pay that much like it's not going to be worth anything to me or it's so low, like I probably wouldn't like invest like my time into it, I would buy it and probably it would just sit there. And then the maximum where it's really stretching me. And this is like freaking me out. Right?

So what I have found is that even for myself, like when I first made the first program I ever joined, well, the first coach I ever sick. Six years ago, I paid a coach $25 an hour, right. And that was a lot for me at that time. And then I joined a program to uplevel my social media skills that was $47 a month. Again, that felt like a lot to me, right. And so after that $47 program, I invested in a I want to say it was it was either 1000 or $2,000 program, but it was just a one time fee.

And you just paid it and then you got the program. That was a huge stretch for me. And then when I joined my first mastermind, many of you, I've told you this story. If you've been following me for a while I filled out the application like 10 times and never push submit because I was freaking out so bad. I was so scared. I knew it was a year commitment. I had in my head it was like 12,000 plus dollars a year. But you couldn't get out of the commitment. Like I knew like all these things.

And I also want those types of people that I don't actually want to make a commitment unless I can be my word that's very, very important to me. So I kept filling it out, kept filling out kept filling out chickening out chickening out chickening out chickening out. And then I finally filled it out, had a call with one of my best friends now, at the time, and she was I didn't really know her at the time. But I had this call with

her. And so basically she took me through like, all these questions, asked me about my business, and then told me the amount even though I had this idea in my head of what the amount was the first like payment was like two payments. And so I'm like, What am I gonna get this money? Like, this is like, first of all, this is a lot of money every single month. And then you're telling me I gotta like, pay like two payments right up front. And I'm like, oh my god, how am I going to do this? How

I'm gonna make this work? This is insane. Like, this is like, I just had my best month ever, but I don't know that it can support that. Right. And so, I don't know, she gave me a deadline. I can't remember. But I knew it. I know it. It I made a decision I had I at least I told myself I had to make a decision. I give myself a lot of deadlines. Like either make the decision do it now or do it within this

timeframe. Like I'll say things to myself all the time, like, either make the decision today you're doing it or you're not doing it and you're not thinking about it anymore. Like move or don't move. That's your choice, like taking action or not doing it Right, both are taking actions, in essence, so I get myself those deadlines. So maybe that was one of those instances I can't really remember so long ago. But anyhow, I found a way to make it work. Because I felt like my business

was stuck and stagnant. And I knew that I could uplevel if I did this, right, I knew it would give me the courage to not only improve my skills and put myself out there, but it would also help me uplevel my, what I could charge, because I had this like expert person teaching me and giving me all of this experience. So I could learn, right, I could implement, and then I could teach because it was very industry specific, right. And so this is what is so incredible about this energetic minimum, a

maximum. So I ended up I could say, I had to save for a year. And after the year, I could choose to walk away or stay. It's going for years now. So I have not left. But also, that's an easy payment for me now. $12,000 A year is easy. And I know that's crazy to think that because like there are people who won't pay $1,000 a month for a car payment, right? And here I am paying this for a coach, right? A mentorship program, right? A mastermind, basically.

And so then I stumbled upon my new coach back in January, and she was selling this program that was four or six weeks long. I can't even remember for like $3,333. And I was like, what? For a six week program? Are you kidding me? And you don't like you're not on a zoom call. And it's like, okay, but I felt like this was going to uplevel my business once again. So I said yes. And I did it. And then I went into her $1,000 A month membership, not mastermind

membership. And then I eventually ended up paying her 3000 $3,333 a month for her very, very intimate mastermind. None of those were on my radar like, six, four years ago, $1,000 a month was making me sweat making my heartbeat like excessively. I could have never imagined I don't even know on January 1 This year, I could imagine myself paying as much as I did for a intimate mastermind. But it's the experience is so like, out of this world. Like I don't

even know what to say. It's totally worth it to me. And so now that's like, is that still stretch? Yes, it's still stretching, because I'm still paying for the other, right? I mean, I've invested I think I did the math over $30,000 this year in my mentorship, my personal development, make training, right? To help me become a better mentor, Business Growth specialist, marketing expert, visibility, strategist, right, all of those things helped me become who I am.

But the one thing that we also miss out on is that sometimes just taking that leap of faith, that we can afford that taping, taking that leap of faith that oh my god, this is insane. I can't believe I'm paying this much money. But I'm gonna do it. Because I know something crazy is gonna come after I do this. And this is exactly what happened once I joined my race, my inner circle prices.

And it's kind of one of those things that sometimes you are on this fence, and you're like, Okay, it's something if one person buys it, I know somebody else will. Right? And so you're waiting for that one person, but you get to have the belief that it's there. So raise the price. Somebody bought it and I'm like, Okay, done. And then my coach was like, Okay, time raise it

again. I'm like, why? And it's like, okay, stretch me again, I need another energetic maximum, right, I need to move I need to uplevel it's time to uplevel again. And again, and again and again. So the same thing goes again, with your bank account with what you charge with how you price your services with what is in your savings account. And it also has to do with how much you will pay. What is your energetic maximum for what you will pay what you will invest in yourself?

Sure, it helps if you see yourself as an investment versus a gamble. If you don't believe in yourself and you don't believe you'll do the work. It's really hard to spend that kind of money. But if you know you will take every ounce of direction and you will apply that you will apply that to what you've learned and take the action and execute Game Changer every single time game changer. So the question is, what is the maximum that you would pay for support? What is that energetic maximum?

Are you at a place where you're paying is like, easy? And it's like, Mmm, this is easy. This doesn't really stretch me. That doesn't mean you have to leave that program. It's just are we thinking of the next thing? Or the next way to stretch ourselves? Would I pay $5,000 a month for a coach? I mean, that's, that's stretchy. But yeah. I know what paying 3300 A month has done for me, right? It's elevated me it's elevated my mind. It's elevated what I can charge.

And I know there's more value and more nuggets and, and more belief and more confidence all in there, too. Right? It's like all compounded. That compound effect. I had to, I had to commit to the coach for three months that I'm in. And I told her at the end of the three minutes, I was like, I'm not leaving yet. I'm not ready yet. And she was like, Okay, you just

stay on as long as you want. And this other thing that I do my programs like this, too, is that once you fulfill your commitment, you can just stay on as long as you want at that price. If you leave and come back, then the price will be increased, right. But having that power and knowing that it's still a stretch, and on some months aren't looking as good as other months. And I could easily back

out, right? Like, if I look at the beginning of this month, and I was like, Oh, I was looking at my estimated revenue that was automatically coming in. And it was like, you know, I could totally like alleviate like 3000 $3,000 right now, like I could totally just have that back. But is that serving me? Is that supporting my long term goals? I'm not done with this coach yet. I'm not done. And so what is your next energetic maximum? What do you get to do next? How much money do you get to spend?

A lot of times people say money and magic and it's so true. I don't know all the details of spending that much money. I don't have all the knowledge of knowing what that does to you energetically and, and belief and all of this stuff. I just know it works. I know something magical happens when I spend more money on myself. I'll leave you with this last thing. When I joined this mastermind, one of the girls in there we were talking about raise my prices and I was like

freaking out. And she goes I raised my prices to my coaching. I think it was $5,585 a month. A lot of people love Angel numbers. And she said for 12 months. Nobody bought it. No one bought it. But I had held the belief that I was worth that much. And so somebody said maybe you're giving them too much. And so instead of four calls a month, she moved into two within moving it to two she sold to within the next 30 days. Funny how money works right?

Her pulling away to cause gave her more confidence and helped her be able to sell it because she believed in it. At that point. Do you believe in yourself? Do you think you're a gamble? Do you think you're an investment? If you pay this increased energetic maximum Are you willing to execute? Are you willing to implement Are you

coachable? Are you willing to do the work so that you can blow your own freaking nine I will continue to increase my prices because I know the level that I'm at I'm probably way under price already. I am way under priced already. Let me rephrase that. But we can keep up leveling. If we believe we can keep creating that new energetic maximum for our bank account or a savings account for our done for you services for our program prices for our mentoring or coaching prices.

If we can hold it, if we believe because if you don't believe nobody else is gonna believe either. So think about that. Think about how you can increase what you've been charging. And take a chance on yourself as an investment, not a gamble.
