So I had this major momentum going with working out. And it was amazing, right? Obviously, when I first started, it sucked. It was painful. It was exhausting. I was supposed to eat like all this food, I couldn't eat this food. And I was literally like crying with my trainer, like, I cannot force myself to eat this food, like I'm gonna vomit if I eat a more this food. And so it was this whole, like, ordeal, right? Cuz you're, you know getting used to working out you have this body
that is not in shape. And then you're supposed to eat all this food to nourish the body that you're working out. And you can't keep up with either thing and you're tired all the time. Until right until you hit the peak where the appetite comes in. And then the strength comes in, the energy starts coming in, and then you hit this momentum, right. And then you don't want
to stop until you do stop. And you decide, if you're me, I'm going to take the summer off from working out, I'm just gonna go walking every day, and I'm not gonna go to the gym every day. And then the summer, which is like what three months turns into four months and five months and six months. And before you know it, the momentum streak is gone. The momentum, the consistent action, the repetition, it's all gone, it's out the window. And we got to add in the fact that crumble
moved in to your town. And so you also not only aren't working out, but you eat crumble like once a week, while you purchase it once a week, which means you probably eat it every day. Because you know, like one cookie is like four servings or whatever. And so you go from having a consistent, like healthy. I don't know if I'll say word healthy, but you're in shape, right body to a much softer crumble cookie body is
how we'll say this, right. And not only that, not only the softer because body image that my body isn't bothered me, I don't care, my body looks like I really don't. But I do care about being having the strength and not having back pain. And you know, feeling like I can pick up my granddaughter, you know, all of these things right
are so so important to me. And when I got out of shape, or the crumble cookie, body, whatever you want to call it, those things kind of like fell by the wayside because it just wasn't happening because the strength just isn't there. And I lost the momentum and raise your virtual hand. If you've lost the momentum. You've tried to get that frickin momentum back. It is hard. It is hard to get back in the groove. When you are in a groove and you get out of a groove, it is so hard to get
back into it. And that is why we get to stay consistent with things especially in our business. This has happened to me with video when I when I did 215 Live videos in the month of July 2021. I was burnout, I was burnt out from doing video. And I honestly want to tell you, I probably took a 60 day hiatus from video because I was exhausted i i did not want to get back on video. And so it took a while to get that momentum going again, right. And so here's why I'm telling you
this. If consistency if consistent actions, repetition, whatever you want to call it creates momentum, right? Because we have to create our own momentum. Before we get gratification. There's no instant gratification. Typically, we do get, you know, Lucky sometimes. But we get to create the momentum ourselves. We get to create the evidence ourselves that I can keep doing
this right. And knowing that the more that we do anything, we're going to get better number one, we're going to create our own momentum number two, and we're naturally going to improve that goes with video that goes with offer creation that goes with offer delivery that goes with marketing our business that goes with, you know, showing up and being on a guest on other people's podcasts that goes for podcast recordings like I'm doing right now. That also goes
for launching. So many people hate loathe, cannot stand launching. But they are literally not doing it enough to even get better. And the reason they don't want to do it enough to get better. It's because it's not fun. It's exhausting. It wears them out. And they literally dread the word launch. And here's what I want to say to those people. Hi, my name is Chrissy, and I absolutely used to loathe launching to, I feel you, my friend. It's super scary. It can be super
exhausting. But there is a way that is aligned, that will work with you, your business, your lifestyle. So that literally if you wanted to, you don't have to. But if you wanted to launch every single month, it would not feel like this massive amount of work. It wouldn't. And I believe just like, I believe there is a visibility sell for everyone, I believe there's a project management system for everyone.
I believe that there is a mentor for everyone, like different things work for your brain better different people work with your brain better. And the thing is, is that we just get to find the framework, the launch framework that feels really good to you. That feels really like effortless, per se to you. I'm not gonna say it's not work, because I don't want to set that expectation. Because a launch is work. But it doesn't have to be
miserable. It doesn't have to be stressful, it doesn't have to be not fun. I would not watch every single freaking month. If it was stressful, exhausting and not fun. I have fun with it. A lot of it is my mindset, I'm not going to, you know, sugarcoat that. But we're going to talk about that. And you know, ignite your launch, to sell and scale to, we're going to talk about selling, that's not stressful, we're going to talk about scaling your launches and your
offers, that is not stressful. I don't want it to stress you out. I don't want it to cause you exhaustion, I don't want it to feel like this thing, or now is going down chalkboard moment that you absolutely can't stand and you are avoiding. I want you to create consistent launches, again does not have to be every month, it could be every quarter so that you can improve so that you can get better so that you can build on that over and over
and over again. Question is Are you willing to give launching a chance? Are you willing to find a style that works for you and your business, your lifestyle, your home life? Are you going to keep doing the same thing over and over again, that hating every bit of it or not enjoying it to the fullest or not getting the results that you've wanted to get? Ignite your launch to sale and scale starts this week.
