I did a masterclass last year about unlocking 10k months. And I have since updated a lot of that. And we're going to talk about why your 10k months are blocked, basically, you're not reaching your 10k months. So first of all, what is so special about 10k months? Well, 10k months typically are the coveted Oh, I've made it six figures. But actually, if we can be clear, to get to six figures, you only need to have $8,333 months or some 15k months, some 5k months, and they all equal
100k. Right. So 10k months, don't mean anything. It's funny in my business, I always wanted a 10k month and I actually, so the first time I got really close, it was like 9995 or something, it was like less than $10 away. And obviously, I didn't do the math till the next month or otherwise, I found a way or I turned $5 in myself, right. But the it didn't happen again. For I think it was nine months after that, that I actually hit. I think it was 12
came on. And I just never hit a 10k month I just exceeded it right. And it's funny because I'll never forget that when I was at a my first mastermind, like get together that I had joined a friend of mine. She said, What did you and your coach talk about today? Because I had a mentorship call. And she said, Well, I said, Well, you know, getting to 10 a month she goes why 10k months? Might not 15 Why not? 20? Why not 30. And I never forgot that she said that. And she's one of my best
friends now. But I never forgot that she said that. And so it is like, why 10k months. But regardless if that is your goal, or you're stuck at eight, or you're stuck at nine, and you're like, I gotta figure out a way to get there. Even if you can't get over five, listen to these things on reasons that may be blocked and see if there's something that you can work on in your own business to get out of blocking yourself from those 10k months. Okay, number one, you don't believe like, you
don't believe that? It's possible, you don't believe that you deserve it, there's some reason that you don't believe like, you have a lot of disbelief. And I'm going to talk about this in number two. But thinking Grow Rich is like one of the number one books, right, it's one of the number one books there's ever been sold. And all of the very high achieving high level CEOs, investors, alike
live their life by it, right. So if you don't believe you are blocking yourself from taking events and nothing, unless you accidentally win the lottery right is going to help you get there if you don't believe that is possible. So we gotta get
that belief. Like ingrained in you, we gotta believe you got to believe that you deserve it, you gotta believe it's possible, you got to see and surround yourself with other people who are achieving these things and maybe even more so that you know, it's possible for you to number two, you don't pour into yourself daily, again, going back to thinking Grow Rich, like where is the personal development. I have a friend and I would say she's a mentor. She was in a mastermind that I was in last
year. And she was like talking about, like 12 steps, and how in 12 steps you literally, like what you did yesterday does nothing for you today, right? Like use every single day you pour into yourself, right? Your meal from yesterday isn't tying you over. Until tomorrow, right? Like you pour into yourself every single day. You pour into your mind every single day. You take care of yourself every single day, right in some way, shape, or form, drink your
water. Get some me time, pour into your mind, like work on your mindset work on your emotional intelligence, all those things. The next thing that I see that are blocking people from 10k months is that they don't mean anything that they do. And what does that mean? Exactly? So when we don't mean something? What we're doing is we're seriously, we're checking a box. We're going through the motions to say, Oh, I did that. Oh, I did that. Oh, I did that. And so it's literally blocking us from
success. Right? It's blocking us because we don't mean anything. So when we don't mean anything that we do, right? So I put up put out a piece of content. I don't really mean what I say I'm literally just doing it because I need to be consistent, and I need to put out content today or I need to put out a video today so I'm gonna hum through it right and It doesn't really mean anything. If I don't have any emotion or feelings attached to the content or attached to the video that I put out. Why is
anybody else? How's anybody else going to feel anything from that? I'm literally pacing in my house right now, like talking about this, this is probably coming from my pastor dad. But like, like, I'm fired up, right? Like, I mean, this podcast episode, friends, I made it. So we get to stop going through the motions, check off a box, and we get to mean everything we do. Seriously, when you reply that email, you mean it, when you send out that email, you mean
it. When you get on video, you mean it when you say I am absolutely passionate about what I do, and I am here to serve and support you mean it, and show others that you mean it. Alright, number four, you aren't consistently visible, like you are not visible. I don't mean just video. I mean, you're putting yourself out there, you're getting in front of other people's audiences, you are struggling with all of that. visible once a week is not enough. I love you, my friend.
It's just not enough. Okay, I'm going to end it there. You know whether or not you are consistently visible. Number five, you aren't creating content that converts, we can go back to being visible we can go back to you don't mean it right when we say that, but we really get to get really clear on our content, we get to get really clear on the person we're
talking to. We get to create content that brings in raving fans in to our ecosystem brings raving fans in to our our programs, create raving fans, so that when we have that next offer that next launch, they were like, Heck yeah, amen. Right. All right, number six, you aren't consistent. Now, this is typically going to be marketing your business. But are you consistent and belief in yourself? Are you consistent in pouring in yourself every single
day? See what I mean? Every single one of these that we've already talked about? Are you consistent with them? And the ones following this? Are you consistent with them? Right? Number seven, you do not have a client attraction strategy. You can call this lead gen, you can call this whatever you want. But
you don't have one. So you're not focused every single day on living your best life number one, but number two, sharing that with your audience so that you can create raving fans, and you can create this client attraction strategy. get what I'm saying? This can be people that become future Solon clients, this can be people that are leads for now. Right? Maybe they're just warm leads, and they're not necessarily hot. But where are we putting them? Where are we talking to them? Are we
getting their email address? Are we creating an asset? Like what are we doing? Alright, number eight, you aren't investing in yourself. I had someone who just joined one of my programs, and she said, Oh my god, like two people joined my program right after that. And I was like, That is the power of investing in yourself crazy things happen when you take a chance on yourself because you know, you're an investment not a gamble. Crazy things happen,
right? So it's time to invest in yourself, it's time to invest in yourself. And that doesn't mean multiple 1000s of dollars, if that's not where you're at in your business right now. But when before I made 10k months, I was paying $1,000 every single month, $12,000 a year to my first mentorship, my first not mentorship mastermind. I was in it. And there were hard months, I didn't feel like I could continue to pay it. But I kept
doing it. That is where I grew the most when I felt like I couldn't pay it and I kept paying it anyhow. Number nine, you do not have a mentor. Friends, like I'm not saying you always need a mentor all the
time. Okay. But for the most part in my business, I have had a mentor that I can, or mastermind that I can vent to that I can you know, navigate the difficult situations, because there are situations that I come across all the time I've never been in before but my mentor has, and they can help me navigate through that. They can also say oh, your mindsets not right. Oh, this is a mindset issue. Oh, you need to work on this. Oh, how when's the last time you worked on your
emotional intelligence? Like when's the last time you ask yourself the tough questions like they can really pinpoint the things that you don't identify with because you're too close to your whole business and the whole situation. Number 10. You don't have a community and support that you can count on and get back to
yourself. So what I mean by this is in a mastermind inner circle type community, you're not only getting support from other people, but you're giving other people's support which what does that do? that helps your leadership that helps you mentor, right? By being in that type of container. Not only do you get mentorship from the leader, whoever created that container, but you're also getting that community support from the people that are around you. And that is huge, right?
All right, number 11. You aren't creating multiple streams of revenue, like You seriously have one stream of revenue. And that's it. Meaning that if you are a done for you business, right, if you're done for your business, and people cannot afford XYZ package, hopefully your prices are high enough, some people can't afford it, right? And then you don't have a backup plan. Well, here's my other option. If this isn't right for you, you said no, like, here's another option for
you. How good does that feel? Yeah, it's done for you. But you create it one time, or sorry, it's done. DIY, do it yourself, but you create it one time, and they pay you for it, right? And then so does the next person, or it's a monthly program. And you keep getting paid for it. So multiple streams of revenue are huge for your business, especially to get over 10k months, right? Number 12. You
aren't income stacking. So you're starting every month at zero, my friend if you're starting every month at zero, we got to talk like seriously, just stop this podcast episode right now. Hit me up on it's Crissy Conner on Instagram, because we

Your business isn't scalable. So when your business isn't scalable, what happens, you're tired, you're exhausted, you aren't loving it, again, you're going through the
motions. You're not excited about it, you're not passionate about it anymore, because it's become a job, the thing that you left the nine to five that you left, that you felt like you were in in it every single day grinding to the bones living at your desk. Your business is it scalable, it's also not sustainable. Because at some point, you're going to give out some point you're going to want to take a vacation at some point
you're going to get sick. And then what happens when you're not around to pick up the pieces. We get to create a sustainable business my friend we get to create a scalable business and a lot of that is creating those you know number 11 The streams of revenue it's a lot of that is that income stacking and a lot of it is pouring a new shelf every single day back to number two. So if you feel like any of these are blocking you from 10k months,
how can we move forward? How can we change the trajectory of your business? How can we fall back in love with it? How can we take a break How can we live our life more and stop living at our desk so much.
