I hope you don't mind the background noise because I am recording this podcast episode out by my pool and I love hearing the water. So I hope you love hearing it too unless it makes you go the bathroom, then I apologize. But it's so soothing and so comforting. And so we're going with it. Okay. So today, I really want to talk about things

that hold us back. And in my business, when I look at anytime I stalled it anytime I stopped myself at any time, I wasn't showing up, like I know I'm capable of these are the things that I struggled with number one, I was out of alignment somewhere. So meaning I was doing something that wasn't in alignment for me and my business that didn't feel good. As a generator in human design, like I it's an it's like a full body

Yes, or full body. No, there's no maybe right like, either I have all in or I'm all out. That's the way I get to be. And so whenever I've not been in alignment or been doing something that I wasn't aligned with, I struggled showing up, right. The next thing that has stalled or prevented me from showing up the way that I want

is messaging. Meaning if I didn't know what to say, if I forgot who I was talking to, or if I was changing who I was talking to, or if I thought I was talking to somebody different than I thought I should talk to you like any type of whether you're call that misalignment or not having clarity in your messaging, like has caused me to stall and stop or not show up to 100% my

ability, right? The other thing is that when I have not shown up the way that I should, it's because I'm not doing the things that light me up. Meaning we can go back to alignment in that as well. But when I am full in my business, when I'm fully in my business, I am doing the things that really light me up, I'm having fun, I'm using words I get to instead of I have to total mindset adjustment, right?

But it really works. Because if I have to post on social media, or I have to get on video, I'm going to find a really hard, it's gonna be really hard for me, right. But also, it's that energy, like, I get to show up on video because I could change somebody's life today, I get to show up on video because someone may need to hear what I have to say, I get to show up on video because right? Someone needs to hear this. Versus I have to show

up on social media. If I want to sell something today, I have to show up on social media, if I want somebody to sign up for my free program, like it's just a totally different and different energy. And you're also going to it's going to your audience is going to feel that whether you get to where you have to they're going to figure it out, right. They may not say oh, she hates her business, no, but they're going to be like something's

off. This just doesn't feel like the energy that I want to be in. And they're going to just say no, or move on. So always be in that energy of I get to and find the joy and the passion back in your business. If you've got to dig deeper, you got to walk away to like rediscover it, then rediscover it. And the other thing is, is that when I have done things in my business for money I stole because I don't get the results that I want.

When we want to do things for the money, we are in it for the short term short term, we are not in it for the long term. And when we are in it for the money and things don't happen the way that we want them to, we're much more easily to give up. Versus if I'm doing this because I believe in it. And I know how it can transform somebody's life. That's a reason to keep showing

up. Even if you don't sell the way that you think you should see that energy that like that alignment there is so different, right? I gotta sell, I gotta make money. Or I'm going to show up today because this value that I'm giving, whether somebody buys or not, is it can transform someone like literally they can take these tips and make a change. And so when I have shown up in that way, it's been a game

changer. The other thing that has stalled me or kept me from showing up the way that I should, is when I am afraid to let go meaning I am afraid fraid to give things away, I am afraid that I'm gonna give you all my secrets. And you're never going to need me, right. And so I talk a lot about this in my programs, because this always comes up. And I heard something today that was just like so juicy. And it was like 100%. Yes. I can't give it all away. Because who I am

right now, in this moment. I won't be her in an hour, and I won't be in her in six hours. And I won't be her tomorrow. Because I don't plan on sitting still not moving, not making mistakes, not pouring into myself, like I am always learning. I am always a work in

progress. So therefore, even if I literally dumped every bit of knowledge out of my brain right now into this podcast, I still wouldn't give it all away, because I'll be a different person six hours from now 12 hours from now, two weeks from now. When you are constantly pouring into yourself, you can evolve and quantum leap. So freaking fast, my friend so fast. The question is, are you done? Are you fine, staying stagnant and in the place that you are? Are you always going to

be up leveling? And that means pouring into yourself? Learning how to create better content, learning how to create better messaging, learning how to launch better learning how to sell better, all those like basic things, right? So if you want momentum in your business, we got to get clear on who we're talking to in our messaging. We've got to get clear on what lights us up, how can we show up that feels in Super alignment with what we want to do? We got to understand our why and it

cannot be for money. Why are we doing this? How do we feel that we can truly transform and change people's lives? These are all questions you get to ask yourself, and the momentum is going to be hard to come by or it's going to be fleeting. If we cannot get clear on those things. Visibility is getting

visible. But it's also being very clear on the path that we get to take to reach the goals clearing the fog making the path easier, and understanding how to connect with our audience deeper and stronger every single time we show up.
