I have always heard, and I've talked about reading high performance habits by Brendon Burchard. And I've heard this at FHL from a speaker, but truly the enemy of wealth is delay. And here's why I read a study, it was actually looking to see how many CEOs are in reverse, which by the way, the majority of them are, it's like 56 58%, something like that, which I found very interesting. Putting out in this article, while I'm reading this, I also see that the biggest mistakes that CEOs

make is waiting. So basically, you come up with an idea, and you don't act on it. So when you don't act on it, what happens? You, you wait on it. And typically what I have found is, the longer that we wait on something, something, the longer we wait on something, the more dumb it sounds right, it just doesn't sound as exciting. It doesn't resonate, we start talking ourselves out of it, why this won't work, why that won't work. And then we don't do it.

Or we don't do it with the stamina, and we don't do with the excitement and the confidence when we first came up with it. So this article said that when we actually delay that cost us more money than it does to actually do something, and then it ends up being a mistake. Interesting, right? So this is why I was talking to one of my inner circle members. And I said, Yeah, I have had somebody working on my funnels. But honestly, it just was too slow. And then I said, Actually, let

me correct that. No one can move as fast as me right now. And so I learned how to do it so that I wasn't always waiting on somebody else. Actually, now I'm training my husband how to do it so that I don't have to do it at all. And he can start his own new stream of business. But I think it's important to note that if I waited for four weeks, or however long it taking people to run with something, yes, I can still be selling it on the back end. But if I want to start in two weeks, I'm behind

already, right? And so I don't want anyone and first of all, I am not telling you to do this. I'm just saying find somebody to do this for you. If you want to DIY it, you absolutely can. Most people don't move as fast as me until you've been in business for a while. And that's also okay. But I don't want to wait, I want to do this thing now. And I think it became even more prevalent when I created Omni BAP last year because we're having a monthly program every

single month. And in my head, I think I know what the next program is. But if I get a new download, and I'm like, Oh my gosh, this would crush it. This will be awesome. People need this so bad. I don't want to wait. Right? I want to create that now. Or if I want to have a masterclass on Friday, right. I don't want to have to wait for anybody have to set that up for me. So I also have a lot of templates that I can recreate, which makes my life so much

easier. But I think that's the thing is that we wait on so many things, we wait for everything to be perfect. We wait on like, oh my gosh, like, did I do this? Right? Like, what if I didn't dot my i's and cross my T's? And oh my gosh, what's going to happen if this? What's going to happen if that what's gonna happen bla bla bla bla bla, right? And what does this do to us? Number one, nothing is ever going to be perfect. I'm not saying don't, you know, do the basics, right? But nothing is

ever going to be perfect. So why are we waiting for it to be perfect? I see so many business owners, like Well, I gotta get all my funnels up and I gotta get my email sequence. And I want to record all my videos and I want to do this. And I understand it is a stalling mechanism. And because of fear, I mean, let's be honest, that's really what it is. But then, during all that time that took them, let's say it took them six weeks to get all that together.

I've slacked on their social media, they've slacked on their visibility. They've slacked on building relationships, then they're ready to launch and what happens? Crickets? Right? Crickets. The same thing is true when people you know are like, Oh, I'm gonna get visible next week, because I'm going to launch the week after that. And I'm like, Oh, honey, we should have started this a long time ago. Yes, I'm glad you're gonna start and you will probably

still get some traction. But if we want results, if we want to reach goals. We got to be mindful of that right? Total side note. But what I want you to realize is that We overthink way too many things. We are so indecisive, especially as

business owners, I see this. And the people who are winning at the CEO life, the people that are winning at this entrepreneur life, they are making big, fast, scary moves way before they're ready way before everything is put together, way before all these things happening, right? So where can you improve on this? Where can you work on this? Where can you be better at this? I'm not saying that you need to think of something and two seconds later, you go sell it, which you absolutely can.

And you probably would be way more competent way more excited about it. And it probably would sell better because you're so excited. But what happens to most of us is either that inner voice or inner critic, or someone that we love, right? Not intentionally, but they bring us back down to earth. And that is one of the biggest downfalls I see of entrepreneurship is that we get brought back down to earth. Now, I'm not saying don't set realistic goals don't like, you know, put yourself in lack.

Like, I'm not saying any of that. But the thing is, is that we're, we're taught to dream big, but then when we do it, oh, that's never gonna work. Well, whether that's somebody else that tells us that or our inner critic, right? Is is never going to work. So why are you trying so hard? move so fast, that the negative committee in your head can't keep up, moves so fast, that you can't stop. moves so fast, that literally like you're already committed, and you're already all in. And so at this

point, you gotta go. You gotta finish there, you know, you gotta follow through, right? move so fast, that literally you're like, in your head, like, I can't even keep up with myself right now. But I know that this is the way it supposed to be. As over thinkers, and I have always been an indecisive overthinker. I'm just gonna tell you that right now. I am not free from feeling this way. But when I feel something I move, when I felt this podcast episode, I moved. I picked up my phone and

I was feeling it in my bones. I was feeling it in my soul. And I moved. Do you know that this is going to land better than if I would have waited till tomorrow to record this? It's going to land so much differently. Because I'm feeling it in my heart and soul right now. I didn't wait. When I did ignite your assets, that was probably the longest thing I worked on. Because honestly, I did. It was a tool. And I am not a tool creator. So I had figured it out. Right. And that was like my

biggest hurdle. And although it did slow down my progress, for sure. Right, once the tool was done, and I was like, What, wait a minute, this works. And then I realized after I The tool was done that I had some things to figure out. I had like 48 hours to figure it out before I taught it in Orlando with my inner circle. But I figured it out. And it was like, Oh, my God, this is it. This is it. I figured out this is amazing. And then I started selling it. And then I updated it even more. And

then I sold some more. And I updated a mark and we're doing it live right now. And you already know that I'm going to update it even more when we're done. I'm not going to delay. The enemy of wealth is delay. Stop delaying stop waiting. Stop waiting for the perfect moment stop overthinking everything, you can make a mistake because that is less costly. Then delay and waiting. Let me say that again. It is less costly. To make a mistake. Sure. Maybe you call it failure. Maybe you call

it a faceplant. Maybe you call it a breakdown. If you make a mistake, but what I call it is gross what I call it is a learning opportunity. What I call it is this is going to change the trajectory of your business, whether it's I learned from it, or I grew from it, or I succeeded and I've changed people's lives. Does it really matter? Somebody's growing, somebody's learning, somebody's moving. And that's what matters, my friend. So, make the commitment today.

Whether you're listening to this live, or days and weeks or months down the road, make the commitment today that you are no longer going to delay that you are going to make fast decisions you're not going to overthink things you're going to play bigger you're going to make moves way before you're ready because that is where growth happens Are you in if you are sure this episode and ask somebody else if they're into
