Here is my best advice. If you want to get better at anything, I believe that number one, you can, even if you feel like you suck, even if you feel like, you're never gonna get better, even if you feel like you kind of even don't want to do it because you feel like you suck. Or maybe you failed in the past. And this is my belief. And, you know, it's kind of like that. Go ahead and try to change my mind on this, but this is why I believe okay, it's it's all that

evidence. And I love using word evidence because I have evidence that these things are true. When I struggle getting on video, what did I do? I got on video. I got consistent on video, right? How to get better video. Well, doing crazy things like first of all, I don't recommend this to anybody. But do I like 100 Live videos in 31 days and 2020 and 2020 wanted 215 Live videos in 31 days, definitely don't recommend that. But how did I get better repetition creates

mastery, right? So I literally quantum leaped that July of 2020 and July of 2021. How did I quantum leap because I did more in a 31 day period than I normally did, right? So I was able to Quantum Leap my knowledge. And so many times, and I see this a lot. And I've also been here, we invest in something we pay for it. We do it. Like we listen to the trainings. And then we walk away. And we either think I wasted my money. I wish I would have done that because we never

implemented. So there was never any ROI or result from the thing that we invested in. And this happens a lot. And again, I've been there. When I was in learning mode and not implementation mode or execution mode, whatever you want to call it. This is what happened. I became very overwhelmed, very

overwhelmed. And I almost learned so much that I felt dumb, because I wasn't taking action and I wasn't executing and I wasn't like getting my own results and creating my own way for the thing that I learned. And I think that's crucial to know, because when I didn't like launching right when I hated launching, I loathe launching and absolutely said it was never launching again, I don't really know how it was gonna run a business. But that's what I said. That's what I said to

myself. And when I had that issue, I found someone that was killing it in the launch world, right. And I and I was drawn to her and I and I felt very activated by watching her and so to drop three grand for a four week program was nothing. Because I was lacking in that aspect. I wasn't now, don't get me wrong, it could be the story I told myself. But also, I learned a freaking I learned stuff that nobody had ever told

me. Like, there's some times that you learn stuff that you've heard before, but you just needed to hear it from that person. And I totally admit that and I've been there. Just like the podcasts I say that changed my life. Nothing on it was new, it just did. But this launch program, taught me stuff about sales, and launching that no one had ever told me. And then I took three more launch programs after that, and built on my

knowledge. But in that launch program that I took in the first five days, I said I'm launching every single month. One side of my brain said Are you freaking crazy? What is wrong with you? You suck and you hate it. And the other side of my brain said you're never gonna get better if you just don't, you know, get what is it? Jump in feet verse, right? Jump in, do it. Do it, do

it do it. And the thing that I found from obviously, taking multiple launching programs and learning different launch styles and actually launching different ways myself, right? I've learned what works for me. I've created my own framework from that experience. So yes, maybe I invested like 10 to 12k watch programs. But guess what, I feel like an expert now right? I feel like I have mastered launching that does not mean that I will never not learn. It's just like I've mastered content creation.

It doesn't mean I will stop learning right? It does not mean that at all. I don't believe you stop. I believe you keep going and you continuously pour into yourself. But the thing that I love about hating something. The thing I love about hearing something that's kind of funny is that you can turn it all around. You can literally turn it off when you have A one split second decision to say I am not going to deal with this anymore, I am not going to be this person anymore, I am not going to suck

at this anymore. I am not going to whatever fill in the blank, right? I am not going to be unhealthy anymore. I am not going to hate selling anymore, I am not going to feel salesy anymore, I am not going to do everything for free anymore. Like, literally you fill in the blank. And mine at the time was I'm not going to suck at launching anymore. I may not get the result I want. But I'm not going to suck. Because I'm gonna keep doing it. I'm gonna keep doing it. And repetition brings

mastery. So I know the more I do it, the better I'm gonna get. And that's exactly what's happened. It's exactly what has happened. I believe wholeheartedly that you can have amazing launches, I believe also sidenote, you can have really fun launches, even if you don't get the results that you want. And I'm proof of that I'm evidence of that. A lot of times, we don't get the number we want, because we're actually not ready for the number that we want. Let that sink in. That was

a big piece. That was a big huge realization for me. And sometimes we don't get the number we want. Because we can't happy be happy for the few that do say yes. Because we're so worried about one or the other. If we wanted a goal of 10. And we only had three people sign up, we're so worried about where those seven people went, that we can appreciate the three that said yes, like there's so much that goes into launching. But doesn't have to be hard. It

doesn't have to be stressful. It doesn't have to make you feel that you don't know what you're talking about. It doesn't have to make you feel like you, like you suck or that your prices are too high. Because it's rarely ever pricing. And I'm going to talk about that too. But the thing is, is that the growth potential by doing anything that you feel like you suck at with repetition, with a different mindset is going to bring you huge results. The question is, do you know how to launch? Have

you launched? Do you hate launching? Do you hate selling? If any of those things are true, you get to say yes to yourself, for Ignite your launch to sell and scale because we're going to cover all of it my friend. And we're going to create a framework that works for you and your brain and your family and your situation and your time freedom and all of those things. You just get to say yes, do this with me. But also implement execute it and see what happens.
