As we were talking about freedom this week , as we are talking about challenging ourselves this week , i think it's really important to note that when we challenge ourselves , we actually can create more freedom , because a lot of times , what is holding us back from free freedom is fears and our fears that we refuse to face or that we don't try to overcome .

Those become our limits , right . So if we're never pushing ourselves , if we're never stretching ourselves , if we're never being courageous and doing the things that scare the poop out of us , right , we're going to struggle with pushing those limits . We all have limits . We will always have limits .

First of all , just let me clarify that We will always have limits , just like we'll always have a comfort zone , and the more we stretch out of it , the stronger and more resilient we will be . But when we have something that is holding us back , that's not freedom , right .

So I believe wholeheartedly in the duality of not only creating freedom in my business , but also creating challenging opportunities for myself to overcome , meaning that I can . The more I push myself , the more freedom I can create . Plain and simple . It's like you know , as women , how we talk about shattering the glass ceiling .

Well , if I am constantly pushing myself . There is no glass ceiling right And it's totally up to me , it's in my control . So am I willing to face the fears or be courageous or push myself with the limits that I currently have ? Am I going to continue to allow myself to believe that I have limits ?

or I can't ever have more than this in my bank account , or I can't ever have more than this many people in a program , or I can't ever create more than this many videos in a week , or I can't show up you know a little bit more , like 1% more on social media every single day .

Like again , these are just limits that are put there that we get to decide . I mean , there are limits that we put on ourselves , but we get to decide . What does that look like ? right , i think a lot of times and I've said this before we just don't know what we're capable of until we do it , and I don't know what my limit is until I try it .

And I look at you know , just getting back from the Taylor Swift concert , you know she's a machine . Three and a half hours . Like who does that Right ? Her dancer's got a break . She never got a break .

She disappeared for maybe one to two minutes to change outfits and came right back And you know , you think about Tony Robbins and somebody who can speak to the masses . For you know , five to eight hours solid And you're just like again machine . And yes , they can condition their body , yes , they can do all these things .

But I'm sitting there sweating at Taylor Swift , thinking I can't breathe . How is she breathing in these clothes ? Like , how can she not look like want to strip down right now ? Like , and I'm sitting there like okay , if she can do this , i can do this Right , like I'm not even doing anything .

I'm standing here and I'm roasting And I kept thinking about that , like how much dedication does it take , how much courage does it take , how much dealing with the elements ? that doesn't feel good and feels uncomfortable . I'm sure she was sweaty because her hair was soaked And you know that can't be comfortable .

I'm somebody who is not big fan of sweating , so it's not . It doesn't sound comfortable to me . But again , how did she know she could do a three and a half hour show ? She didn't until she did it right , she pushed herself or she worked her way up to it .

Tony Robbins didn't know he could speak for eight hours solid , until he pushed himself and he did it . We are capable of so much more than we give ourselves credit for . We are capable of so much more than we're willing to push ourselves for . You became an entrepreneur for a reason , most likely because you want to change the world .

You want to change your ideal person's world , or maybe you just did it at the time to get away from a nine to five and have more freedom in your life . But you took that risk and you took that chance , no matter what it was . And the question is what's limiting you now ? What's holding you back now ? What's keeping you from the next level ?

What's keeping you from doing the next thing ? Where is your limitation ? What fear is creating your limitation , and when are you going to decide to overcome it ? There's always going to be another fear , but that doesn't mean we stay small and we play it safe . It means we push through the ones we have and we realize right now until the next one shows up .

Because if nothing changes , nothing changes . And if I continue to do the same thing and don't push myself just because I'm doing things right now that work right , that work really well . You know 10 people signed up for the challenge while it was in Cincinnati with my daughter watching Taylor Swift .

And it doesn't mean that it's like , oh yeah , i'm doing what's something right , i'm just going to let it ride . No , i'm going to continue to push myself . I'm going to continue to show up harder , i'm going to continue to treat myself like a machine . Right , and what else can I do ? How else can I challenge myself ? How else can I challenge my mind ?

How else can I challenge my body ? How else can I challenge my willpower ? How much more can I challenge my confidence ? How much more can I challenge my fears ? And I'm going to ask you the same questions How much more can you challenge yourself and what's next ?

Because your next level is on the other side of that fear and on that distance that you're not willing to push yourself . Right now , in this moment , you are in control , my friend . The question is when are you going to push your limits to see what they are ?
