It's November 2022 is not over yet so ready to move. It doesn't mean we can't take a break. It doesn't mean we can't enjoy our holidays like what all is available are starting ignite your visibility on Instagram coming up on the 28th of November and that is going to help you streamline your Instagram experience, understand fully know what type of content to be putting on there and understand all the ins and outs

real stories. He posts all the things so that you can create a raving fan audience there, make sure you check it out visibility queen.com I want to talk about seasons because there are so many seasons in a business owners life right their seasons in our personal lives. Where we're doing really well with working out and eating healthy and then seasons that we could care less and seasons where we're really good about keeping our house clean, right. So the same thing is true when it comes

to being a business owner. We have seasons, where we're sprinting, we have seasons, where it's more like the traditional marathon, right like slow and steady wins the race. We have seasons have so many different work ethics, the sprinting, the video content, the emails, the launching, the offer creation, so many things. And I want to just number one tell you that your business should look like you want it, it should not look like everybody

else's. So if everybody around you is sprinting, but you're on the marathon, and you're like slow and steady, but you're being consistent, that's all that matters. If you decide you want to sprint for 90 days, 100 days, 365 days, that is your

choice. But understand that sprinting is not sustainable forever, it does lead to burnout, it does lead to overwhelm, it does lead to things just not getting done, because you can't sprint at one thing, and make sure that that the rest of your business is like something's gonna get left behind, right? Like, if we're giving 100% to something in our life, something's going to get taken away, right? Like, that's just the way we only have so

much time in a day. If you think about a container, my mentor does it like the big rocks, what are the big rocks and you have the little rocks and you have the sand, and the big rocks should be the most important thing to you, right. But if we start filling it up with more of the sand, which is the little things, and the big rocks won't

fit in, right. And so it's really important to be mindful of sprinting, marathoning doing challenges and things like that in your business, with the understanding that it's up to you what you want to do. It's up to you and you understand and know more than anyone else what you can handle. However, when I sprint, I do come into a moment of burnout, I do have to take a break, typically from video because my sprinting always typically involves video

content. And so I pull back a little bit before I dive back in. Whereas if I'm slow and steady and I'm on a marathon, I'm consistently putting out two to three videos a week. I'm doing great, right? But if I sprint, even a video a day is actually a marathon for me it's not hard. But if I sprint where I'm doing, you know three to five tiktoks a day and several video regular long form videos a day. I'm going to feel it. I'm going to feel it, it's going to be painful, it's going to be

hard. And it's going to be exhausting. So we want to keep you in your place and a place in your business that the most most of the time you are in a marathon. And then you choose to do sprints like a visibility sprint or a build relationships sprint or a sales spread or something like that right in your business and you choose to do them in pockets of time that are not overwhelming. They're gonna get you a lot of results, but not overwhelm you and burn

you out. So this is your friendly reminder that different seasons in our business can look different. January 1 through March 31. I was on a major spread pretty much since April, I've been on island time. I've been living the chill for newer way. Right? And that's okay. It's my business growing. Yes. Is it still making sales? Yes, it is. Because I have built the foundation of that marathon, right? For years and years and years that I can sprint and catch a lot of people's

attention. And then pull back as long as I don't like fall off the face of the earth, right. I'm still consistent, not doing as much every single day. But I'm still consistent. I'm still showing up. I am still giving value. I'm still doing all the things. And that is what I have found works for me. So I would love to hear what's working for you right now.
