When it comes to creating , attracting , raving fans attracting is the better word , but attracting raving fans into our ecosystem I'm gonna tell you something that may be something different than you're hearing other people say , and the first thing I'm gonna tell you is it's not necessarily about the numbers .

It truly is about the connections , and I think sometimes , when we say this , when we talk about building relationships online and we talk about all these things , you and most people assume that that means oh , you're basically saying I need to go DM people and I do not do business that way . Do I connect with people ? Do I engage with people ?

Absolutely , but I am not going in the DMs hard selling people unless they start a conversation in the DMs and ask about a program or product or something like that .

I do wish people happy birthday , I do communicate with them , I do comment on stories and things like that , but it is truly out of being kind and also out of genuine relatability online , and that is the same kind of connection that I wanna create online as well .

And what has happened for me personally is I have found people out of the country , I have found people through podcasts and basically what happens is I go and I consume everything that they have .

And then I'm like I'm in and everything might be an exaggeration , but close to it , right Like I'm consuming enough content recent content that I get to make that decision yes , I'm in or no , I'm not .

Now , maybe you're the type of person and I used to be this person who it took me a really long time to say yes to somebody , meaning that I had to really build a pretty deep relationship for quite a while . And that's okay too , because every one of us have different trust levels , right .

Every one of us have different ideas of what we're looking for and relatability and connection and all of those things . But when we have a really what I like to call tight content strategy that is working for us versus against us , we are always going to be attracting our person .

Now , the thing that I think we forget is that , even if what you've done up until this point isn't like a strategy , or you just started playing around , or maybe you learned a couple of years ago and it works sometimes and it doesn't work all the time Like whatever that looks like for you , I want you to know this that your business is always growing .

Now it may not be growing in the form that we want it to , with the number of sales or the amount of sales or something like that , but it's always growing and at the same time , of course , my nose is gonna twitch when I'm on a live . At the same time , your social media is always also growing . Now you could be gaining people .

You could be losing people . Someone is seeing your content right . If the algorithm says zero people saw that piece of content , it's probably a glitch . Someone is seeing that content right and I think that we forget that . But also , at the same time , we're not gonna turn .

We're not gonna turn our content strategy , our client attraction strategy , around in a week . Can we improve it in a week ? 100% ? Are we going to turn around in a month ? We're going to put a really big dent into it . We are going to try our best to turn it around in a month , but really , I still believe this .

I have said this since 2016 , when I started this business Everything is 90 days . What are you willing to do ? Also , even the algorithm , what are you going to do over the next 90 days ? I'm going to show your content to more people , but what are you doing ? What are you putting out there . I'm a big believer in what I do in this 90 days .

I'm going to see the results in the next 90 days . That's why I want everyone to really have a tight content strategy to end 2023 very strongly . Because what does that do ? It sets you up for so much success for 2024 . How is it almost 2024 ?

I don't even know , but it sets you up for so much success , which is so much better than just waiting to see what happens . When we are active in our strategy , when we are active in our content , when we are a participant in our content versus checking a box . When we post content like we mean it , it's going to land differently , even if you do nothing .

If you do nothing else but do those things , it's going to land differently . It might take longer , but when you really nail down a content strategy that really helps your audience convert , it helps them become raving fans , it helps them understand what you want and they want more of it . That is a game changer . That is a pretty freaking amazing feeling too .

On one hand , numbers don't matter . Numbers don't matter when it's simply data . It's simply data informing us what's happening . On the other , if we are not making sales not even necessarily the sales you want , because we all have big goals , or at least I hope you do , and it's not even necessarily about the sales you want .

But are you making sales without discounting ? Are you making consistent , repeated sales ? Like , are the same customers coming back over and over and over , but you're also attracting new ones at the same time ? And it doesn't have to be millions or even hundreds to start out .

Right , if the last program or thing that you sold and you sold five , did you sell six the next time ? Or was there one new customer the next time ? Like , really look at it strategically , are you growing ? Maybe it's not the level or the speed We'll say speed I hate the word level but maybe it's not the speed that you want .

But are you growing , even if it's gradual , even if it's slow ? Now , can a great content strategy increase what you're doing ? Yes , when you build upon it . I was thinking the answer to this question , like , is there a time when I would tell somebody they don't need to improve their content strategy ?

You're hitting your goal left and right and you keep increasing that goal . Maybe , but I believe that things like content strategy offer strategies marketing strategies , sales strategies , pricing strategies . I think those are things that are foundational for our business and we should always be improving on . We should always be building on .

The question is , are we doing that , or are we to a place that we're like I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing and I'm going to see what happens . I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing and maybe I'll eventually get lucky .

I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing because you know , I know people hate this sometimes , but I'm going to throw spaghetti at the wall and just , you know , let's see .

So one thing about my content strategy that I have been teaching I've been teaching content strategies rather since 2018 , and they've evolved so much but the thing is is that I don't only study like , what does my content do for my audience , but I also study my clients what is their content doing ? I reverse engineer a lot of things .

That's how I know the strategy works . That's how I know this is going to support you . That's how I know this is going to create so much more confidence in you , the way you show up the things that you say and the things that you share with your audience .

That , my friends , is a beautiful thing , because that is going to attract more people to you so much faster when you feel confident and certain and you have that belief in what you do and you're showing up that way . So , although numbers aren't important , they are if we look at the data . Although maybe you think you're not growing , you're always growing .

It may just not be at the speed that you want . Rome wasn't built in the day , isn't that like the favorite saying ? And the other thing is , is , I believe , when we implement something for 90 days , like try it for 90 days , what could happen ? A lot can happen . If you truly mean it .

If you truly implement like you mean it for 90 days , it can be the most beautiful transformation , evolution that you have , not only in your audience but yourself .
