What does that look like that means joining to see what's possible, it's really hard to run a mastermind, if you've never been in one, it's really hard to run a membership if

you've never been in one. And what I mean is not only being in one, but also being in multiple, so that you can see what's possible. I think one of the biggest mistakes that I did before I started my inner circle was honestly being a part of one type of mastermind. And so it was very aligned to be very like that. And I loved it. But I didn't know what else I loved. Because I hadn't experienced

anything else, right. And so as I have evolved, and as I've grown, I've also evolved and changed my inner circle for that exact reason. The other thing is I didn't understand all of the possibilities that came when it came to memberships. I thought a membership had to be a 27 or $47 offer. And then I realized how much more you could beef it up. And how you could sell things off as one off or give your members a deal, right? Because they're committing to you. And they're going to be recommitting

every single month. And so these were really important things when I started creating my offers that I didn't know all the details of so have my offers evolved because of being in different containers and being in different experiences. Absolutely. And for good reason, because there were better ways to do it. But I didn't know that at the time. And after being in, let's say, seven different masterminds or inner circles, and I have been in probably 10 different types of membership.

I've seen, I'm not gonna say I've seen it all, because everybody gets to evolve and redesign what it that looks like, right. And just, it's just somebody hasn't thought of it yet. But I really have gotten to see a variety of things that are available. So this is a two parter podcast episode because number one, I want to obviously tell you all the possibilities. But number two, I want to explain the offers that I have, so that you can either one join

because you feel aligned. Or number two, you can say, Huh, I never thought about doing that. So back last year in September, I started a program called Omni, which actually is technically no longer available, except for my founding members, they are still in side of Omni, but Omni became Omni VIP. Because I wanted something to be higher level, I wanted something to be and give people more in depth trainings, and really help them understand

the micro mastery. I also wanted to teach that micro mastery right. And because these programs are anywhere from a week to four weeks, and potentially six weeks, I don't think over four if I don't have to. But because these are such longer containers, I wanted people who are committed and people aren't paying $47 A month are not I'm sorry, most likely are not going to be committed to that long of a program. They're in it for the short wins. They're in it for the short opportunities, right the 30

Minute Calls, or trainings. And that's it right once a week. And so I really wanted to find that higher level person who was not only willing to invest in themselves, but also willing to do the work. We can invest in ourselves all day friends, but if we're not going to implement doesn't matter. And at some point $47 is not a high enough pain point for someone a high enough paid point rather, for someone to do all the work. And

that's just the truth of it. I know as I've grown, I know, as I've been in my business longer, there are certain trainings that I will do, and there's certain that I will not and if I buy a 2747 $97 program, and it's like I don't do it. It's not that big of a deal. Not like it was when I started my business, right. And so I want to Make sure that the type of person that I'm getting is the type of person that I'm trying to attract,

right. And so when you evolve in your offers, you're gonna see this, you're gonna see this, you're gonna see your prices evolve, you're gonna see the type of client that you want to attract, evolve, all of that is going to evolve as you go through your business. When I first started doing social media, done for you services, I charge $12 an hour. Do you know how painful that is to say that out loud. And then I went to charging 500 flat fee a month. And now I don't do anything for

under 1297. It's just the way it is. $1,297 a month is the starting price. And that's one platform and five a week. Like it's not, it's nothing like it was right. But we don't know until we don't know. You know, back when I was charging $12, I would say I was an expert to some people, right? That didn't understand because I needed to be two chapters ahead. But now, at the level I am now and the knowledge I have now, I'm an expert compared to most people,

right. And so that's just one way that we evolve, we evolve, who we attract, we evolve our prices. The same thing with my inner circle, like I do say that my highest monthly prices for my programs is now my lowest. And that's honestly true. And one of the things that I have learned is that again, the higher prices, you charge, the higher level person and you know, it's like dang, like over $1,000 a month for a program. Do you guys know that I paid over 3000. And now I'm looking at an over

$7,000 a month program. I'm not ready yet, but I'm getting there. And I'm like this, this is a mastermind not a one on one opportunity. This is a mastermind $7,000 a month. Like that is insane. Right. And I would say that, and I would say the Crissy Oh, Crissy would say I would never pay that. That's what I would have said. And now I'm like, I want to get to that, I want to get to that point where I can pay that because I want to pay that, because I cannot even imagine the value.

And the way this will uplevel me and my business. And so a lot of the times that we set pricing, it is to uplevel our audience, it is to uplevel that person, there is an energetic thing that happens when you literally get that uncomfortable. I pay for something like that. I'm in containers where people are charging, you know, or having coaches a charge 22 And $33,000 a month for one on one coaching. I mean containers where people are paying half a million a year to sign on for a year contract

with one on one coaching. It's insane to me. So there is no like, this is outrageous. This is expensive. This is blah, blah, blah. There is no such thing as affordable. It's all very your whose perspective it is. There is no such thing as it's too expensive, because it's always going to be too expensive for someone. But again, it's perspective, right? Who do you want to attract? What have your skills aligned to? Who do you want to come into your

containers? And so those are the questions you got to ask yourself when it comes to increasing your prices and you should be increasing your prices, okay, you should be increasing them. And you should not be afraid. And even if even if you increase them and nobody buys keep increasing them. It's okay, keep doing it. Someone will buy trust me on that. As long as you believe you are worth that price someone will

buy. So the next thing I wanted to do with Omni VIP is I wanted to really be able to offer a monthly program. So monthly programs are priced at a much higher price. Right now I have a one one that's 997. And it's a four week hyper mine, it does have a lot more bells and whistles than normal. So it has Vox it basically Voxer we use telegram now coaching. So there's a lot of access to me, I normally don't have this much access to me in containers. It's literally like a Facebook Live.

I might do a q&a at the end, but it's all very, I'm protecting my Zoom space and the interaction with me because I want that to be very aligned and only available for my inner circle. I want them to have the experience of me being in that type of container. So I want to ask you this. Where are your offers not aligned? Where do you need to clean some things up? Where do you need to get rid of things? Where do you need to raise your prices? Where is this? Yesterday I added a new payment plan to my

Omni VIP. It's normally 277 A month And I broke that down into two payments a month. One of the things that I wish when I first paid my first $1,000 a month for a mastermind, as I was like, if this would have been broken down to, like weekly payments, it would have made my life so much easier because of the cashflow right in a business, you know, depending on when people pay.

And so I, I said I would never meet people where they're at again, but I do want to meet your bank account where it's at right to help with cashflow. However, my programs are not willing to meet you where you're at, because they are meeting you where you want to go. Because I want you to go where you want to go, I want to lift you up, I want to help you see what's possible. So those are some changes that I've made in my
