Every Monday you have the opportunity to really look at your week and say, what are the intentions I'm setting for the week? What do I want to accomplish this week? Who do I want to serve this week? Who do I want to attract this week? I have been saying this a lot lately, because my mentor said it. And she's so right. And as we build our business, one post at a time, we build our intentions, one action at a

time, right? Is everything that I'm doing this week aligned with the intention that I'm setting. If I want more sales this week, am I showing up? Am I talking about my offers enough this week? If I want more Leads this week? Am I putting something out there that I could get their email address in exchange? Am I putting activating content out there so that they they are engaging? Or they DM me and asked me for more information? If you want more opens on your email list? Are you doing all

the things? Are you being very intentional? If you want to put out more video content? When are you blocking off the time to create video content for this week, if you want to put out more real same thing. So think about how, what are your intentions for this week, right? And this can change every single week. Each week can have a theme, you can do it however you want. But you can do this on Sundays or Mondays. And then align your actions with that goal or with that intention,

right? How can we do more of this? Break it down? What are all the things I should be doing or get to be doing? So that I can help make that intention or that goal or reality? If you know, it's the same thing with your, let's say savings account, right? Like if you want to save more money, right? Should I be going to Starbucks every single day? Should I be eating out every single day? Should we be packing my lunch like Right? What's going to help the bottom line of whatever that intention

or that goal is? This is a great question that I asked myself, this is a great way to position myself as I go through the week. Because every single day I can look at that post it note or what I wrote on my whiteboard or wherever it happens to be even on my phone screen sometimes or my computer screen, is everything aligned with that intention. And maybe you have a monthly intention or a quarterly intention. It doesn't matter however you want to set it but

look at it every week. revisit it every week and see what you need or get to do to reach that goal or intention that you have planned out for that timeframe.
