One of the things that we are focusing on this week , over on just one thing , is we do a challenge every single week , and sometimes it's very strategic and it's very go take all this massive action . Other times it's Happiness week . Like what makes you truly happy ?
Like , how can you be happy without external things , without external circumstances , without reaching said goal , right ? Like how can you be happy in the moment with the things that you have right now ? And A lot of times this is hard for us because we we actually have a client who has been asking you know who are you ?
And I think that's a question that's really hard for people to answer , especially when they can't answer I'm a mom or a wife or a friend or a sister or a daughter , or this is what I do for a living , right , and so the same thing is true with your happiness . Like what makes you happy that has nothing external to do with you , right ?
Like like I'm gonna reach this goal or I'm gonna Win a marathon or run a marathon or whatever . Like what makes you happy day in and day out when you aren't achieving the goals ? In between the goals , in between the big flashy moments , what makes you happy ?
Because here is the thing I believe that our happiness , or lack , of Stems in every single thing that we do , meaning if I am not happy , right , and I am miserable , no matter what revenue amount I get or how many people I get in each program or whatever , I'm never going to be happy , right , it's not going to create happiness .
And I think this is something that we get to contemplate and think about and really Sit with yourself in silence and really think about your happiness , because the quote is so true happiness is an inside job , meaning a Person can make you happy temporarily , but if they have that much control over you , they can also make you unhappy .
And do you want to give anyone that much power or do you want to be in control of that department solely yourself ? Think about it . We're talking about this . If you are in my just one thing program , we were definitely talking about this all week .
I'm gonna be doing riffs on this all week , but I think it's very important to really focus on what Brings you happiness . But also , are you happy ? Are you grateful ? Are you feeling in abundance , whatever you want to call it ? And if you're not , if you're , if you're feeling unhappy more than you are happy or you're feeling blah more than you are happy .
How can you fix that internally not externally , but internally ?
