There's something about trips. When you not only go obviously I went on this past trip to Vegas as a mentor. But even as a mentee, that is the word. Because there's so much power and learning from others. I think a lot of times people just assume, if I'm there to teach, if I'm there to share, that, I'm
not learning. And I think the thing that we see is every situation is an opportunity to learn every situation is an opportunity to be better, every situation is an opportunity for us to take something away, even if it's super small. And that small little thing can literally changed our business. This weekend, we had one of our members that came, it was her first trip with us. But we've known her for a while. And she said, it is totally worth it. For me to pay $5,000 for a
million dollar ideas. Like $5,000 is nothing from million dollar ideas. But we don't look at this, we don't look at the ROI. Most of the time that what we look at is, Oh, I better double this, or I better blah, blah, blah, or, and that's the wrong mentality to have. Because if we grow, if we go into everything that we invest, with the growth mentality, like I'm going to grow so much from this, I am going to learn so much from this, I'm going to implement so much from this. That's what
causes the actual ROI. That is what reaps the actual return on your investment. Because you when you go into anything with the attitude, I'm going to take away so much from this versus this better, XYZ, or else, I'm never investing again, this better, blah, blah, blah. I see this so much with people saying that coaches just don't work for them. You're right, actually, your coaches should be activating you to light this fire inside of you that you just
want to go go go. hiring a coach automatically, sometimes gives you that proximity and support you. But in the long run, you get to do the work, you get to put yourself out there. My hope for anyone that even when on our retreat, it's really easy to have this fire inside of you when you're being taught or when you're on the call, and all these things. But what happened when that calls over what happens when that conference is over what happens when that
retreat is over. That's when it's truly on us individually. It's on us to make the big moves. It's on us to do the things before we're ready. It's on us to put ourselves out there, do the scary thing and build the big business of our dreams that we know as possible. The question is, are you waiting on something else? After those
moments happen? Are you taking advantage in actually implementing, executing, putting into place whatever it was that you said you were going to do at that event that conference that retreat? Again, it's easy to feel the feels it's easy to be motivated when you're around those people. But what happens when it's over? Are you still able to keep the motivation and to keep that fire and to keep that feeling that made you want to literally take on the world when you were in that environment.
