We've talked a lot about email marketing strategies and how even if people open the email, it is still visibility because they see your name in their inbox. But the next step is to actually get people to open your email, right, because they can't, like consume all the amazingness unless we get them to open it. So there are a couple different strategies that you can use to get people to

open your email. And the thing is this, it's like the beginning of a tick tock, it's like the beginning of a real, you have three seconds to grab their attention, your subject line, I think, we think of subject lines of oh, let me tell you what's in this email versus it's a hook, your subject line is truly a hook to pull people in, to grab their attention. And when I have asked my subject lines, they don't get opened, right. But when I really put some intention into them and grab their

attention, they're more open. So something I wouldn't recommend doing all the time. But doing every once in a while is putting the first name in the subject line. When you do that, it really pulls people in. I do think that when we do subject lines, they should be very ethical. I will never forget. A guy who is very aggressive in his marketing, sent me an email and basically made it look like my ad account had been shut down. He did the return sender. I don't believe in getting

attention that way. Because, honestly, what it did is, I found my ad account shut down. That's not fun. So my heart like starts racing really fast. And when I open it and realize it was I was like, I was so mad. I was like, This is not funny. This is not cool. Let me unsubscribe. Right. So we don't want to create that kind of like fear mongering to get people's attention. But I like asking a

question. I like really pulling them in, I like using numbers, numbers, create trust numbers create information that people want to see. So like five ways to increase your visibility today, right, like, really like pulling them in with that information. So I believe our subject line gets to be very similar to the hook that we're using a video, right, we're

hooking them in. And then obviously, the the meat and potatoes of the email gets to be enough to pull them in to get them to click because that'll typically be our next strategy or next step. I have one thing that I love doing, that I've seen in that I've seen other people do. Number one is bold, the text that people need to read if they're going to skim if it's a really long email bold the things they need to read bold, the things that are really going to stick out to them so

they can skim it. Number two. I don't currently do this, but I've seen this done and really long emails is TLDR, which is too long, didn't read. And so basically a recap at the bottom, like what this email really said. And then you can decide, oh, I want to know more about this. Let me go back up and read it right so they get to choose. And then the other thing that I love is a four part PS, which is I use it as a combination of freebies and paid programming.

So like an upcoming things, so it's like PS like I've even done PS, you're freaking amazing. Don't ever forget that right? If he hasn't were to check out my podcast, the latest episode is bolo out with the link. So that's free as well. Right ps3, upcoming program called Momentum. Reply now to get more details, right. So very easy reply now. And then the next one might be grab a quick bite sized coaching for $1 a day with just one thing here, so. So that would be like my four part PS.

So I always have options for people because not everybody wants the one thing that you might be talking about in your email that day. And mix up your email. I love telling stories. I love pulling people in. I love having fun with my audience and telling them more about me right now, if you're on my email list, you are getting an email every single day during the launch program that is titled a Taylor Swift song. And a couple of people have messaged me, me like I love the Taylor Swift song

emails, like so. It's been very interesting and very fun. Obviously, some of the songs aren't as popular as others. So if you're a diehard Taylor Swift Fan, you know, right? And because we're going to Taylor Swift in July, and that was a whole nother story in another podcast episode on how we got tickets. That is like, you're gonna understand it and you're gonna love it and they still make sense, even if you don't really follow Taylor Swift Too
