You've probably heard this before, I'm gonna say it again, owning the business, being a CEO, being an entrepreneur is one of the biggest personal development, growth journeys ever. Like, all the stuff, we've never worked on all the insecurities that we've ever had, they come back. And it's like, if you want to work through this, if you want to get the success that you want, each time to, as I like to say, Pick my pick my big girl panties up,

come on, and go to work. And a lot of times, especially earlier my business, I like to run away from those, those emotional things from those thoughts from those from having to deal with them, right, because in my mind, at the time, it was easier to forget to run away, forget, push it to the side, then deal with it. What happens is, with anything that we don't deal with, it comes back in like a tsunami style, right. And so then it's like, I have to really

deal with this. One of the things that I in the last 18 months realized was that, prior to the 18 months, I was really focused on external, I was always waiting on things to happen in my business, I was waiting on things to happen to create momentum, like or if I should go on or if I should do this. And, you know, if this doesn't happen, then this wasn't the right move. And just like so many if this then statements,

that it is insane, right? The thing is that I decided along with not waiting on external validation. But I also decided that do I seriously want to spin my business waiting on things to happen? Like, first of all, it's not just waiting, obviously, you're doing the steps and things you should do. But like, if I am seriously sitting here, refreshing my screen, waiting on a cell, waiting on somebody to respond back to say they want to buy the thing, waiting on somebody to DM me link. That's a

lot of waiting. And like the quote says, A watched pot does not boil right? So it seems like it's kind of like, you know how time can go fast and time can go really slow. When we're waiting, what does time do? It goes really, really slow. But if you're out truly living your life and doing the things that actually light you up, time goes by really fast. So therefore, which would you rather do? Sit there and refresh screens, sit at your desk, wait on your emails, or go to lunch with a

friend. Go hang outside, go for a walk, like which would you rather do? Like honestly, in which is going to potentially bring you more creativity, more joy, more life experiences more memories created? Not to refresh in the screen, not waiting at your computer. Right? And so, so many times we are just we want and we feel like we need that validation. And here's the newsflash, you don't you don't need the validation. You just

want it right. You can still have a very successful business with your own validation with your own personal power and not waiting on other people. Because when you aren't waiting on other people, you can stand back and you can take a really good look at yourself and be like, Okay, the reason I didn't sell this was I wasn't showing up the way I could have. Or the reason I didn't sell this is I didn't explain it very well. Or the reason I didn't sell this is because I wasn't really that

excited about it. Like when you can separate the two verses. Nobody wants this. Right? It's a difference whether we're going to take a victim mentality or we're going to take ownership. Nobody wants this. Okay? Who's nobody, right? Do we want that victim mentality? My mentor said this, I don't know probably has said it multiple times. But recently, I think in the last like 48 hours that I heard her say this and I thought this is very interesting. Like what

would you be doing? If the people that you wanted to buy your product are watching you? Would you want them or your product or program or offer whatever would you want them to know that you're sitting there at your computer literally waiting for people to buy? That you're that's your life, that there's nothing else exciting going on in your life that you're so stressed waiting on people to buy. And we know

that's not the way to do it. In the middle of a sales or a large, yes, we're gonna put out a lot of content about buying, right? But what if in the middle of your launch, you're out having fun. Who wants more of that? They see you in your element, they see you living your life. And especially if you are selling anything, that where you would mentor someone or coach someone or teach someone. That's what they want to see. They want to see what's

possible. There are tons of coaches, there are tons of products, there are tons of mentors, there are tons of teachers, there are tons of courses. Why choose you. Because you're not waiting on that validation, you're living your life regardless. Because you know, what you bring to the table, you know who you are. You know, what you believe in, you know, the transformation that you have had. And you know, the transformation that others have had, with your help. paid or

free doesn't matter. And that's the thing we get to own we to own it, we get to move through it. And we get to know it. And I hope you can learn to validate yourself, and stop waiting on others to do that. Because if everything's going great because everybody's validating you, and all of a sudden somebody gets mad at you. Do you lose your validation? Yeah, you do. That's why it should be internal, not

external. Find a way to internally validate yourself to believe in what you do, and know that without a shadow of a doubt, this is your calling. This is what you're meant to do. And you're meant for bigger things.
