I've just spent an entire day with the visible inner circle , and this inner circle started in January of 2021 and it has been an amazing experience , not only for the members a lot of the members that started with us are still members but also as a mentor .

I have grown so much since I started this program and it's been an amazing experience for me but also how we've evolved and things like that . When we get together , I feel like it's always more powerful , and we get together four times a year .

Today , we worked a lot on goal setting and I want you to really ask yourself some questions , as I read you something and I thought this was really , really interesting . If you see me read the book , 10x is easier than 2x . There are some resource materials that come with it , and that's where I'm reading this from .

Certain individuals are always more successful than others , and not only are they more successful , they're more focused , energetic , enthusiastic and confident . There are many explanations , but the number one reason for the loss of momentum in life is lack of goal setting and achievement . Without goals , people lose their sense of direction .

Without goals , people lose their sense of confidence . Without goals , people lose their sense of desire to develop new capabilities , and all this means that they start going backward instead of forward . Their past becomes increasingly bigger than their future .

This is so huge and so many of us either we set a goal on January 1st for 2024 , and I think the national quit day or give up on your resolution day is like January 14th , and some of us never look back at our goals after that . We never revisit them , and the more that your goals are in your face , the more that you know the big picture .

Goals like what do I want to see happen in five years ? And then , what do I want to see happen a year from today ? Right , and I don't even care . Yes , we goal set in November of 2023 . Yes , I want to know where they want to be in November of 2024 . We don't need to wait on January versus set goals .

And then we totally took that year and we broke it down by six months , and we broke it down by 90 days , and we broke it down by 60 days and we broke it down by 30 days . And then we were like , okay , to get to this goal in 30 days . What do I need to do this week that will get me there ?

And it's such a powerful thing , because I think a lot of times , we talk about goals and we talk about what we want to achieve , but we don't write it down . Oh , this is really cool too , and I don't know if you've ever heard this . I've heard this several times before and I think it's really , really important that you know this .

You could type all you want okay , you can type out anything you want , but here's the truth your handwriting is connected to your brain . Whatever you write on paper , positive or negative , your brain takes seriously . Therefore , always write down positive things that will increasingly make your future bigger than your past and be very specific .

So , even if you're a Google Doc person and you like to type things out , or a word person , you like to type things out also . Take the time to write it down With your hand to paper . It's connected to your brain and the more that we can do these types of things , the more successful that we're going to be .

You should not be revisiting your goals every 30 days . It's not enough . You should be revisiting your goals at minimum once a week , but also they should be the forefront of your mind every single day . Your tasks , your non-negotiables should be leading you to that goal and most of us , the majority of what we're doing is a waste of time .

80% of what we do does not help us reach our goals . 20% of what we do helps us reach our goals and if we focus more on those 80% tasks than we do the 20% , we're going to struggle reaching our goals . We're always going to be bare minimum .

If we want big , big results , we get to focus on the 20% more than the 80% , and I think it's just a magical thing that we all are working way harder than we need to . We're all working harder than smarter .

Yeah , it's been so eye-opening to me this week and when I've had the most success , I've not worked as much as when I didn't have success , but also my goals were in the forefront of my mind . I knew what I wanted , and the majority of people , especially if you're a business owner , when it comes to goal setting , what do you want more than anything else ?

I'm going to give you a second to answer . What do you want more than anything else as a business owner ? What do you want to increase ? Most of us are not doing the daily activities that add to our bottom line . Our bottom line is crucial , right . As a business owner , we also have the freedom and the flexibility to have an uncapped income , right ?

Nobody's saying you can only make this amount per hour . Nobody's saying you can only give yourself a . What do people get ? Like a 1% if that raise a year , you are in control . You get to guide yourself where you want to go , but there's always a but . To do that , you get to know how to sell .

To do that , you get to know how to get people to say yes to what you have to offer . To do that , you get to create raving fans , especially if you're building an online business . To do that , you get to sell more . Talk about your offers more , and the sad thing is that most of us are not doing it enough .

I want you to always be adding to your bottom line , but if you're not moving the needle forward on the revenue that you're trying to bring in , that's going to be really hard to do . Understand how to sell . Know how to sell . I call it inviting . I invite people to the next thing .

We actually are doing our audience a disservice if we don't tell them other ways to work with us and we don't tell them why we do the things that we do and we don't tell them what the result can be when they can work with us . Your job is to provide a program or offer that has proven results .

Even a product has proven results , right , you cannot control the end user , the end person doing the work . However , you can show them what happens if they do , and that is so powerful , my friends . So we have next week actually a week from today starting the sold out AF framework , and I am super excited because I have never taught a sales program by itself .

But after selling every single day for over a year and launching for 24 months consistently , at least once a month , sometimes more , it's time . It's time to know how to sell every day , if you choose , or every week , if you choose , or every month , if you choose , whatever that looks like to you .

You get to feel really , really good about what you're putting out into the world and what you're asking and what you're offering , and so that is why I'm super excited about the sold out AF framework . Know where you want to be 90 days , 60 days and 30 days from today . If you do not , your brain can't help you get there . It can't be top of mind if it's not written down . A lot of times we like to just keep things in our head . That's not enough . I need it down , my friends .
