And it's kind of funny now, in the moment, it was not funny. And speaking of funny things, I did this video earlier, and it was also live on Tik Tok and forgot I was live and went and yelled at my family because dogs were like barking like crazy. So that video was
coming. If I can come back from that embarrassing moment, because there were 255 people watching. We can come back from anything. Okay. So the day that I almost killed my business is the day a couple years ago, a few years ago, on September 3, I messaged my mentor, and told her I was done. I said, I'm done. I sent her a boxer, I'm done. I literally have no not enough money to pay my business expenses this month. It's just
not working. Now, first of all, hindsight, I can look back and say, okay, September 3, you're really ready to give up on your revenue. On September 3, like you think that's as much money as you're gonna make is because it's recurring. And that's all that you have coming in, like you can't do anything else. I can look back now. But in the moment. On September 3, I'm thinking, this is the end of my business. I'm looking for a nine to five, I can't go any further.
Right? This is what I'm thinking in my head on September 3. Because I'm, I can't see, right, I can't see I'm in such a lack mindset of scarcity mindset. At this point, I can't see all the possibilities of what can happen. So in this conversation, a lot of things were a box back and forth. And one of them was that literally what do you have to lose at this point? Like I have said for months, when it rains it pours. So what did it keep doing? Does anyone want to
guess? It get boring. It's not going to like be sunshine, if I keep telling myself it's gonna keep pouring, like, what else is gonna happen? Bring it on? What else can happen at this point, right? Like, that's pretty much was my attitude. And so on that September 3 day after that conversation with my mentor, I said, You know what, it's time
to figure this out. Like, you're gonna give it your all for the next the rest of the month, 24 days left in the month, and then you can make the decision, am I leaving? Or am I staying in my business? And so that was a really pivotal moment. Because had I not made that decision? I wouldn't be here today, I would have given up because at the time, it was easier to give up. It was easier to not move forward. It was easier to just give up and not and fail and and fall and and not try to walk
again. Right? It was so much easier to do it at that point. And what I found was number one, if you haven't heard this whole story, on September 27 24 days later, I messaged my mentor and said, I can't believe I'm about to tell you this. But I'm I'm having my best month ever. My best month ever. It didn't just end in September, it gave me the momentum that I needed. So that October was higher. November was higher than October. December was higher than November, January was higher than December
and it kept going. Right. And I think their total revenue is somewhere around $480,000. I would have kissed goodbye since that moment. Had I quit on September 3, how to quit. We get in our heads so many times and we feel like there's no way out we can't see clear, right? It's kind of like the thing, the law of attraction where they say if you buy a car, you never saw it and then all of a sudden or if you have a car on your dream board and then you see it everywhere, right? It's the same
kind of thing. I in my head kept saying it's not going to get better it's not going to get better Woe is me. I feel sorry for myself what else is going to happen until that's all I saw was the bad but when I turned that around and said I'm gonna give it all I got what else what else do I have to lose at this point, right? I'm just I'm all in I'm Oh, I'm showing up, I'm going to be consistent. I'm going to do all these things. And then all I saw was good. I found the good in every single
situation. And we're going to talk about this more in the comeback tomorrow. So if you haven't signed up for that, make sure you sign up. But I have experienced so many breakdowns, I've experienced so many failures, I've experienced so many times in my business, where I literally feel like I couldn't go another day. It's part of life. It's part of business owner life. But I got to make that decision. And I'm so glad because I learned so much more
from that. I mean, even that epiphany, I just had that, saying that this is the word every time I've said that, by the way, on the second or third of the month, like this month is going to be my worst ever I can already see like the revenue coming in the recurring revenue is already looking really bad. Every time I've said that I've turned that month around every single time. That's my track record. Right? That is my track
record. And so because I now have that belief that I can do that I can continue to do that, right. But before that September 3 day, I didn't have the belief. All I saw was all the negative. All I saw was all the scarcity. All I saw was the lack I couldn't see abundance at all. I couldn't be thankful for what I had, because I was too worried about what I didn't have. And so that is why I created the comeback. masterclass that is tomorrow, because I don't want you to be in this situation
ever. I was so low that, that my coaches and my friends who would try to pick me back up like I didn't want to hear anything that I'd say because it was easy for them to say you know why? It was easy for them to take us there business was going amazingly well. It's easy for you to say when things are going great, it's easy for you to say when things are going wonderful, it's easy for you to say when you're hitting your goals. I don't want you to be in that situation. I don't want you to
be in that situation. And so even if you're not feeling like that right now, the comeback is going to help you come back faster from any failure. And I hate saying that word because we learn from everything right? It's going to help you come back from every breakdown from every refund from every anything that can set you off, right failed launch, whatever you want to call it, right? The comeback is created for that. My newest coach, my human design type is basically I feel a whole heck of
a lot like more than normal. So because I get to learn from it, right, we all learn from our failures. But when that's your human design type, you just learn to own it like what's the failure, its growth, right? You flip it around, you flip the perspective around all the time.
