As a service provider, I remember those days where I relied so much on those one on one clients, where it's me, and or somebody on my team helping to support them. I remember the fear of what if they don't accept my price increase, right? Because I need to raise my prices. I haven't done it in a year, year and a half, whatever it ended up being at that time. And I had probably given them

the best deal ever. And I was so scared that they weren't going to, you know, accept my price increase, which was most likely going to be double what I originally charged, because of course, we all start out charging way less than we should. I remember thinking, shouldn't you just be happy with some money because some money is better than no money, Chrissie? I remember doubting myself and saying, What if I can't replace them? What if I can't find

somebody else to take this? You know, I remember thinking, well, they're not my ideal person. And they're not 100% aligned. But I could get worse, I could have worse right. And I remember, like just being in this cycle. I remember wishing that those one on one clients weren't my only stream of revenue, right? And that I had other options. I remember putting myself in this box with this endless cycle that I couldn't get out of. I remember feeling like I didn't have time to eat lunch or at eat

my lunch at my desk. And I remember, literally refreshing my email, seeing if somebody said yes to that proposal, because I needed, I didn't desire to work with them, I needed them to say yes to that proposal. I remember the monthly touch base calls, strategy calls that literally filled my calendar that drained me, overwhelmingly drained me. And I remember all of this, honestly,

like it was yesterday. The thing I'm thankful for is I am thankful for those memories, I am thankful for the things I put myself through. Because those memories drive me to do what I do. Those memories drive me to create multiple streams of revenue for my business. Those memories drive me to focus on one to many versus all one to one. Those memories drive me to create passive programs, and products. So that's not always me being on those memories, keep me so grateful for the business

model that I have now. And that I've worked so hard to build today. I, as a service provider myself, I didn't give up all one on one. But I gave up all the one on ones that I didn't desire to keep. I don't keep any one because I feel like I need their money, right? I keep them because I truly enjoy working with them. And there's just like a different. There's just like a different energy there, right? Because you truly want to see that client succeed. And it's not just like, oh, I have to do

this. No, I get to do this. Because I said yes, this client and I say yes this client every single month because I enjoy keeping them around, right. The other thing that I did was I created multiple streams of revenue, price points, and more because not only right, do I have high ticket but I have

lower ticket offers as well. So even if somebody wants to work with me in the high ticket arena, but they can't get there right now I have other options, right, I have other options, it's less proximity, but I have other options and ways that they can work with me. I also created income stacking, so I never start a month at zero income sucking can be multiple things.

But one of the easiest ways to describe this to a service provider is number one retainers right retainer clients where you at least sign a you know, a six or a 90 day or a six month or 12 month contract, right, that's always gonna bring that revenue in doesn't mean they're gonna stay doesn't mean they're not going to drop off. But for the most part, you know that you have that recurring revenue

coming in. The other thing is payment plans, payment plans really help with income stacking and have a program coming up, we're going to really get into income stacking and all the possibilities. I think a lot of people don't realize what's actually even possible. And the other thing is, is that I made my business really scalable. So I could travel, I could take time off, I could go wherever I

wanted today. My daughter even though she couldn't drive now she was going somewhere where she really wasn't comfortable driving, and I was like, that's fine. I can leave at 345 You know, I can do my work in the car. It's fine. It's not a big deal. I'll drive you over there. And so I think having those feelings and knowing that, you know, my daughter's senior year is coming up next year, I get to create the life that I want to live I get to create the time freedom that I want to have. I'm

not stuck doing anything. Yes. Do I have weekly calls with my inner circle? Absolutely. But I want to be there. But I've also had to do them from the car sometimes and I've also done them from Hawaii and I've also We've done them from Florida. And I've also done them from Vegas. So I have done them in different capacities in different places. And I think that's one of the key things is that I have options. And when I had so many, one on one clients,

I didn't have the options. And really, I created this whole streaming the stacking the scalability of my business, because I wanted it number one

to be sustainable. Number two, I created it through visibility strategies, I would not have the business I have now without the visibility strategies that I use, and I teach, I wouldn't have the business I have today, if I didn't have the content strategies that I have evolved and grown into, I wouldn't have the business I have today, if I didn't have the marketing and social media strategies, I would not be here if I didn't know how

to work smarter, not harder. And working smarter, not harder as part of scaling. Because it doesn't need to be like always us on. And I think that's huge part of your business and knowing what those smarter, not harder frameworks are. And then also creating that business model that includes stream stacking and scaling. And also investing in mentorship, I, I get the confidence to do these crazy things that I decided to

do. Because I always have cheerleaders backing me up and saying, Oh my God, that's brilliant. You should totally do that. Right? Not that I always need that validation. But it is great to have a mentor with accountability. And like, what are you going to do that? You've been saying? You're gonna do that since XYZ? You haven't done it yet. Right? And so having that accountability is huge. I am a very good go getter on my own. I am a very good, let's get

this done. I typically don't pause on very many things, or what's the word I'm looking for? lag? Or get lazy about too many things. If I want it done, I do it. That's also probably why I've learned how to do so many things. Because I most people can't keep up with me. And that's okay, right. Um, but the thing is, is that all of these things that have got me here, they're not unique to me, you can do them, I can teach you

them. And that is the most beautiful thing about mentorship and guidance and programs and, and proximity and having those close relationships with a mentor. I am really focusing on helping more service providers. I have multiple different types of industries in my programs, but really service providers because I been there, I know how it feels. And I know how it

feels to be stuck. And I know how it feels to feel like you can't say no to a client or you can't turn down a client because you have to have that money, right? Because you have to pay your bills. And the thing is, is that the desire based business that I have built, I don't have to do anything I get to do everything. Number one that is a mindset shift, of course. But number two, you sometimes people are just so unaligned, you can't mindset yourself out of them,

right? You can't mindset yourself, to be okay with working with them. And that you said yes, because you needed the money. And I've been there. And I know that and, and having a really good mentor helps you get through those situations, helps you get out of those situations helps you literally trade more of your time for money, which is huge, right? So I can get rid of so many one on ones because I have one too many programs. And I'm able to get paid multiple times for doing one thing.

Whether you want to call that passive evergreen or whatever. But that is how you truly build a business with streams, scalability, and income stacking. And that is what I want for you. That's what I want to help you do. I have opportunities available inside of the visible inner circle. And we are going to take you on a year long journey to really get you where you need to go to get you to to market your business the right way to get you to show up and be consistent to get you

visible. All those things and it may look different for everyone, right? It doesn't have to look my way. But I want to give you the tools that have made me and my clients successful, so that you can do the same thing for your business.
