Welcome back to the show today, I am super excited. I have a dear friend of mine. And I'm just gonna give her intro really quick because I think it's super amazing to hear what she has done. My friend Rachel is a corporate dropout. She's an educator in the online space. She is an at home a learning
coach to her two daughters. She is so passionate about showing the world what is possible by being by being the possible using thought leadership to promote inward inspection and teaching others to build a loving relationship with themselves. Rachel, welcome to the show. I am so glad to have you here. I know we've rescheduled this a few times. So I'm so happy to finally have you on. Thank you so much. It's all it's all in divine timing. We were
energetic law last week. And so it worked out always 100%. And we were both filling it. So today we're filling generators, your generator, right? Hmm, yeah, I get it. I get I'm sure I am. So I met Rachel hunter. I didn't say her last name Rachel, we met in a mastermind we were in together. And obviously, when you're in an intimate container like that you build a relationship, you get to hear what's going on with each other's business. So tell me a little bit more, because it's
been a few months. So would you tell me and my audience a little bit about what's going on in your business and what you're experiencing right now? And all the things that that you do? I feel like the word of the year for me has been transformation, and rebirth. So it's really aligned with the message that I'm now delivering, when we first got connected. But over the summer, I was just coming off of having my Instagram
account deactivated. And there's always that initial panic of oh my gosh, what am I going to do? Yeah. And going through that process. And through being in the mastermind and having that mentorship. I went more into my Facebook. And when I first was coming over to show up more on Facebook with visibility. I had like 200 followers. And now I'm at 1.4k. Yeah. And that process has taught me to number one, fuck the algorithm be bigger
than the algorithm? Yes. And it helps me to show up more authentically for myself and refine my message. Yes. So I'm grateful for that happening for me that I'm able to ship shift from being a victim being victimized by Instagram, because I deleted my account. And the thing, it's shifting into something more beautiful and supportive for me and where I'm going? Absolutely, absolutely. So, in your bio, we said something
about thought leadership. Can we talk a little bit about that and like explain that a little bit deeper to my audience. Thought Leadership is the thing that Tony Robbins, he realized early in his career that people can come to his seminars and take his courses and do his books all day. However, if they don't have something inside of themselves, that promotes the change, then it's not going to stick. And so thought leadership came in for me because I'm a leader in this space, right? I'm
not here to hold your hand. I'm not here to babysit you. I'm here to get you to think differently for yourself, that you're not just taking my word for it that you Yes, take the coach and take the mentorship and also transform it into something that resonates with you and being a thought leader, as you know, in this space, it's activating. Yes, it's activating. And I think that's what we see.
I think we see that so much like coming from a conference and coming from a program or coming out of a mastermind people just like they they they literally are lost and they feel like they have no direction after that. Yeah. You know, bringing those key elements in through asking the questions that are cut, having the adult conversations, yeah, yourself. Makes a difference. I love that. I love that. So what types of people do you work with typically when you're like helping with this?
Ironically enough, I work with a lot of people of color. I work with more people of color than I do. Just your traditional Caucasian. I work with Latino and Latina and I love working with those types of people because I feel like they resonate a lot with my back story of struggle, overcoming the odds, regardless of what you
were born into. I love working with business professionals that have been in like, the very masculine way of doing and helping them to see a more feminine energetic side of being. The one thing that I hear a lot of times is because you just said something about struggle, and we were talking about being a victim, like, do you have like a quick tip, or it's probably not quick, because it's probably
a lot of deep work. But like people who are using their past struggles as an excuse to not move forward, because I'm sure you hear that a lot. Well, whenever we're in a cycle of being so close attention to what is that it's predicting how you move forward. And a lot of that comes through micromanaging disappointment of like, this happened to me, 17 years ago, I ate at that restaurant, and it made me sick, and I'm never going back again.
And you're just allowing that to be so prevalent in your stories. And that's what you're choosing to hold on to versus what if they got new management? What if they had a shitty employee that day? Oh, what if it's different 17 years later? And it's allowing yourself to use that thought leadership now? Yeah, to determine your outcome in a different way?
Well, and to I think a lot of times, we're looking at external circumstances, but not how much we as individuals have changed or grown for that matter. You're not the same person. Right? Exactly. I want to have thank God. So one of the things you talk about a lot, and I see this on your content, and by the way, if you guys do not follow Rachel women to make sure that her account information is in the show notes, because she has
amazing content. And it's like, so good to even just follow, but you talk about peace and inner peace a lot. Why is that so important to you? It's important to me, because I know what it's like to hate yourself. I know what it's like to be your own worst enemy. I know what it's like to be mean, girls can't sit with us. You suck. Like having that contrast in my experience has allowed me to see how valuable having my
common pieces. So my next question is the perfect time if you guys are listening to this podcast live, and that is how do you stay peaceful during the holiday season? Lord, yes. I've been the person before that I was just obliterated or holidays, I would completely numb out because I just didn't want to deal with the bullshit, it was easier for me to drink myself into a stupor than to deal with what was going
on around me. And a lot of the clients that I work with, are in that same position that it's so easier just to get fucked up than it is to deal with the same family dynamics over and over and over again. And you mentioned it earlier. One thing to keep in mind is that we're different. We change you're not the same person going into it, and neither are they. Right. And it's choosing to believe in the what if that what if this holiday season but this holiday
season? Yeah, what if we are able to have safe conversations? What if we have adult conversations and set a new standard of what's safe to talk about going forward? And keeping in mind that your personal energy, like how you feel internally, is going to spill over into your system into your experience? So how's the relationship with yourself? What narratives are you still playing into that don't serve you that makes you feel like shit? What is the root of what you're
afraid to experience? And then we get to nurture that we get to send it love and compassion and forgiveness and believe that, just as you were changing, others can change too. And that can also improve the relationship in your conversation about inner peace. Like was there like a time in your life that really you just said, I'm over this? I want to experience peace like transformation? Would you say that happened to you? I'll say transformations because
it's healing is ongoing. Yeah. And it's these micro transformations that create the macro. Yeah, and I can't say that it's just one moment. Many moments of just being fed up with my own bullshit of me sabotaging everything in my life and realizing that everything that's going wrong in my life is a that direct result of me that it's stemming from me. Yeah. And that's a tough pill to swallow. Yeah. For sure. It's like, well, the new Taylor Swift song like,
I'm the problem, it's me. Like, that's been my favorite quote forever. I am my problem. But I'm also my solution. And we, we like, don't acknowledge that enough. And I think I think it's empowering to know that, yeah, I'm, I'm a problem for sure. And I cause most of the things that are going on my life, but can also be the solution. And that goes along the lines of moving from victimhood to being a warrior. Because we can choose to be the victim, and we can even choose to be a survivor.
However, what if you're a fucking warrior? Yeah. What have you elevate and escalate all that stuff that you've been dealing with and turn yourself into a warrior? Have your own life? Or why do you believe Gratitude is the foundation of any transformation? That's such a great question. And I was rereading over my bio, and I almost changed that. And I was like, You know what, it still rings true. Gratitude is, the universal baseline is the undercurrent of universe, it's
the universal language. If you go to any country, you may not be able to talk the same language, but you know what gratitude feels like? Yeah. And it's being grateful for the version of you, that got you to where you are now, because without that version, you would not have had the realizations to
start the transformation. And that's having that gratitude, so deeply embedded in everything that you do, that it becomes you that you become gratitude, and that support you and feeling more up and supported on the journey. I love that. Is it just ingrained in you to be grateful throughout the day? Like, how do you practice
that? I put a lot of reminders in my cell phone, I have random pop ups that go off during the day, I have reminders, I've got sticky notes, for people that are just getting started on their journey. And they're looking to remember what tool you have in your toolkit. One thing that's so super helpful for me and so many people that I've worked with, it's simple yet not easy. However, you can put a hair tie on your wrist or tie like a string like a bright
colored yellow or orange. And when you see that, it's like, oh, yes, I have that available to me. That's a great reminder. Yeah, so it's getting to the habit of having these little reminders to practice the gratitude, because I don't care how far you are on your journey or how far you come. It's still a process, right? That's a daily continual process to choose. Gratitude. Yeah. 100%. And I think, to a lot of times, we and just growing up like, Aren't you grateful?
Aren't you grateful? And so when I worked with a mindset coach last year, you know, I was like, of course, I'm grateful, but go deeper Crissy. Why are you grateful? And I was when she told me that it changed my life. Because we, you know, I've always been taught, and I don't know how you teach, but like, I've always been taught, like, just make a list of everything you're grateful for? What's the quote, like, if you only got to keep what you said, you were
grateful for yesterday? Like, what would you have, and it was like, so it was always this pressure. Like, if I don't say the right things, I'm a bad mom, or I'm a bad for mom, or I'm a bad wife. And she taught me to take one thing and just keep going deeper and deeper and deeper. And that really opened my eyes. Because sometimes I think when we do a list of gratitude things and you can, obviously give me your thoughts
on this. It's almost like checking a box, versus really going and getting into it and immersing ourselves into that gratefulness, that we're feeling for that one thing in that moment, it doesn't mean we're not thankful for other things. But it's really getting deep with that one thing that I practiced the same way. I feel like five deep and I know that Russell Brunson teaches this in his marketing strategies but going five deep the why
Yeah. And also understanding the energetics of gratitude because gratitude is a feeling and that's a feminine Yeah. And coming more into your feminine energy and really shifting from that masculine I, I listened to an Abraham Hicks rampage or rant the other day, and it was about when people feel like why isn't my manifestation here faster? Why isn't it here now? And they explained it to if you've got a train going 100 miles per hour, that train cannot come to an abrupt stop because it will fall
off the rails? Yeah. What happens is, the first engine slows and then so on and so forth. And then it comes to a stop. Stop it And then lastly, that train is going to change directions, then it has to build momentum back up again. And it's the same thing with that practice of going from full on masculine energy to shifting to the feminine energy and then also embodying the both and allowing yourself, you know, the masculine check off a box, versus the gratitude of sitting
with your feelings. Yeah, even if it feels tough. And going five deep, I'm grateful that I've got clean drinking water. Okay, why? Well, I'm grateful that I have clean drinking water because it's healthy. Well, why is that healthy for you? Because I don't want to be sick. Why don't you want to be sick? Because I choose to be healthy. Why do you choose to be healthy? Because I enjoy feeling healthy. And who I am when I'm healthy. I got it. I got to my new strategy when it comes to deep gratitude.
dive deep. Got it? Okay. So we just spoke about this, you actually just said this in your five deep, what is the difference between happiness and health to you? This is the one thing that got me really started on my self healing journey, and realizing the difference between happiness and healthy. And I can see really quickly when somebody where somebody is on their journey when they say, I just want to be happy. Rachel, I just want to ask that. I said, What do you want? I just want to be
happy. I just want to be happy, Rachel, that is so surface level because happiness, superficial. And health is deeply rooted. Right? And this came to be because I was in therapy. After I dropped out of corporate I had no idea what I was doing. I had no I had no idea I was completely lost. And I just kept saying I just want to be happy. And my therapist said Rachel, would you rather be happy? Or would you rather be healthy shit? I want to be healthy.
Yeah. So the difference between happiness and health is that health is sustainable foundation. Happiness is a bonus. It's a perk. It's a result. It's Yes, effect of health. And getting again, driving deeper of why it's important for you to be healthy, and also define what health means to you. And also what does happiness mean to you? So there is no confusion, like did the chicken come before the egg? Because truly health comes before happiness? I believe so. Yes. Yeah. Yes.
I love that. That's beautiful. Thank you. What is reframing for abundance? I feel like reframing is my superpower. superpower my superpower. Reframing is taking something that is so dark, and in lack and choosing to see it into a different light of abundance. Yes. And it's choosing like, again, like victim or warrior. And it's reframing something. So like, give me give me a lack and limiting belief. And we can
reframe it. Sure, sure, like a limiting belief with me, and I'll help you reframe it broken. Something broken, needs to be fixed. And if you feel like you're broken, that's not you because you don't need to be fixed. You're already whole, there's so many ways you can fix something with glue, or stitches. Or you can heal something because a bone will break and then the bone will heal. So if it's broken, does it need to be fixed? Or does it need to be healed? That's reframing for abundance.
Do you have to do that multiple times throughout the day? Again, this is kind of like the gratitude question, right? Like, is this something that you have to remind yourself of? Or do you just find yourself going into that lack? And then you're like, wait a minute, let me reframe this. Sometimes, if I am honest, especially like if I've been drinking alcohol, it's easier for me to be in a lower vibration, naturally, because
Apple has a lower vibration. So it's like going into it except, okay, what kind of experience I'm going to have here. And also being aware that when I'm drinking alcohol, that's not myself. It's my not self. So if I'm freaking out about something, and I've been drinking, I automatically get to remind myself, this isn't us. We don't believe this anymore. This is an old version of ourselves coming through because you're
numb. Yeah. So that's something that's helpful to keep in mind during the holidays as well that your old self, it's easier for them to leak through when you've been using the holidays, especially if you're listening this live. There a hard time for a lot of people, right not only the family drama and all that stuff, but sometimes like deeply rooted. There's a lot of whether it's financial or grief or something like that. How would
you recommend somebody stay? Or what are some tips that you would have them that they could stay in abundance during a time of the year where maybe they're feeling a lot of lack? Sometimes it's easier to feel the lack than it is to feel the abundance. And if you feel like you're forcing abundance, then that lack is not healed yet. So if you're tricking yourself into believing, okay, I'm abundant. I'm abundant, I'm abundant, but you don't actually believe it.
Yeah, that's an opportunity to go more inward and to heal that narrative once and for all. And when you are going into an even anytime of the year, because triggers happen constantly, they just tend to happen more of the holidays, because maybe we believe that we're supposed to feel like shit their holidays. Because we're told that it's the highest suicide rate of the year, we're told these things. So maybe we subconsciously
believe it. And if you're choosing to reframe for abundance, and you truly believe that you feel abundant during the holiday season, it's choosing to see things in a different light. So you can use your your reframing to support you in believing that abundance. And I honestly, I believe that some people get into a victimized abundance, for example. Yeah. At least I don't have it as bad as them. Yeah. Or it could be worse. Yeah, or some better than nothing. Right? So it's black to me, actually.
It is it is so like, it's like this false abundance that's rooted in lack. So where is your abundance coming from? Check that, ask yourself, Do I truly believe this, and like, this just keeps coming up a lot for me recently, as some, some is better than nothing, because there's people around me right now that truly believe will something better than nothing. And I'll say, oh, my gosh, I'm gonna give you this shoe to eat because something's better than
nothing. Here you go, here's your shoe, something is better than nothing. So why do you believe that? And if you're forcing yourself to believe something that you don't actually believe to be true? What do you believe instead? So one really, really helpful thing to get you to shift from that lack to abundance is the clarity through contrast. So you can take a blank sheet of paper, a lot of my favorite drilling practices that I teach, so you take a tee just draw a straight
down the middle. On the left side, you write don't want, on the right side, you write want. And then you take your don't want feeling? And then you reframe it. What do you want instead? Yeah, so if you don't want to feel broken, what do you want to say when I feel so your don't want, I don't want to feel broken. Your reframe for that. I instead want to feel whole and thriving, you can do that with every area of your life with your career, your finances, your relationships. So powerful.
I want to go back to the quote that you said, like from victim to warrior. And I think, because obviously, I'm talking to a lot of business owners and entrepreneurs, I see victimhood a lot. And one of my favorite quotes, I don't know if you've ever seen the thinking Grow Rich movie, but there's a movie and Barbara Cohen, she's one of the
sharks is in it. And she says one of the things I feel like that's led to my success, and I'm paraphrasing This is that I have never felt sorry for myself, I have never felt like a victim. And I have I have the power of never feeling sorry for myself having a pity party. And I that just like resonated with me so much, because I could see times in my life where I had a pity party of one not going to lie, right? Like where I felt sorry for myself like, well, I just don't have it as good as
those people. And so I see that, probably because I used to feel that way. I see that in a lot of business owners. And I would love to speak about this as far as business owner, which also goes into a into lack, right? Because when you're feeling sorry for yourself, when you're filling the victim mentality, you are in lack, because you're not thinking of all the possibilities, we think there's only a certain amount of customers out there. And if you know somebody else got them, I
don't have an opportunity. So I would love to talk about this in the pre frame of an entrepreneur like attracts like, and that's where you're bringing people into your space because you've
experienced it right? And not only have you experienced it, you've also been able to reframe it for abundance and that's why people resonate with you if they feel like a victim or they feel like there's are enough to go around or you know, if I speak on this, then no, there it's not gonna land because somebody else already spoke on that. And it's so interesting that you bring this up because just recently I had like a new truth of life, even though somebody's already
shared. At or talked about or done the same damn thing, your personal life experience will reach a an amount of people that nobody else will reach period. So even if you're sharing, even if you even if you plagiarize, it is the exact same message, you will reach somebody that somebody else cannot reach simply because you are you. And I'm not saying to go plagiarize bringing your authentic you can be activated, allow other content to ignite to and really fuel and put your spin and
perspective on it. However, you will reach a demographic that somebody else will never reach. And that's part of your mission, to share your personal experience to share your truth and your perspective. Even if somebody else has already done it. Does that answer your question? Yeah, totally. No, it's It's fully all perspective. And I totally get that I just, you know, I wanted your thoughts on it. So that's so good, and so true and
powerful. And I think that's a lot of times with anything, not even victimhood, but a lot of times when it comes to scarcity, or lack we dig ourselves in this hole. And sometimes it's easier to stay there than get tired of our bullshit, right? And progression. Yeah. Yeah. Depression, when you allow yourself to give up and say, Well, this is as good as it's
gonna get. We train ourselves to get to be good with what we have, because that's what our human gift is like, our innate human like your human body, your mind, your brain, your system is trained to replicate to adapt to mirror. And that's why you keep doing the same things. And
getting the same result. That's insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result, right versus allowing your soul to be seen to allow your soul to be cracked open so that you can share more of your theory special powers as a piece of source, energy. And that's where the magic happens. This going from victim to warrior. The tip is to figure out the relationship you have
with yourself. If you are constantly in this medieval wobble, you've got one foot in this boat over here and one foot in this boat over here and you're on top of the ocean. And you're drifting away. There's only so long you can stay up with one foot in each boat, pick a boat. Yeah, take a boat swing over, but all of yourself in one case, and trust in the unfolding of your path, even when you don't see it. I literally right before I came on here I did alive about that 1% of fear.
That one last percent of fear. As you're like fully surrendering, fully going into trust, there's always that Oh, last one damn percent. It's learning to dance with that fear and feel safe and the surrender and the trust. And it comes with trusting you first that you are worthy, that you already know what to do. Yes. It's already within you. And allowing it to be so I love it. I love it. So good. So good. Like I swear we could talk for a
really long time. So to be a part to like, we might have another one another sit them down, I'm down. Okay, so the New Year is coming out and tell me in my audience, all the exciting things that you have coming up in 2023 2023. So it's gonna be a collective seven year so we're talking about the vibration of numbers and numerology. A seven year is spiritual inspection, spiritual growth. And I've realized lately that I'm not a coach for humans,
I'm a coach for the soul. I'm not here to teach you to human better. I'm here to teach you as a soul, to release the confines that your human has placed on you, that you can work with the both human and the soul and the soul leading versus like, I'm a human trying to be a soul know your soul having a human experience. And so going in 2023 my programs are going to be soul LED. And I am coming up with a program that's already got it's called Soul currency. It's a money program for the soul.
That's so crazy. So I've been doing this for weeks now. And part of my process with like downloading programs is like as it comes through, and this is for me, it's my energy type. It's a generator. It comes through And I journal it out. And as I'm integrating it, and practicing in my own life, like I'm paying attention to everything. And I keep, like, I have a tablet. And so I've
started a new notebook. So for each program that I'm considering, or that's coming through, like I just, I start kind of like channeling, I'm channeling everything that comes through and I just sit with it, I used to like when ideas would come through, I would move on immediately before I would assess it. And I don't know your human design, however, I have the, the channel of the struggle to find, which basically means with the channel, the struggle, your life will always be a
struggle. It is assessing how invested your energy will be in that car. And I would, I would have something come through like, Oh, I love that I'm so excited. I'm so excited. And then I would move on and immediately get my energy wasn't aligned to support it. And it was, you know, it would fizzle out because I didn't have the energy aligned with that. embodiment. That makes any
sense. So now I sit with a little bit more with I imagine myself in that space and what it looks like and who I'm talking to and what the message is. And I this is something big, like it's big. Yeah. So currency, so that's coming. When other thing that's coming, it's project jackpot. And this one, I'm not going to share everything. Just tease it in our, in our human experience. The lottery is so prevalent, and the energy behind the lottery and winning the lottery and winning the jackpot.
And then also, spinning your wheels on something that you never believed is going to happen. But you're doing it anyways. Because what if it does happen? Yeah, Project debt jackpot is teaching you how to extract the essence of life. And also win the jackpot. That's good. That is so good. I feel like I feel like you need a trip to Vegas. I'm just saying. Oh, I got some trips up. There's a trip. That's so good. So so good. Okay, so I asked this question to every guest that comes on my
show. And that is what has visibility done for you and your business, versus what it's done. For me. I'm gonna say what it means for me. If ability to me means allowing yourself to be loved, seen and heard, regardless of what somebody else is going to think. Visibility means as a leader, you get to go first and lead. Visibility, is you saying? Fuck it, I'm in regardless, I trust in me, I trust in my path, I trust in my purpose. And I'm here to play,
and then play and have fun. It's an experiment. I love it. It's almost like seeing is believing, right? Like the visible path, right? Like, so good. It's like air. We can't see the air yet. It's here. And as allowing yourself to be seen first because you don't see you. How will anybody else? I love that. So if my audience wants to connect with you, what is the best way to connect with you? Right now in 2022, and possibly still 2023 Facebook, so hit me
on Facebook. And then also I do have a podcast and then the process of reworking and recalibrating to bring in some of the new energies. So it's honestly it's different. And the way that I've been living my life this past month, like I've been in the mobile lifestyle, it it's a different podcast. However, it hits you where you are. So Facebook and podcast. Okay, and we'll drop those in the show notes so you can connect with Rachel and then also, we're going to add her
link tree up there. So if you want to connect with her about any of these upcoming programs that she's teased on here that I'm so excited she shared with us. Make sure you connect with her to ask more questions about those as well. Rachel, it has been amazing. I'm so glad that we got together and like I said, I do not think this will be the last time that I have you on the show. Thank you so much for
coming on. Make sure you reach out to Rachel connect with Rachel and remind her that you saw her on the visibility Queen show. Thank you so much friends have an amazing rest of your day.
