One of the best things that I've done is just playing bigger, stop playing small and doing
uncomfortable things. And it's that feeling and if you've listened to me for a while, you've heard me say this before, but it's that feeling of like, I imagine what it feels like to bungee jump like you when you do it. Like you're freaked out scared, right? And or, or you're sweaty or you're like nervous as heck, and not knowing what the results gonna be. Or how you're gonna feel afterwards or
anything. But afterwards, because you took the plunge and did the scary, uncomfortable, big thing that you have, like, you know, this like natural high like I did it and I made it through. And I'm so proud of myself and just want you to think about this. What if you did something like this, like once a week? Most of us don't we get in our comfort zones, and we get very day in day out right, we get very going through the
motions. And so I want you to think about five of the most uncomfortable things that you can do that will help you grow your business things that you've been avoiding places where you've been playing small. I read a quote that playing small actually is self sabotaging ourselves because we are afraid of the results. We use the word try a lot. Try means we're anticipating failure. Let's go all in and do it. It will be scary. Yes, it will be uncomfortable. Yes, will our
heart rate increase? Probably while our armpits get a little bit more sweaty? Absolutely.
