Hello and welcome , if my voice doesn't go out to the end 2023 strong masterclass .
I am so excited to help you guys end 2023 strong , and the thing that I think we sometimes don't realize is that when we end a quarter very strongly , we set ourselves up for so much success when it comes to the following quarter , which just so happens to be quarter one of 2024 .
So I believe , instead of just saying the year sucked or I didn't reach my goal , so why am I trying ? I believe we keep moving forward . I believe we keep going all in .
Whatever that looks like , every single day can look different , but I believe we all have something to offer and we all have something to give to our audience , to ourselves , to our families , and this is the opportunity for you to go all in . Okay , so we have . If you're listening to this on October 31st , when recording it , you have 60 days , right .
Even if you don't listen to this from two weeks from now , you would still have 45 days . And what's the worst case scenario ? You listen to this around or watch this around , thanksgiving , right , and you have like 30ish some days . Does it matter ? No , it doesn't , because there is so much that we can still do .
We just like to quit before we've reached our goal . We like to quit because sometimes that's easier , unfortunately , but I have so much to pour into you today , so stay tuned and hang on and grab something to take notes with .

So I want you to shift a second and I want you to drop all the things that you've accomplished in 2023 so far . It does not just have to be about your business . It can be a personal thing that you've accomplished , a personal win , like sometimes just getting our house cleaned can be an accomplishment .
Right , we may not get paid for it , but it's an accomplishment . So I want you to drop all the things you've accomplished that just come to mind in 2023 so far . Drop it in the chat , because the first thing we want to do is we want to anchor in this call to our evidence .
We want to anchor in to all the things that we have actually done the first 10 full months of the year , because I want you to show you you have accomplished things . You have accomplished things . You have accomplished things , you have done things . And then we just get to build on that the final 60 days of the year .
Okay , what have you accomplished so far in 2023 ? And the 10 months that we've had ? All right , we've got Chandler , who is in Columbus , ohio , and he is going to file his LLC by the end of the year . Yes , yes , yes , yes . Starting to thrive after a layoff , that is a huge accomplishment .
How many people can have that mindset that I was laid off and I'm thriving now ? I learned to trust myself more , be more authentic , have better boundaries that lead me to a life I want to live ? Yes , that's beautiful . That's beautiful . Who else ? What have you accomplished in 2023 so far ? This is your opportunity to brag . There's nothing wrong with that .
This is your opportunity to boast , to put it out there into the world . What have you already accomplished ? So close to having corporate detox as a registered trademark ? Yes , that's not an easy process . That's a huge accomplishment . So I want you to continue dropping the things that you have accomplished so far in 2023 .
That is your evidence , okay , and that's where we're going to anchor into . And now I want you to drop all the things that you want to accomplish to end 2023 strong . All right , we let go of certain things in 2023 already . Yes , letting go can be just as hard , right , so hard . Drop all the things you want to accomplish to end 2023 strong .
And then the last question In your whole entire life . What have you accomplished in less than 60 days and less than 30 days ? What have you accomplished in less than 60 days , in less than 30 days , in less than 14 days , in less than a week , in less than a day ? There are so many things that we have accomplished in a very short amount of time .
We're gonna learn to be more consistent on social media , learning how to effectively market on social media . Yes , yes , yes , yes . So what have you accomplished in less than 60 days , in less than 30 days , in less than 14 days , in less than a week , in less than a day ?
We're anchoring in all the evidence here , my friends , and this doesn't have to be in 2023 . This can be anytime over your lifetime . Okay , and I'm just gonna start with mine . That may give you some ideas . Okay , so I want you to find your evidence . This is proof that you still have time . I've sold out an offer in less than 24 hours .
I've had a client who sold an offer out in less than four weeks . I went from week in crying at the gym to feeling strong and wanting to actually go in in less than 60 days . Okay , this doesn't have to be just about business . I've created $13,000 in recurring revenue in three weeks , and the week before this I created this , I was gonna quit .
I was gonna quit my business and walk away because my month ahead didn't look the way I wanted it to . That was three years ago . My highest launch was a 40K launch and it happened in less than 45 days . It takes less than an hour to come up with an idea and start selling it . Less than an hour . Everyone , not just Chrissy , everyone Less than an hour .
You don't need a landing page . You don't need all the fancy stuff . You need an idea , an offer and a PayPal link . That's it Takes you less than an hour to start that . It takes a split second decision to change your life .
When we decide anything and we start making movement towards that and our conviction is strong enough , in that split second decision , crazy things are going to happen , crazy things are going to show up , crazy actions are going to start happening , and so I want you to know right here in this moment , that you have time . 60 days , that's a lot of time .
That's a lot of time . We can get so much accomplished in 60 days , and you can take off weekends , and you can take off the holidays and we can still get a lot of accomplished , right . This doesn't have to be difficult . We just get to be consistent , ok , so let's dive in , my friends . Let's dive in and get this party started , all right .
So when I created this masterclass , I did one last year . How many people watched how to end 2022 strong ? I did it a little bit differently . I don't even know if I had a PowerPoint . I may have , I can't remember , but I didn't do it live . I think I might have even recorded it and then sent it out to everyone . And so what ?
The question I get most of the time is what are you doing , chrissy ? What are you doing to end the year strong ? And so if it's good enough for me to do to end the year strong , I believe it's good enough for you to do to end the year strong . This is exactly the advice I'm giving OmniVIP , all my program members .
So there is no gatekeeping on this masterclass . I'm throwing it all at you and you get to decide what you're going to do with it . Ok , so let's get started , all right . So the first thing I did to finish the year strong is I created a plan on what I'm selling every single day for the rest of the year .
Matter of fact , I just had a call with my inner circle last month . I just had a call with my inner circle last Wednesday and that's what we did . We planned their offers for the rest of the year and I'm going to show you exactly how we did it . We used the Canva calendar .
We went to Canva and searched October calendars , november calendars , december calendars , and it looked like this how simple is this ? Every day for the rest of the year , I have exactly what I'm selling . I can look on my calendar and see exactly what I'm selling . Today is October 31st and I am talking about the sold out AF framework . That's what I'm selling .
There is no guessing . There is just a piece of paper with a calendar on it that tells me exactly what I'm selling . It tells me when my Black Friday offers are happening . It tells me when my 12 days of Christmas offers are happening . It tells me when I'm selling for 2024 programs .
It tells me when I'm offering deposits to work with me in a closer proximity in 2024 . It's all laid out . There is no guessing . It's on a calendar . Everyone can go to Canva , look up a calendar and write down their offers .

I'm also aware of what mega sales days are coming up . Facebook and Meta do not call them Black Friday and Holiday . What are they called Cyber Monday ? They call them mega sales days .
I'm very aware of what those opportunities are and when people are wanting and looking to spend money . Knowing those days is really , really important when you plan out your calendar and you're not too late . You have 60 days . Go , download the calendar today , start writing it in . You don't even have to type it .
Or you can write 1 through 30 for November and 1 through 31 for December on a piece of paper , on a legal pad , and literally go right there Again . You don't even have to go to Canva to do this . And then I also understand what my audience needs this time of year . That's why this free master class is happening .

Thank goodness it's not a major election year , but we still have elections , which is making a lot of noise . We have all the Black Friday offers that are coming out . We have all the holiday sales that are coming out . All of those things are going to be all over our feeds .
If I am not willing to create more potent , tight content that stands out , I'm going to be missed . I'm doing this , I'm going to get vulnerable and not holding back , because holding back , watering down my content , doesn't serve me , it doesn't serve you and it doesn't serve anyone in your audience . Nobody wants a watered down version of you .
Stop watering yourself down because of fear , because here's the thing . I put this post up a couple of weeks ago . Why are you worried about everyone liking you ? Because you don't even like everyone ? Can we just all admit that we don't like everybody ? There's people that we unfollow or we block or we snooze on social media because they annoy us .
Everybody's not going to like everybody , that's just unfortunately . You obviously be respectful , but we don't have to be in love with everyone on social media . So don't hold back . Don't water it down . Stop sugarcoating everything . Say it like you would say it .
I'm going to be putting out free masterclasses like this one and many masterclass style content that provides massive value , to continuously build my trust and authority . If you're like Chrissy , you've been doing this since 2016, . Why do you need to build your trust and authority ?
Because I'm always attracting new people who come to my feet , who do not know who I am , who means I get one shot at them continuing to follow me or wanting to follow me or them scrolling on by . Because I only have one shot .
I'm going to make sure that every piece of content I put out is tight , potent and it stands out , because I want to either attract them or repel them right away . I don't want to be so-so . I want attraction and repelling . If I repel you , you're not my person . That's good , we're okay .
I've been repelled by people before and then I gave them money , so it's okay , I'm not worried about it . And then I'm also being massively consistent . One of the things I challenged myself with in the month of October was 100 brand new videos , 100 videos . I could do any kind of video I wanted .
I'm not counting repurposing in that 100 , although if I count repurposing , I'm well over 200 videos for the month and I have 11 to go today . And so , yeah , I'm going to be massively consistent Because I know again , everything I do right now is setting me up for the first of the year . Nothing is wasted .
Even if I sold nothing else at the end of this year , even if I sold nothing else , like no one bought , I'm obviously going to be selling , but no one bought anything from me and I had no new sales . I know that everything I do right now is setting me up for success . I'm also finishing strong by pouring into myself . Pouring into myself .
How many of you are pouring into yourself ? How am I doing this . I'm being in containers where I get close proximity with my mentors and I have support . Coaches need coaches , mentors need coaches . Teachers anybody that is a leader or authority in their industry needs a coach and a mentor .
I'm not saying you have to have 100% of the time , but I believe that it is great to have to lean in on . This can be in a group container , this can be in a one-on-one container , but I believe it's really , really important that we have someone to lean on , because this is not easy . It is not for the faint of heart . We need support .
I'm also putting my health , my water intake , my movement as a high priority . This is a time of year that we're like , oh , I'll get healthy on January 1st , but why do that to ourselves ? I'm my best self . I have the best energy .
I attract the most raving fans when I feel really good , when I feel really healthy , when I have energy , when I feel like showing up , when I feel like pouring into my audience and you can't pour from an empty cup , so if I'm not pouring it in myself , how am I supposed to pour into other people ? The other thing I'm going to do is live my life .
If you've been around a while , you've heard me say this word Live your life . You can't think what to post . Live your life . Can't think of what offer to put out into the world . Live your life . Can't think of what to say on social media . Live your life . Can't think of what to say in that story . Go , live your life .
That is the guaranteed way to get creative . That is the guaranteed way to get rid of the stress . That's like weighing your shoulders down . Go , live your life . And then I'm also constantly doing the inner work , the emotional intelligence . I'm constantly asking myself the hard questions why do I feel this way ?
Brain I get , you're trying to protect me and you're telling me that this is a scary thing . But why do you feel this way ? Because I know me and I know I can control this .
Yes , I have conversations with myself all the time , but that's how we grow , that's how we learn , that's how we improve our inner work , our emotional intelligence and all that good stuff . Ok , how else am I finishing strong ? I'm pushing my edges . How many people know what pushing your edges means ?
How many people are pushing their edges , asking myself every day ? Can I create one more video ? Can I create one more post . Can I talk about my offer one more time ? This is what I love calling the power of one more At the gym . Can you do one more rep ? Can you do one more thing ? Can you type one more email ? Can you comment on one more post ?
This is constantly stretching ourselves . Before we shut the computer down , can we do one more thing , getting uncomfortable and doing things out of the norm . I think the fastest I've ever thrown up a master class is three days , and this one I was like , oh , it's less than 24 hours away , let's just do it . I want to do it before November 1 .
And let's just do it . Who shows shows ? Who watches the replay ? Watches the replay . I'm not worried about the numbers . I know the people who need this will watch it and that's all that matters to me . And then also stretching myself in content , in my containers , in my teaching , in my mentoring , in my coaching , calling people up , calling people out .
That is not easy to do , but if they're in my containers and they ask for it , I'm going to do that . Otherwise I'm doing them a disservice . I'm also constantly learning and investing and I think this is important .
A lot of people , I think buy programs and they go through them once and they're like that was nice , that was good , moving on , or ugh , I haven't had really good content , or ugh , I haven't had really time to watch that program or listen to that program , or I watched it but I never implemented it .
I watch trainings Every single program that my mentor puts out , two to three times each . I immediately start taking action . I immediately start implementing . I am always executing something . I can't learn and I can't see what works if I'm not willing to take the action . This is not an easy thing to do and I know that so many people have other things .
You have families , you have all these other things . But here's the thing I listen . When I'm doing laundry , I listen . It automatically comes on as soon as I get in the car . I don't just sit at my desk and listen . I listen when I'm doing other things . When I'm going for a walk , when I'm going to the gym , I'm always listening .
I like to call it brainwashing myself . Not sure how other people feel about that , but I like to brainwash myself and what my mentors are saying , because that's how I learned by repetition , by repetition , over and over and over and over and over . I also put myself in close proximity where I can ask questions and also learn from other people's questions .
I think this is so important being able to ask questions , being able to learn from other people's questions and then I also learn and understand what my program members and audience is going through , because that supports me , to be able to support them on a deeper level .
So not just showing up on social media but saying look at me , here I am , but also what are you going through ? What's happening ? Reading people's posts , seeing what they're struggling with , seeing what's not working , actively listening and sometimes it's helping them individually if they're in my programs , but also sometimes it's like I see this as a pattern .
This has got to be my next program . There's so many people that need this support right now . How can I support more people ? Find out what is going on , what they're struggling with , feeling the gap of how to solve that struggle or that pain .
Having the solution , like having that , being able to feel that gap is huge , and we do that by listening and understanding what's going on . I also will be moving and not overthinking decisions . This is funny because I used to be the most indecisive person . I used to overthink everything .
I used to be one of those people that would make a pros and cons list of everything before I would make a decision , and then I would still struggle to make a decision , and then I would still struggle to make the decision Because , number one , I didn't trust myself . Number two , I was so afraid of failure . Number three , I didn't want to disappoint anybody .
Those are three big things and three big fears . But what I've learned is that I've said this before that the enemy of wealth is delay . But let me go deeper , in that there's a study that was done and CEOs who delayed on making decisions lost more money than those who went for it .
Even if it bombed , even if it was a mistake , the CEOs who delayed on making decisions lost more money than the people who actually went for it and made a mistake . And to me , that tells me we got to move . When a fire idea comes in my brain , I implement it or I sell it immediately . I don't hold back , I don't wait , I move .
This is like anybody that did iconic , the iconic program . It was going to be a masterclass . It was going to be a masterclass , and my friends , my daughter's friend , called me that's Eva's iconic mom .
I'm walking down the steps leaving her room and this whole program comes out in front of my face , like literally , it's just in my brain and I see all the ideas connecting . I'm like no , this is more . This is more .
And I'm glad because I have people who've told me they've watched the videos five times over and over and over and they had no idea that they needed the program the way they needed it .
So if I would have said , oh , he just called me iconic because he wanted something which actually could have been true and just like threw it off or denied I'm not iconic I would never call a program that . How many people would have been affected by that ? They would have never known the goal that was in that program .
And so therefore , I would have been doing my audience a disservice because I was too busy and I was overthinking the decision . So I don't overthink anymore . The worst case , it bombs and I deal with it and I move on . The other thing is is that when I see a mentor offer something that I desire , I sit with it for a very short time .
Now , granted , I am the person who took six months to join . Her first mastermind kept filling out the application , freaked out , scared to death , petrified . But I finally did it and now I never regretted it . I never regretted it . I never regretted it and now I never regretted this decision .
But I also sit with it much shorter Like I can probably make a decision on a high ticket purchase in less than a week now , whereas before it took me six months , sometimes a day . Right , and I don't regret decisions . Even if I regret decisions , I don't regret decisions .
So , even if I think this might have been a mistake , I still find the gold from it , I still find the knowledge from it . I still learn something from it . I hired a mentor a couple of years ago . I signed a six month contract with her and the first three months were great . But I was just complete after the three months .
And here's the thing I paid her all the way to the end because that was my commitment . And I got on a call with her all the way to the end because that was my commitment . The final call we both were sick and I said let's just forget about it , it's okay , you get better , I'm going to get better , let's move on .
I learned a lot from that mentor , even though I was complete at three months , but I also learned to trust myself . I also learned to keep going . I also learned what it is to be your commitment , to be your word to yourself and that feels freaking amazing . That feels way better than quitting . It's a beautiful , beautiful thing .
I also don't regret a decision if I say no . If I'm in , I'm in . I don't regret saying yes . I will make always 100% ROI . I learn , I grow and a lot of times I double , triple or 10x the investment , but the growth to me is priceless every single time . We're taught at a young age to think through big decisions , pros and cons , analyze and overanalyze .
Yes , 100% , 100% . And that's not always the case and I don't want to really get into this , but , depending on your human design , I'm a generator . Everything is a heck yes or a heck no , and I know it and I just have to ask myself . And I know right away .
I know right away and I trust my gut and it hasn't seared me wrong Again , even if it was a mistake or I failed . I hate saying those words . I learned from it . I'm also a three five , which means that we make more mistakes and fail more than most people . But it's okay . It's okay , all right , I'm also . It's taken me a long time to learn that .
Yeah , yeah , I'm also going to be visible . How many people saw that coming ? I did . Well , I just said that that I did a hundred videos in the month of October and the reason that I did that was because I noticed myself shying away from the camera .
Yes , it is not in my natural chemistry to want to turn the camera on friends , believe it or not , it's just not . My podcast went from five days a week to three days a week . Why ?
Because I found myself on the podcast more than I was on video and I was like wait a minute , you're using the podcast because it's easier to like grab your phone , press record right , and I was using it to hide . So I acknowledge and notice when I'm hiding and when I get to show up more . I'm an introvert . I hate being the center of attention .
Is this something I will always work on for the rest of my life ? So I am not like oh , let's go get on stage , oh , let's go get on video . I do it , but it is not like easy .
And I'll never forget my friend Mallory , who saw me at FHL two or three years ago she came up and hugged me and she goes I just want to acknowledge I know how hard it is for you , like you show up so much , and I understand how hard it is for you and nobody ever said that to me before and I was like , oh my God , you're right .
It's so hard for me to show up on video . But most people don't even believe I'm an introvert . Most people don't even believe that I have a problem or I get hives or I get nervous still to show up on video or to get on a stage . But I do . So here's how I'm going to get visible through the end of the year .
I'm going to first of all show up , show up in some capacity . Now that doesn't mean that I'm always going to like show up on video . That day I was sick on my couch Saturday , so I used a picture from Destin . Somebody said I love your house .
I was like it's not my house , it's actually the Destin house , because I'm not showing a picture of me today because I feel like crap . But that's also why I'm constantly recording behind the scenes video . That's why I'm constantly recording my feet . I'm constantly recording my surroundings , so I always have video content . I put a reel out today . That said you .
It said you I'm not creative enough to get on video . And I said me watching billions of people get viewed , like billions of views happen from people recording their feet walking . Nobody has an excuse . You don't have to start at your face . You can start at your feet and work your way up . Start from the bottom .
Now we're here , start at your feet , come to your face , right , no excuses . I'll be on video in a variety of ways Short form video , trending sound video . Long form video , quick master classes that I throw up in less than 24 hours kind of video . There's a lot of opportunities and a variety of ways to show up on video Stories that disappears in 24 hours .
Lots of ways . I'll also be in front of other people's audiences being a guest on podcasts , being a guest in free groups or programs , being a guest on their Instagram live . Maximize your time in front of other people's audiences . Their audience trusts them . You become a guest . Guess what ?
My person that I'm following trusts her , so I wanna hear more about what she has to offer . Get in front of other people's audiences .
I'll also create a repetition strategy , meaning that I'll take a long form video and I will then go record a short form video , making it really quick to the point , and then I'll do words on the screen with a trending sound . All the same information Digestible in a million different ways , right ? Everyone digest information differently .
If you hate the song that I'm putting the words on , you're probably gonna scroll really fast , right ? But if I catch your attention with a hook and I'm saying the words , you're gonna pause . Or if you wanna know more information about the thing that I'm talking about , you're gonna watch a long form video .
Repetition strategy on fire always , always , always , always , again . I'll deliver my content in a way that is digestible for a variety of my audience . That means I will also be putting out content in carousels . I will also be putting content out in bullet points .
I will also be putting content out in literally one little paragraph or one sentence , and then I'll be repeating that in my stories in a different way . I'll be talking about that with a transformation that I had from the thing that I'm talking about . I repeat myself all the time .
Our audience needs us to repeat ourselves all the time , especially these last 60 days of the year . They may only see two pieces of your content , make sure it's good and make sure that it connects with the thing that you shared the first time . How are we feeling ? And the last thing when I'm visible , I'm gonna show up with conviction .
There are two ways that you can show up . I believe , actually , there are three ways you can show up . Number one is you can show up with ego , because I wanna get views and I want people to watch me and I want my bank account to increase . That's ego .
Number two you can show up with oh , I'm just gonna post a check a box today , so I would say that's showing up . So-so , just a check a box . And then there's the third way , and that's showing up with passion and conviction . I am telling you , nothing is more important than showing up with conviction .
And I am not saying that every day I show up with conviction . I am not saying every day I feel conviction , but I try to find a deep knowing into my why , into my purpose , into my conviction and passion in that moment . You know when you feel it .
You know when you feel it and almost every time I feel it , I pick , go live , because nothing , nothing can come across to my audience the way I am , when I'm feeling in that moment , the way I am , when I'm feeling that passion and that conviction .
I believe conviction is very , very powerful and I believe your audience feels that , and I believe it is a beautiful way . A beautiful way to talk to your audience , to share with your audience , to show up on video , to show up on a podcast . It's just beautiful when we have that conviction . Okay , so let's recap . Dang , I'm getting through this pretty fast .
It's only been 40 minutes . I'm proud of myself . This normally takes me way longer . So recap I created a plan on what I'm selling every day for the rest of the year . Again , write it on a piece of paper . Grab a Canva calendar , grab your own calendar that you already have . Write it down Creating tight , potent content that stands out .
Say it how you would say it . You know what the problem is that most people say things to their friends about their industry . Or they say it under their breath or they think it in their head , but they would never say it because they are afraid of showing up authentically online . They are afraid of getting canceled , they are afraid of having haters .
They are afraid of all these fears . Stop creating social content . Show up and say it how you would say it . I'll be pouring into myself , I will be pushing my edges , I will be constantly learning and investing . Investing can be time , it doesn't have to just be money . I will move and not overthink decisions and I will be visible .
And in all of that , my favorite word , my favorite C word , is consistent . I will be consistent in all of that and making sure that is a priority every single day . And I want you to end 2023 strong . Let's say you did all of this for 60 days . Can you imagine what would happen , even again , even if nobody bought in the next 60 days ?
But can you imagine what would happen January 2024 ? But also what happens if we don't do these things ? Because what is it ? The definition of sanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results . If you have not gotten to where you wanted so far this year , let's change it up . But even changing it up takes time .
Changing it up isn't an overnight cure . There is no magic pill to growing a business . Otherwise we would all be millionaires , right ? So I want you to drop in the comments in the chat which one that you know you get to work on and also yay for me that I didn't have a coughing fit in the middle of this .
I was really worried that I was going to have a coughing fit . Which one do ? You get to work on A day-to-day plan and way more videos . Okay , let me also make this clear . You guys don't need to do 100 videos a month . That's just me pushing myself . That's me pushing my edges . However , just like selling , I sell every day .
If you are not selling at all , then you get to start , like once a week , and then you get to add in two times a week and then you get to add three times a week . The same thing with video .
If you're doing no video or very little video , let's add one more day a week and then in another week , let's add another video a week and just build on what you already have . Okay , I just wanted to make sure that nobody thought I was telling you guys to 100 videos . It's not an easy .
That's three day , by the way , unless you get behind and then you have to do what I say how to do . I have 11 , I think , to do today . This is totally counting as one . This is an hour video . It's totally counting , and I normally don't count my program videos , so otherwise I would have been there already .
