And being a business owner, it's probably not the stuff that people actually talk about all the time. And I don't have them often. But anxiety is a real thing. I personally believe that anxiety is fear of what's going to happen fear of the future. I

do love that. I have read statistics and facts in it research data that 85% of the things that we worry about do not happen. But it doesn't mean that we don't have that initial feeling. I woke up at 230 with feeling major anxiety. And this again, this has not happened during this entire sprint. I can't tell you the last time that this has happened. But it

is real life. And I think that I would not be here telling you you know if it wasn't and I think it's important to discuss and talk about things that we don't normally talk about. Obviously, I have been working on my mindset so much lately. And after I had my moment of like literally feel like I was shaking the entire bed because I was I had so much anxiety, panic, whatever you want to call it. And my first thought is okay. What if you do lose everything, you know, what would you do?

You would do what you did to get where you're at? Right? Would it suck? Absolutely. Absolutely, it would suck. But you know how to make money, you know how to market your business, you know how to be visible? None of that stuff. Unless you do paid ads actually cost you any money. It cost you time. That's it. Right. i There's a book that Russell Brunson created several years ago, and I don't even know if he still gives it out. But it used to be when you did the one

funnel away challenge. And you learned how to do create a funnel inside of Click Funnels. And, sorry for the yawn. And it was called, What would you do if you lost? What would you do over the next 30 days if you lost everything or something like that. And I remember my mentor Rachel Peterson was in it. And I loved her response. Well, I'm not gonna lie. I'm going to cry. like day one, I'm gonna cry. It's just that's all there is to it. You literally just told me I lost everything. I'm not going

to be dishonest. I'm not going to try to fake it till I make it. I'm going to cry. I'm going to set in the moment. And I am going to cry. I'm going to feel the feelings. I'm going to feel the emotions. And then I'm going to and I'm paraphrasing. And then I'm going to pull my big girl panties up and get to work. And I've never read the entire book. I've never read everybody's expert excerpts. It's like a lot. There's like a lot in there. And it's a pretty big book. And I remember reading

that. And I probably read all of Rachel's, but that is the thing that stuck out with me. Yes, feel the emotion right? Then put your big girl panties on. And that has served and supported me more than anything else. And as I was laying in bed, having the anxiety, having the panic, having the thoughts of all the things that could happen, right? Like you could lose everything or you're going to leave everybody if you leave your programs, you may not be able to

sell anymore. You're like all these things right now And then it was like, wait a second is that really going to happen? Could it? Sure. But could you also double your your revenue from the month before? Yeah, good. Good. Could you potentially hit seven figures? In 2022? Yeah, you could. So when I reframe the thinking, right, when I start asking myself the truthful questions, I am able to get myself in a place where I'm like, okay, I can breathe, it's time to go

to work. And that's honestly why I'm didn't go back to sleep because I had the most the best content idea. And wanted to record this podcast before the feeling left me too long, right, I wanted to and this is within an hour and 15 minutes of having that panic attack, anxiety, attack, whatever you want to call it, a combination of both. But also that I turned it around. It doesn't mean that thoughts throughout the day, don't try to creep in and tell me, you're not good enough?

Krissy. Nobody wants what you have to offer. You're not a good teacher? Are you really qualified for this? Do you really think you could do with less clients and more programs? Like all of these things, right. And we can call it bitch Tina, you know, my main girl, she says that they're trying to tear me down. I say, ya know, whatever. Look, I have helped hundreds of people get on video, I have helped hundreds of business owners grow their business. I have helped, probably 1000s or

at least over 1000. Learn how to create content. Right? I've helped 1000s For sure. Because I know they've downloaded my free offers, right? Probably 8000 people have downloaded my how to be more consistent on social media, how to work smarter, not harder, how to get visible, how to get visible, a daily checklist. Now, whether they consumed it or not, I can't say that right. But I do know that they were at least interested enough to download it. To give me their email address and

return. And that's powerful. Today, I get to speak to a school, a university. It is a social media class. A friend of mine teaches it and we are talking about visibility. And I love that they actually have more than just oh, let me talk about visibility, right and video, and live video why it's all important. But they actually have an assignment. And they're actually working for a DA actually doing this for a nonprofit. And I cannot wait for

that. And when I take that 2:30am Anxiety moment, and I think about who I get to serve today, who do I get to support today? Who do I get to help today like to these kids, right? And I don't know what their ages are. But yeah, it's a class, but they're actually going to be supporting a nonprofit in the process. That's huge. Right? Maybe this class never specifically gets on video for themselves or their own business. But if they do it for a cause that's okay with me. Right. We get to decide how

we're going to feel. It wasn't easy talking myself out of that ings anxious moment, especially when it woke me up. And it's scared me because it has that hasn't happened in a really long time. And at least six months. Probably longer that but at least it's been six months since I've had that. But what happened was I got to think clearly, and I got to think about okay, this is how you're feeling but what's the truth? This is how you're feeling but what's the truth?

This is what you're thinking and worrying about in the future. But 85% things we worry about don't happen. This is what you're thinking and feeling about the future. But what if you hit seven figures? What if you helped more people? What if you charged your worth? What if? The good things right? Why are we going to sit in anxiety and

panic mode and worry? When I can think what ifs to the positive aspect to the abundance aspect, changed my whole mindset have the best freaking piece of content I've had in a really long time. Know that I'm going to share it today and know that this is going to serve and support so many people. Are you ready to flip the switch? Are you ready to what if yourself the right way? We can shoot ourselves to death right? We can What if ourselves to death? Referring to what if ourselves

death? I want us to what if ourselves to the positive? So let's What if ourselves? I want you to ask yourself? What if I hit my goal? In the next six months instead of the next? Well? What if I believe in myself? Am I confident shines through to my audience? What if I asked to work with that person. What if I freak myself out buddy investing the most amount of money I've ever invested in myself? raise my hand right now? What if I lose a

client? I'll replace them. What if so many people want to work with me? I have a waitlist? What if I can't physically take on as many people that want to be in my inner circle? What if I get to put a cap on it? Because I don't want it too large? What if there is more abundance waiting for me than there is lack? I believe that's true. And I want you to believe that's true too. Well, I focus on experience, if I would have focused more on that anxious moment, I would have stayed in

that anxious moment, right. If I start focusing on abundance, I create content. I have an amazing content idea. I know I can get through to people I know how I can talk to people to close the FOMO Academy out. I know I have what it takes. I am an excellent marketer. I can help people get leads on demand. I know that I can help people understand the process to take their cold lead to a warm lead to a potential sell. I am incredible at what I do. say

those words to yourself. I am an excellent whatever it is that you do. I can help people. What do you help people with? What's the result that you get them? I want to help X amount of people in the next 60 days, 90 days, 120 days a year. This business is not about me. As long as I think it's about me. I can't serve and support other people. My business is about serving supporting other people. And it's hard to have anxiety. When I think about that. No matter

how much money I lose. No matter how many clients say goodbye no matter how many clients say no to my proposals. Know how many people turn me down for my programs. I keep helping people if I keep putting myself out there if I keep doing the things and being consistent. I know the people that want you to work with me will work with me they will find a way they will get uncomfortable and find a way I want you to believe this for yourself to the what we focus on

expands. I'm focusing on that and not on lack Abundance is my word of the year and I'm gonna live by it every second I possibly can. I hope you enjoyed this episode.
