It's November 2022, is not over yet. So ready to move. It doesn't mean we can't take a break. It doesn't mean we can't enjoy our holidays like what all is available are starting, ignite your visibility on Instagram coming up on the 28th of November and that is going to help you streamline your Instagram experience, understand fully know what type of content to be putting on there and understand all the ins and outs

real stories. He posts all the things so that you can create a raving fan audience there, make sure you check it out visibility queen.com Every time I focus on the numbers. I don't reach the numbers. When I focus on the people. People say yes, it's this amazing phenomenon. It's just like I would never get on video for myself. But I will do it for other people. And I think when we are always in a servant mentality, we're always in the Law of Reciprocity mentality. We're always in a who

can I help today mentality? You know, what's the thing that people say? When you're feeling down when you're feeling your lowest of lows? And you don't want to get out of bed and you just want to quit? What do you do you serve? Some people say do the next right thing which is serving. Take the next step serve. When you are in lack mode, what do you do? Like when you want more money? What do you do you

give more. When you want more, this is Crissy saying, by the way, when you want more engagement, what do you do you engage more. The more that we put out of that thing, the more we get back. And I'm a true believer that the more we serve. The more we receive, the more we give, the more we get. I remember growing up and my dad who was a preacher, by the way, preaching, you know, stop being stop, take take taking, you need to give, give, give, like, you know, like that whole mentality.

And it's funny because as a kid, which just like you're just being, you're not being fair, like, I don't want to share, you know, like all these things. But as an adult, I'm like, I will share like all day long. I want to share with you, I want to give to you, I want to support you. Yes. Is there a time that that giving, you know, has to stop? Is there a time or move? Gotta exchange energy to work together? Absolutely,

absolutely. But if I am in the mindset that the more I give, I know the right people will come to work with me. It's never served me wrong. But when I focus on numbers, it's not personal. When I focus on the person, that's when I see the results. It's another thing I tell people when they get on video, like you're not gonna get all the comments that you want, you're not gonna get all the likes that you want. You're not going to get all the engagement

that you want. But does it matter if you help one person? Does it matter if you make one person's day? Better in that moment? Does it matter? If you make that person's week better? Does it matter? If you change that person's perspective? Does it matter? If you help that person change their life? You never know when you're going to change somebody's life and when you're really going to serve and support them. Just like the podcast I say where I got uncomfortable already getting

uncomfortable. Everything on that podcast, legit. It I've heard it all before I had heard every single thing this man said before. But in that moment, I needed to hear it the way he delivered it. I was ready to receive it. And that's the thing. You know, so many people are like, well, it's already been done before. It's already been said before. It's already built. Yes, everything has we're not inventors. We're not inventors, right. But what I can tell you is that we can put it

in our own words. We can say it from our own experience. We can teach it in our own way. Do I believe in stealing somebody else's work? Absolutely not. That's a no, no. Do I believe we can model it or give them credit? 100% You worry about doing this. Read the book, steal like an artist. They really truly talk about that. You know, giving other people credit for things is huge. And I did this out of visible training last month and I put on on the whiteboard visible or not

visible Georgia's framework. And they were all like, why is George's name there? And one of my friends said, that is so nice that you're giving her credit, as is her framework, why would I not give her credit? Now, if I take this framework one day, and turn it into my own and make it completely different, right, that works for my audience, then maybe it's Christy's framework. But right now, it's George's framework. I created the visible content framework recently, and

doing creating content. I mean, I say six years, but let's be honest, I've created content for 10 years, I've had my own business for 10 years, I've just gotten way better at it. Back in the day, it was pretty sucky content, not gonna lie. But how do we get better at anything, we suck at it, and then we get better. And we see how we can improve and we see what converts. And so I made this declaration, and this is the first place I'm publicly saying this, I did 100 lives. This is a

hodgepodge. By the way of a podcast today, I did 100 lives in July 2020. Because I needed another KPI besides money to focus on in 2021 and 200 lives. Because I wanted to raise money, I wanted to get out of my comfort zone, I was in that uncomfortable mentality, I'm still on that year journey. But I did that because I wanted to, I wanted other people to see what it felt like, like to do something scary and to get out of their comfort zone. And then in this July, I cannot believe

I'm saying this out loud. Doing a certain amount of videos, it's easy for me now. It's not uncomfortable. It doesn't. It doesn't put me in discomfort. But things I can't 100% control does, right. So again, I'm not focusing on money, I'm focusing on views and impressions and reach. So in the month of July 2022, I am going for 1 million in views reach and impressions. Depending on the platform, everybody calls it something different. So how I'm going to do that is well, I measured last

month's views, right? Last month's views, were 150,000. Let's be honest, I don't go viral. I don't go viral. And I'm okay with that. Because virality doesn't always bring your ideal person, right? I would rather again, if I think about every video helps one person and creates one new lead for me. That's all that matters. Right? That's that's where that's where my mindset is. So in the month of February, shortest month of the year, right? I'm not sure if my analytics are 100%. Correct.

But what I came up with is about 150,000 views and reach and impressions. Depending on the platform, they all call it something differently. Obviously LinkedIn is harder. And I don't have any LinkedIn stats except for my business. But my personal does way better. So I need to figure out how to get those dots and go look into that, but doesn't include that. But anyhow, um, I know across platforms. So we're gonna say I

averaged about 150. And I'm going to look at January's to just to see where I'm at, because that'll help give me a guide of average, if I can do the average of those two months. Obviously, I stepped up things in January, then I stepped things even more in February, but it was a shorter month. So my goal for March is one or 250,000 views, right? Because I've got to have a stretch I don't want to show up on in June with 150,000 average views and be like, Oh, I'm gonna go to a

million next month. Nope. It's not gonna work. I'm gonna stretch myself every single month. So my new KPI is views, which I don't 100% have control over. So when my friends have differences of opinions about this, that we've talked about this, but yes, I do. Yes. Can I

do more? Yes. But what I want to do is take the visible framework that I've used my entire life for the most part, but I want to put it into action and create a case study in the process as well, to prove that this case study, it's approved that this framework can take you from 150,000 views, right to turn 50,000 views, and then eventually to a million by using the framework cross platforms, right. So that is my scary thing, right? That is my next

thing that I'm doing. But again, this is all about views and I'm doing air quotes right now. But what do views represent people watching? How can I help more people by getting more views? Do views equal sales? Nope. But views do equal more leads I do believe do leads equal sell? Sells? Yes. If I nurture them by nurture them the right way. It

absolutely can. However, it's my job to take them through a journey to take them through my customer journey, my value ladder, whatever you want to call it, my ecosystem and, and drive them through it and create all the content I can to help them through that and not to waver on either side of that. Because if we get people outside of our journey, what happens?

Oh, I didn't know, she was like that I didn't know this, she was pushing me for oh, this doesn't seem like what she's what she's known for, let me just move on. Right, we don't want to confuse them in a paid or free instance. So that's just a look inside of what I'm doing. But at the end of the day, remember, it's always about the people. It's always about the people. It's always about the people. It's all about serving, it's all about supporting, it's all about helping, it's about all about

the law of reciprocity. It will never serve you wrong in any stage of your business. We're always planting seeds. How can we do that? By creating amazing value based content? Always thinking about other people? How can we serve and support them? How can we be the first person to comment on their posts? Because maybe it's been up for two hours? And nobody's commented on it? How can we love on people more? How can we be supportive more, it may not ever

result in a sale. And that's not why I'm doing it, because if we think of it that way will never happen, right? I don't think of it as a sale I think of as supporting and serving with no expectation of return. And I know it will come back to me in some way, shape or form, it will always come back to me whatever I put out, will return be returned to me. And I think noticing that and realizing that is the most powerful thing that I can tell you, and serve and support you with today.
