aligned, right? Having a business that feels very conducive to what we want to do having a business that feels aligned with what we want to do not doing things that we don't like doing, and making sure that things we love doing that we're doing more of right. So we've talked about this, we've talked about this, specifically, when it comes to marketing your business, we've talked about this, a little bit about

containers, right. And I think when you have a container, and especially if you've had one for a while, and if it's a high level container, sometimes we get a little concern about how people feel, what were their thoughts be. And first of all, at the end of the day, you cannot teach a container that you are miserable in. Here's why I'm saying that because number one, you will not sell it. And I'm not saying I was miserable. And I don't want to say that.

But I want to make sure that when things are aligned, things feel easier, right? When things aren't aligned, they may feel harder or heavier, maybe heavier is a better word, right? And so, um, a couple of months ago, I was telling my, my coach, I was like, I really want to figure out how to do more in person events, like, maybe at first I said monthly and I was like no, I can't do that we already have a monthly event together with my

business bestie. I want to figure out a way to I want to figure out a way to like maybe do something quarterly and I really want to teach and I really want to be in front of people and it just fills my cup. And so we weren't we talked about it. And then it's kind of one of those things that we talk about a lot of things right, and then they don't get implemented. Well, last week, we had a two day workshop with my inner circle, and it was a very small

group. That's okay, because everybody gets, you know, their takeaways when that happens. But one of the things that one of them said, I wish we could do more of these. And I want you to understand that when we have containers, it is great to listen to other people's thoughts. It does not mean we have to implement those thoughts. But when you're already thinking about the things, two months before this conversation even happened, it starts to feel aligned, right?

And it's like, okay, so we have this container, there's 90 Minute Calls, every single week, I'm doing two to four week programs that they're also getting, then we're doing workshops twice a year, like something has to change, like I can't just keep throwing stuff at them. Number one, because that's where overwhelm comes in. Right? If we're learning all the time, and we're not implementing, that's where overwhelm comes in. So I can't just keep throwing stuff at them, even though that's

amazing, right? Over delivering, but at some point, because here's the thing you want, the more you give, the more people feel like they need to be a part of, and they not everybody has boundaries and can step away and be like, oh, yeah, I'm not coming to that. Right? They have guilt, they have all these things. So as the leader and as someone who's who sees them knows that some of them have full time jobs, knows that some of them have one on one clients, which is like their full time

job, right? And they're trying to get more passive products going and things like that. And several of them have no desire to leave their full time job. Right? And I honor that they want things on the side, but they love their full time job they love where they're where their career is going. And that is okay. As a business owner, everyone, I want everyone to be

aligned, right? And if you run like a side hustle or a business, but you also are very happy in a nine to five, be happy in the nine to five stay in the nine to five, right? Nobody's telling you to leave that. So because of all these things, and I see all these things. I don't want to overwhelm them. So we took the 490 Minute Calls or how many ever weeks there are in that month. We took those down to an hour, here's the thing, I will

still block off 90 minutes. If we're in a deep conversation and they need 90 minutes, we'll take 90 minutes. But two of the calls are gone. And two of the calls, those two calls that I pulled, where I would normally be training, I turn them into

office hours. And basically, if I need to look at a funnel, if I need to look at coffee, if they want me to look over their launch strategy, if they want me to look over their launch content, if they want me to look over something, if they want me to strategize about what to do next, whatever it is that they need during those office hours, or if they just want to come to the office hours and listen and not have a question, and just implement and work, they can work or if they are like, Yay, I

don't have a question. So I don't need to come. They can just not come or they can be like, I have a question. Now. Can I ask you in telegram? Yes, absolutely. You can wait. So I literally just gave them time back number one, that is the gift that keeps on giving raise your hand virtual hand if you're listening to this and you agree. But number two, I stopped putting more on them than I needed to. And I gave them time creating four or five or one quarterly workshops. So that's

for right. I just gave them more time to actually do non distracted do because even if we're on a zoom call, there are distractions, right. But if I pick a place and I say everybody meet here, this is what we're doing. Let's get it done, things get done. At our workshop last week, we had so much content get created. We had so many ideas come together we had so we had one person who finished her funnel, there were a couple of things she needed. And I helped

her with that. So things happened, magic has happened. And it's funny because it's just this growth trajectory, I used to say I just want to blow people's minds. And I actually don't want to blow people's minds, I want to teach people to blow their own minds. And that was the whole purpose of the workshop to show them what they could get done to show them how easy it was to show them that if they have a plan and we break things down. magic can happen.

But if we look at the big mountain, right, or what's the saying, if we look at it, if we look at an elephant, we got to eat the whole thing we can't, right, but we can eat one bite at a time. If we take every task, we have every big task, every scary task, every overwhelming type task, and we break it down one bite at a time, it's a lot easier to digest, right? It's a lot easier

to knock it out. If I have 10 minutes here and there, I can knock something out but bite by bite versus not everybody has an hour to set aside. Right. So one of the things that I had them do is every time they went to the bathroom, they had to create a piece of content, because it was trying to keep teach them to like basically implement it into their life. Right? If Has anybody ever done like a work with a health coach before or an MLM like health coach, and they always do like potty squat

challenges. So every time you go like the bathroom, you got to do like 10 squats or 20 squats or whatever. It's kind of the same concept, right? I'm not asking you do squats over the toilet. I'm literally asking you when you're done using the bathroom before you use the bathroom to create a piece of content. Right? This is totally appropriate. We're not this is not an inappropriate podcast or inappropriate, inappropriate coaching style. So I was very

aligned with that. I did not you don't know when you chimique changes. You don't know how people are going to be aligned, right? Because I'm like, I feel like I'm overwhelming you by no is that 93? Four and a half hour calls isn't right. It's my math, right? Well, now it's four hour calls. So no, it was way more than that. It was six, six hours worth of calls a month. And then whatever program I have going on, which could be another. I mean, depending on how long the

calls are right? That could be another four to six hours of trainings that they watch, or if they want to watch something that we've done in the past, but it was just too much. And one of the things I taught in the visible framework, which is the content creation strategy that I teach is less is more. And the same thing can be true with your programs. Sometimes when we list out everything that we can do, or that we have going on people are like whoa, I don't have that

kind of time on my schedule. And I want more people doing then I want sitting on a on a zoom call. I want people doing I want them making moves. I want them making big scary moves, I wanting them getting uncomfortable. I wanted them do things before they're ready. That's what I want. That's what I want the people that I work with, to do, I want them to be coachable. But I also don't want to handhold. And the reason I don't want to handhold is because I'm not empowering

them when I handhold them. When I handhold them, I'm doing it for them, right. But it was like, you know, when I sat down with one of my members, and we did the funnel, I didn't do it, it would have been so much easier to grab that computer and just do it. But I said do this, do this, because if teaching her to do it and showing her what to do, and her actually doing it is going to help her remember, for the next time that she needs to turn around and create her

funnel, right? Create an evergreen product, create whatever. And so that is one thing that I am super excited about in the execution. If you are a visible inner circle member, or if you are an omni VIP member, you automatically get the execution, we start next

And so that is going to be exciting because we are going to literally execute and get ish done in four weeks, we are going to take all of these ideas that we've had all these offers that we've had, and we're going to create offers, we're gonna create group programs, if that's what you want memberships, we're going to create evergreen offers passive income strategies. this four weeks. And because we talked about this as a, it's called Ignite your offers hypermiling, because it's very hyper focus. But the real goal here is to execute not just sit around and talk about all how great it would be to create this, it's actually to do it to do this, right. And so, as part of everything else that I changed with my inner circle, I also changed the tagline. And this was very important to me because I wanted to make sure that everything is in alignment.

And so now the visible inner circle is the tagline is high level Business Growth strip, sorry, let me start over high level business growth strategies and execution. Execution has to be a part of it. execution, implementation action, whatever you want to call it. But we get to execute more. And do that more consistently. I say that my superpower is being consistently

visible. And so we, as business owners get to be better at being consistent in whatever it is that we need to do whatever the needle moving activities are, we get to be more consistent with them. We all know consistency, consistency builds like no interest, helps your audience fall in love with you faster, we know all of these things. So we get to be doing it more. So that we can build our business of our

dreams. So we can fast track reaching our goals so we can get, you know, create these offers and invite people in showing them what we can do and how we can change their lives. That is the most important thing

to me. So if you are interested in the visible inner circle, I've been saying it's capped at 24 people but honestly I'm filling like 20 and that is what you can do in a container that you love that you want to keep small, and you want to keep intimate and you want to keep giving them the attention that you know you can.
