Welcome to the 300th episode of the visibility Queen show. I had a couple ideas for this show. I don't know where this is gonna go, I don't know how long this is gonna be I recording this the night before the 300th episode will drop. So it is very, very real time. Okay. So the first thing that I want to say is that 300 episodes do I think I was a great, I was great at podcasts, when we go back to, you know, the first 100 probably not right, I got better as I went on. So in 12 months, I
have completed 300 episodes. Now I do a this is a weekday podcast, obviously. So that's five every single week. But I think that is an amazing feat to have. Now, there are some days where I'm like, I haven't recorded a podcast episode today. And so they're normally later but for the most part, all my podcast episodes are going to be very close to when I dropped them, but they're going to be dropping at 4am in the morning, right? Because I have people that are listening all over the
world. And so they're already ahead of us and they're already up in the morning, I want them to be have the opportunity to listen, right. And I think it's very true that the more we do something, the better we get. I remember looking back, you know, the crazy 100 Live videos in a month and the 200 live videos in the month that I remember looking back at the first video that I did that month, right? And yes, it was only 30 days, but doing something 200 times in 30 days, you're going to get
better. Now was some of that content sloppy? Because I was tired of being on video. Yes, 100%. But if I look at the first videos compared the last week videos, so much growth, so many things were different. And you know the same thing with getting uncomfortable. We have this like threshold, right? I know a lot of times when we talk about money mindset, we talked about this energetic maximum or
minimum. And the same thing is true with our uncomfortableness, right, like we have this uncomfortable, like limit right of what we're willing to do, and what we're not willing to do. And it's like, what's that threshold? And how much can you push yourself out of it? So came, you know, the year of getting uncomfortable and then getting doing 100? Uncomfortable tasks? And I think it was 90 Some days. The question is, are you willing to get uncomfortable? Are you willing to push yourself?
The other thing I want to talk about on this 300th episode is just where I'm at right now in my business and a lot of thoughts and feelings I'm having. And so I use Twitter, I used to say I don't do Twitter, I use Twitter. Now, if you've ever heard of Alex from Mozi, he says he like drops off his ideas, his thoughts inside of Twitter. And I was like, I'm doing it in a notepad why on earth? Would I not do this on Twitter, it's content. And then I get to go back on and look at
it and see what did I post? And how can I riff on that more on Facebook or Tik Tok or wherever, right? And the first thing that I saw somebody post something similar to this and then I rift on it on my own on Twitter was while you're so focused on what you don't have, someone else is screenshotting your life and adding it to their vision board. Like somebody wants the life that you have, that you're not
satisfied with. And that really hit me because I was just like there have been so many times in my life in the past I'm nowhere I'm sure I still do it. But I used to be so bad about this
right? Like I it's not enough it's not enough you know, and always wanting that external validation and that gets us in trouble for a lot of things because number one when we need validation and we can't send on a personal power we're going to struggle with a lot of things we're going to make low sales or no sales mean something about us we're going to literally be a much more up and down roller coaster and then we would be if we had are doing something with our emotional intelligence if
we're if we're standing in our personal power and all of those things. So I loved this quote whatever you want to call it that I put on Twitter because of that reason. The other thing is is that I've been posting a lot about fear lately and obviously we talked about being uncomfortable
earlier. But you have to want what you want more than you fear it and I think so many people they struggle with being consistent this is totally me being raw and real here I'm just gonna like it's I'm just throwing it all out you if it activates you to make movements let's let's do that. If it triggers you because you don't feel like you're where you want to be All I ever asked out if anybody that I mentor is improvement,
right? So if I am talking about consistency, and you're like, Yeah, well, I'm not consistent. Okay, well, how can you be consistent? Can you start being consistent one day a week, and then we can improve from that, right. And so I want to just say that out loud is that so many people are not consistent because of fears, or because they literally just don't want it bad enough. Our passion for anything can be
very waning, right? It can, it can, it can have moments of really high highs, and moments of low lows, we don't give a crap and we're gonna want to go get a nine to five. But the important thing is to tap back in to that passion to tap back in why you started doing this to tap back in your love for whatever it is that you do. I have noticed myself included, and other people that I mentor, that the more that we are sitting at our desk, the harder
passion is to find. There's just nothing sexy and passionate about living at your desk for 40 plus hours a week. You know, it's the same thing when people say I can't come up with any content, cuz you're not living your life, you're literally sitting at a desk, you are like crippling, your creativity. There's nothing creative about that. And, and I can look in, you know, I remember those days that I was, you know, at hours at my desk. And I know that the reason the content that I put out was
there. Because I was an right, I was just like me, like, whatever. And so it's been interesting to even see my own journey through living at my desk, to living my life. Do you want the desk life? Or do you want the best life like Which do you want, right? And having that whole change go through. And so I want you to always reconnect, and people say with your why, but reconnect with your passion.
And if you've got to go deeper in our why than we do that, but really just reconnecting with your passion, because your passion will not let you stop your passion will not hold you back your passion will push you forward and give you the momentum that you need in your business. The other thing I've been talking a lot about lately on Twitter, and I think this is so true, is that every decision, every single decision we make, in our days shapes our current
reality. The other thing is, is that you are where you're at right now in this moment because of choices you have made, right? So wherever we're at in our business, good, bad, ugly, whatever, is because of choices we've made. So if we don't like where we're at, are we willing to make and the corrective choices, right, the hard choices sometimes to get where we want to go? It's that whole again, it goes back to the passion thing, right? How passionate Are you?
You know, the reason I have so much to say on social media is because I'm feeling and I'm feeding into my passion constantly. Today, for example, you're listening this on Monday, but I'm talking about Sunday. I know this week ahead is full on Queen Khan and entertaining people and teaching other people and pouring into other people. And so today, I was very quiet on social media, I was very quiet. I wasn't posting a whole lot because I'm just sitting
with myself. Because I know as an introvert I know what's coming up this week. And I'm preparing myself and I'm taking this alone time I'm taking this quiet time. And I'm just being with myself. And I think that's important to note too. But for the most part, my passion will not let me be quiet. Pretty much I'm getting my passion out on this podcast episode today because I have not been on social media very much. And I think that's really, really important to know, like,
decisions that we make. And even better when we make big uncomfortable moves, right? Big uncomfortable decisions that don't feel like you know, they're exciting, almost, and they they may like activate you but they also feel really scary, right? And this whole business life thing. It isn't that things aren't going to be scary. They're going to be scary. I do scary things all the time. It's just are you willing to be creative enough to move forward anyhow to do it anyhow. Right.
I talk a lot about choices. I like to talk a lot about uncomfortable moves and actions. But I think the thing that we forget about is that all of these big things, consistency, passion, all those things. They all come from one decision, right? One decision that takes you one second to make that decision. And it's almost like whatever this decision is, this is the best way I can explain it. Whatever this decision is, it's like that part of your brain, the light switch has just
been off, right? Because nothing's going on, nothing's happening. Or at least it's not happening in the momentum that you prefer, right? And so when you make this literal, I'm gonna snap my fingers split decision, right? When you make that literal split decision. Something happens now, it can't be a decision like, oh, yeah, like, that's, that's fine. That color is fine. No, it has to be a decision of a movement that you are going to make. The day that I talked about this a lot.
But that podcast episode I listened to, and 2021 changed my life. And I couldn't get enough of that podcast episode and kept listen to it over and over and over and over and over. And but it was one decision to say yes, I'm, I will accept your challenge. I will go on an uncomfortable journey for 365 days, I will do this. I'm 100% down, I'm gonna do this. And I think we make the decision, right? And it is like that light switch. It's like, oh, the lights on now. Right? The decision was
made. But then it's like, are we willing to back that decision up with action right away? Or are we like, Okay, I'm going to do this, but I'm going to start in like next month. And then what happens? What won't wha the momentum wanes? It just, it feels like there's no movement, we forget about it. Other things take precedence. Even when we make a decision, right, we need to have fast
movement. And the reason is, because it's just like, I've talked about this with creating offers and things like that, if I don't move on it right away. Two weeks down the road, it sounds dumb, and I'm moving on. I'm not like it. I'm not 100% into it anymore. So and I've said this before, too, but like, you know, it costs you more money to not move and not not take action on a decision, right? That you just made, that it doesn't make a mistake, it costs more money to delay than
it does to make a mistake. So make the mistakes, right? Do you really even learn if you don't make mistakes? No, you don't. So make go make mistakes. You know, one of the things I love is, you know, I'm okay with with failure, because I already know what that feels like. I've done that a lot. And I think knowing in keeping that perspective that I'm going to learn through this, even if I fail, and I'm doing air quotes, because failure is
so subjective. But even if it doesn't work out the way that I want, I'm gonna learn, do you know how many launches I've had, where nobody bought? And I just kept going. And I just kept going. And I had belief, and I had certainty, and I knew what I was doing. And then boom, things happen. Right.
And speaking of launches, and this is the last thing that I'm going to end this 300th episode with, because it's just everything that's on my heart right now, is that so many people are fretting right now if you're listening this live in our world, about sales and people buying and all those things. Quarter one of 2023 has been extremely better than quarter one of 2022 for me.
Now, in 2022, I was doing a lot of changing my business, but I'm talking about flat out new sales, not recurring, but brand new cells 2023 is killing it. So you cannot tell me that people do not need what you have to offer. When we are selling with a very lean back approach, like I don't need money, I desire money, right? I don't need people to fill my programs I desire I want them. It's it's it's we've had an episode on this before but really about, like, do you want
to be desired by someone? Or do you want to be needed? You want to be desired, right? That feels way better? You know? Do you want to keep you know a spouse around just because you need their money? Or do you really just want to enjoy them and desire them to be with them for the rest of your life? I mean, that's a very good question, right? It's the same thing when it comes to cells. And so many people are And first of all, let me just clarify, I've been there.
I've been there where I needed the money, like I had to pay my bills. But also, it makes it a lot harder. And it's a lot less fun when you are in those that situation. If you can separate the two, if you're like, Yes, I know that money is going to pay my bills. But right now I desire more people to be in this program, like I am going to pour into all my audience, my raving fans, because I know what this what happens with this. I know what this turns into. Suicide sells down for everyone.
No, they're not our sales down for you. Maybe. But that doesn't have to be the story. We keep telling ourselves for the rest of the third quarter, first quarter. I'm jumping ahead there. We still have you been listening to this episode live? We still have what, three and a half weeks left in the first quarter of 2023. So why are you giving up now? Why are you saying nothing's working? Now? Why are you saying sales are down now. You have a whole lot of time, my friend.
If you're willing to switch and shift your mindset on selling, if you're willing to switch and shift your mindset on being consistent, you know, adding in that passion. If you're willing to change that mindset on understanding I'm where I'm at, because decisions I have made. If I want to change this moving forward, then I get to change who I show up as how I show up and the decisions and the choices I continue to make.
Radical responsibility and ownership are two of the biggest things that I have really focused on since 2020. Pre 2020, I'm not sure I was really I like to probably blame more than take responsibility. And so that is one thing that I've really started looking at, like, you know, yeah, I, that launch sucked, I could have done this, this and this better, versus that launch suck, I suck. Nobody wants to work with me. My prices are too high blah, wah wah, wah, wah wah, right.
Well, we know when we give something, a plus effort, and we know we give something d minus effort, right. And we know that for the most part, we should reap more of the rewards from the a plus effort. It's not always a way it works out. But for the most part it does. So my question is, how are you going to finish? This quarter strong? How are you going to finish this month strong? Or whenever you're listening to this this week strong?
How are you going to start making different choices and different decisions? How are you going to rein in your passion? And how are you going to show up differently this week to reach the goals that you want to reach? This is definitely a wildcard episode. Thank you for listening. I don't normally riff this long on any episode. But I appreciate you. I want to continue to serve and support you. We have so many amazing transformations happening in

So if you're interested in Omni VIP, which is a 12 month micro mastery where it's you get the monthly program, you get a lot of learning that you get to become an integration master with while learning and doing.
