So many people think that when they create a course, or a program that it's going to sell out like hotcakes. And the sad answer is that that typically doesn't happen. This is one of the reasons I'm so passionate about visibility. This is why I'm so passionate about putting yourself out there as the face

of your business. That's why I'm so passionate about building like know and trust with your audience. Passive income, making money while you sleep is possible. However, it's not like I create this program, and the money is just going to flood in, you still have to know how to market your business, you still have to know how to market yourself, you still have to know how to market the thing that

you're trying to sell. It would be amazing if we just created it, what does it build it and they will come if you have a platform already, if you have positioned yourself as being visible as being somebody who is an expert in your industry, if you have done that already, you will be much more successful

than somebody that has not. But this is why I'm so passionate about visibility, because I know that it takes a lot of like no interest, it takes a lot of positioning, it takes a lot of showing up to even show people why they need what you have what you have to offer, right? They don't just show up and buy. Yeah, sure with some ads been Can we get some additional sales always we truly can not typically in a high ticket sense. But we can on lower

ticket to mid tier offers. But when we position ourselves as being super visible, right as being consistently visible, so that we are building the like know and trust with our audience is going to be a heck of a lot easier to sell that passive thing, passive thing than it is then to not have that audience to not have that setup already. And the reason why is number one, we have so much competition online, there's so much noise.

If you've ever seen the graphic, I've shared it in several of my trainings before, what happens in an internet minute, in 60 seconds, you have so much freaking competition every 60 seconds. And that depends on what platform you're on. Right? It depends on what other things

people are doing online. But there's so much noise on the internet, that you get to show up enough for your audience to continuously build that, like know and trust with them, to excite them to show them how you can solve their pain points to give them quick wins. So that when you do want to create a passive, and I'm going to always do air quotes, because it is

never set it and forget it. It is created, set it up, build it, whatever and then show up so massively that people know you, they like you, they trust you and they want what you have to offer. So have you set up your platforms for your passive income? Have you set yourself up as the authority as the expert in what you do for the passive product? So many people think that they're doing great as a service provider, they have client one on one clients, and everything is going to sell so

easily after that. The people who know you Yes, but we get to keep building our audiences, we get to keep building like no interest, we get to keep reaching outside of our circle. I like to explain it actually, I'll draw it right here. This is actually pretty cool. Because I had this for our visible calls today. And so it was training them on the visible framework for content. So I have this out. So this is the best way I can explain it. Right. So we all have this circle, right? We have

this circle. This is the circle the network that we have of people, like watching us following us already have that like no interest, right? Only some of them are gonna die. Some of them are just going to continue to get the free offers that you have. And that's okay. Right? Eventually they'll be there, but they're just not there. Right. Now, the more visible we get every time we get a little bit more visible. We go outside this, the circle a little bit, right and we make

our circle bigger. So the more consistent we are with our visibility. We keep getting outside that circle and the circle grows. Your network is your net worth. Right. And this goes for visibility. It also goes for building relationships. Every time I build a relationship with someone, I'm getting outside my circle, right, and I'm building a bigger circle. We can do this with visibility, we can do this with building relationships. But in order to continue to grow our audience, we get to show up.

Even if your audience isn't growing, and it's just this vase here, we still get to show up, right? We still want to build like no interest, we still want to make sure these people know who we are, know what we do know how we can serve and support them. If they don't know they don't know, right? It's what I always say, when I teach people to do things the right way on social media or marketing their business, you don't know what you don't know. And you can't

change that until you know. So if we're not giving them the opportunity to know who we are, how we can serve and support them. They don't know that that passive, that passive thing that you're going to create, they don't know how it can serve and support them. They don't know you. And that's just showing up. I love the quote, it's not a customer's job to remember who we are, it's our job to show up so much that they don't have the opportunity to forget us show up so much, they don't have the

opportunity to forget us. Now, I'm not saying you have to be on video every single day. I'm not saying you have to post 50 times a day. But I am saying create enough video content that you can repurpose it over and over and over. So it appears that you are showing up every day. So it appears that you are always around that it appears I am a big live video person. This is a true live video. I'm not faking you. I'm really live right now, if you ask the question, I would

answer it. But one of the things that I see so often is that we don't even create enough video content to even repurpose, right. Or we don't even know the type of content to even get out there to our audience to build to like know and trust. And when we first start out, it's not that you have to be perfect, and I don't expect anybody to be perfect, I just need you to show up. I need you to fumble through

it. No baby starts walking without like some, you know, some unbalanced, right, like they're like they fall right and they get back up. The same thing. When you start getting visible, you're gonna fall. And we're here to pick you back up, and you're gonna get back up, and you're going to learn the right ways to do things. But we have to start, we get to start. That is the amazing thing about being a business owner, you have these platforms, you have this

opportunity. You don't you can work a nine to five, right, you don't have to have this, this isn't something you absolutely have to do, you could have a backup plan. But if you're passionate about helping the people that you want to help if you're passionate about doing what you do, if you're passionate about serving and supporting video is the best medium to get that information out there. Visibility just goes on top of the video, and just make sure that people know who

you are everywhere, right? Not the whole entire world, but your entire world. And a speech I did two years ago, I said, if you had the world's attention, what would you say? I've also asked if you could just help one person with every single piece of content you put out? Would it be worth it? Specifically video? Nobody's ever told me no. So are you willing to grow your circle?

Are you willing to have a passive income, that takes some marketing strategy that takes some work and take some visibility, it can work, it will work. But we've got to show up and position ourselves. First, we've got to show up and do the work. We've got to consistently do the work, be visible, create video content, build, like no interest, and nurture our audience that we already have. You didn't have to grow your audience, you can keep the same audience you have. But we get to

nurture them. And know that through that nurturing process, they're going to tell other people about us. We're going to be seen, we're going to be heard. And that's all part of being visible so that you can have that passive income that you've been wanting to have, that you can make money while you sleep, that you can do all of these things. But it does take you showing up as the face of your business and growing your visibility so that we can even start to make that happen.
