I'll never forget when I used to want 75 People in my inner circle, and then I was in a container with 75 people, and it no longer felt like an intimate community. And I don't know if it's because I'm an introvert, I don't know why I like intimate communities, but feels so aligned. I, as a mentor, also don't want so many people in my proximity that I can't handle, because I never want someone to

feel left out. I want to know, each person that works with me, I want to know their business inside and out, especially in my inner circle, because that's the close proximity or one on one, right. I want to be able to answer their questions in a timely manner, not weeks down the road. And I never want to feel like I'm overwhelmed when it comes to support, right. So I want to be able to support the

people that say yes to me. And so it was like, I never thought because every goal setting call I've had with a coach or mentor, like what do you want, like 75 people in here, we don't want 150. And I almost just kind of said yes, because I thought that's what I had to do. But it just never felt good. And I think deep down inside, I knew that and it just never never felt good. Last year, I joined a mastermind. And it was capped at six people. And I was like,

what? Like, you can cap a mastermind to be like that small. Like it's not supposed to be this huge community full of like 1000s of people. And it was really just like mind blowing to me that I could even do this. And this is sidenote a total another reason to join containers because you get to see how they're ran. And what's possible things you never thought of? Yes, I Yes, I guess it's possible that I could have reduced the number but I never

thought of it. As soon as I saw that, I was like, You know what I'm I'm capping at 2024. That's Max, I don't want any more people in my container than that, that feels so so good. To me, it feels so good. I can get to know them really well. We can build relationships, they can build relationships, it can be a safe space. And that feels so so good. At the time I joined that container, there were only three people, including me. And I have to say that it has been my favorite mastermind container.

Like I loved it, we were all so close. Today, none of us I don't think are still in that container. But we also cheer each other on. And that is a relationship. That's a lifelong relationship, right. And so I know that close proximity, which means they get close access to me gets to be contained, meaning there gets to be a smaller amount, it gets to be exclusive. And my other container which we call Omni VIP that gets access to my monthly programs. They don't have close proximity to me

unless they upgrade. They we don't do I do a q&a call once a month. And I do a call for onboarding. But other than that they don't get access to me every single day can show up for the programs. They can ask questions in the programs. But there's no clock close proximity. Whereas my inner circle has me we have a group telegram we have a individual telegram with each of them. And then we have a weekly call or a weekly office hours. So they get

a lot of me right. And I want to protect myself from having to spread myself too thin because also an exhausted person gives exhausted answers right? And I never want to be that person. And I love that when I'm ready to go into let's say telegram and answer questions I do. I make sure there's nothing on my plate and make sure there's no distractions, I make sure I'm in a quiet area. I can focus and listen to the questions or read the questions. And then I can

respond accordingly. And to me, that is more important to me than having 75 people in a container. To me, that is vital. To me. That is where the growth happens. You always get to do what works for you. What feels like you like create the container that you love or you wish you had for yourself. And I think that's where we all go wrong. Like I wish I wish but we don't do it because we don't see anybody else doing it. So we think it's it's a no, no, we

can't do that. And I always want to let you know my friend, you absolutely can create the container that you want. Create the container that feels good to you. If you want 1000 people in a container because you want to have like a party every time you walk in. Then create that. You can also have a party with 20 people but I'm just saying Do what feels good to you. Do it Those aligned to you. The intimacy is the one thing that I hear in my program and the visible inner circle that they

love. When we do in person events, it's a very small group that everybody gets their question answered. Everybody gets to take apart, right. And so that is vital to me. And that's what's important to me. I built my business on visibility, which is being seen and being heard. And I want to make sure that everybody in my programs feels the same way.
