There are six, I believe, very powerful habits that have supported me with launching that have supported me, especially with launching every single month. They have supported me with selling and showing up consistently, even when things don't feel like they're going my way. And I am going to talk you through them. Because I think they're so important for everyone to feel like that they are consistently doing them or they have mastered them, or that it is part of something that they're always

going to work on. So the first thing is failing. For real, failing, like, without the failures that I've had, I mean, I've been in business since 2016. So there have been a lot of failures, not like two or three, letting me there's probably something that I fell out multiple times a month, right? And it gets to this point that you truly fail so much that the fear is no longer there. Because when you fell enough, you actually already know what that feels like, right? You've

already been there. Do I like it? No. Do I like when things don't work out? No. However, it's like, no one gets to success, or whatever goal that they're going to reach without failing along the way without tripping over and stubbing toes and, and having breakdowns. And having faceplant like that is all a part of a journey right to whatever goal it is, whether it's a business goal, whether it's a health and fitness goal, it doesn't really matter, you're going to hit problems along the

way. And you can allow them to take you out, or you can allow them to uplevel you to keep going right. And so I believe that not being afraid to fail has supported me with being able to launch every single month. Because if I sit at the beginning of the month, and I'm like, Oh my gosh, I have to launch this thing. And I'm still freaking scared. And what if everybody watches me fall on my face? And what if everybody bah, bah, bah, then what happens? It just holds me

back. Right? And so therefore I have to stop tying failure, like, oh my gosh, if I fail, well, I probably am gonna fail, like, a long delay, right? I'm not going to fail every time. But I never know what's gonna happen. If I don't push through and do the thing. We talked about this, if you watched the cash injection masterclass, we talked about this about putting out an offer. And like being so scared to put it out there.

Because what if everybody knows you didn't sell it, and I'm like, Well, I do that all the time. Like, I don't put it out there because I need the money. I put it out there. Because I think it sounds really cool. And the right person, when they see it is going to be a match for that. And it may not be when I put it out this time, it may be in two months from now. So I can't let that hold me back.

Okay, the next thing, the next habit that I truly believe has helped me have successful launches is consistent visibility. So I choose to show up sometimes when I don't feel like it, but I choose to show up every single day in some capacity. Now, I'm not gonna say that every weekend, I'm showing up. And every weekend, I'm putting out all this great content. So I'll be a lie. This weekend, I literally just binge watch stuff on TV. Like, it's

just felt good, right. So I wasn't showing up a whole lot. And I'm not saying that you can't go on vacation. I'm not saying any of those things. But truly consistent visibility. And when you are consistent enough, those days that you're off those days that you take a break, it literally carries over to those times. So those moments, I talked about this before, but even when I had surgery, and I thought I was just to be out for three days in 2019 and end up being eight weeks of recovery.

The reason I was able to get through that is because it was already very consistently visible like I was very consistent with it and it was very aligned actions that I took and I showed up and I had all that consistent visibility to back me up to be out for eight weeks I had consistent visibility to repurpose I had all of this this available to me and had I not already been consistently visible that would have not happened also being consistently visible builds like

no interest because if I'm sure I'm showing up this much for free, what happens when you pay me right and the same thing goes for you. Alright, number three, the other the third thing that I feel like I've really honed in on and created as a habit to help with successful launches and sales is my messaging is positioning myself as the expert as being known for the one thing I understand what my audience is looking forward to I understand

how to talk to them. I understand more and more about sales psychology, I understand about how to position things, how to say things, all of that takes practice and In learning, and so I believe wholeheartedly, along with that, creating content in many different what we call mediums, right? Because you today may not be in the mood to watch a video. So you may have skipped by this integration or your thank you. But maybe you skip by this and you're like,

ah, I'd rather read that. So if I put it out there, right, and you're able to read that later as a carousel and get to the point a lot faster than however longer this video ends up being. Then I created it in a medium that you can digest better. But maybe you were in the car, and you're like, I'm not gonna watch Chrissy, but I just want to listen to her, then you can listen to this. So you're literally like multitasking, right? So there's different

mediums for everyone. And I always want to make sure that I am creating content with the same messaging and different types of mediums. And also clarifying what what platform I'm on because every platform is a little different, right? I don't take typically the same thing and slap it on every platform. Alright, the fourth thing that I believe is led to successful launches and successful sales is having CEO days and self care. If I am not taking care of myself, I am not

my best self, right? If I am dehydrated, if I don't have, I'm not getting enough sleep, if I'm not moving my body enough, if I have back pains, because I choose to sit down all the time and not get up and go for a quick walk like whatever it is, like if I'm not my best self, I am not showing up as my best self, which means I'm going to have an energy issue coming across to you when I'm talking

about different things. And I think the thing is, sometimes we don't think about this, but let's say you aren't a 10k a month business yet you're not 100,000 or multi 100, multi six figure business yet and you want that, like how does that person show up? What identity do you take on? And how does that person show up? was a great question that I had to ask

myself years ago. And although I have moments where I don't work out, and I'm still always doing something, right, it may not be lifting, it may not be with the goal of losing weight, but it's all about the health. It's all about what I put in my body, it's all about drinking enough water and getting enough sleep. Unless you're a new mom, and then that totally is out of your control. And I love you and my thoughts are with you. And I

totally understand it. Okay, I believe that when we have a CEO time for our business, and we were creating self care for ourselves, we also live our life more. And so we literally magnetize people to us, like they feel so attracted to what we're doing that they want to be around for more that. Alright, number five, having certainty and belief. And this is why this

is important. Because when I have certainty, I have a lot of personal power, which means that I'm not sitting around refreshing my screen waiting on somebody to buy to validate my offer to validate me. That's a lot of work. That's really exhausting. It's like, what is that quote, I always screw this up. It's like watching it's, it's watching the water? Well, it's I'm so totally messing this up. But the quote, that it's a watched pot does not boil, that's what it is. I always mess

this up. Okay, so the more I'm sitting there doing that, though, the less people nobody wants to be attracted to somebody and wants to work with somebody who's literally refreshing pages in the background waiting on you to buy that's a really needy energy. And the more I put that out, the more people are going to see that in my content and how I show up. And they're just going to fill their some kind of disconnect there. Right? So certainty is huge when we aren't getting the results that we

want. So belief belief, I have belief that what I'm offering, I'm offering it to you because I already embody it and I already do it. But I also have the belief that is going to change your life, and it's going to create a transformation in your life. And if I didn't believe that, then I shouldn't be putting that offer out there. Right. So believe uncertainty are huge. Can you hold the energy that your stuff that you're selling? I was gonna say crap, it's not crap. The stuff

that you're selling? is life changing, even when you don't get the circumstantial evidence that you want? Can you hold the personal power? Or can you hold that evidence that you know that you're the ish, whether people buy or not? And then number six, I believe that freedom has helped me be able to launch every single month and have successful launches and here's why. I the most stressful thing for me to look at is a couple

things. If I in December, planned out my entire year and said I'm gonna Watch this by the state, I'm gonna launch this by the state of Milan, this by this date, that is stressful, I created a business of freedom so that there's a lot of blank space on my calendar, right? I had the freedom to move things around. Also, when I launched, when I did stream second skill, I had to stop in the middle of a launch, because I got sick,

right? If I didn't have the freedom to do that, and I felt like I had to keep going on to keep everything on it this schedule this rigid schedule, that's not freedom to me. The other thing is that freedom to me is saying, oh, I want to have a $10,000 month, I need to sell X amount of this, I need to sell X amount of that. And then I have these numbers all over the place. And I feel in lack immediately, because I'm not

meeting those numbers. I can't do that to myself, that is not freedom to me, I get to believe that whatever my goal is, I will get there in a in many different ways. There's a million different ways for me to reach that goal. And if I start putting numbers on things, saying I need to sell one spot in my inner circle, I need to sell. So five spots here like that is not freedom. That is stress. That is anxiety. And I

will not do that to myself. If you are a numbers person, and you work better by numbers, that's great. But for me, I can't do that. I can't do it. It puts me in high anxiety, stress. And immediately when I don't hit those numbers, I go into lack and it's not good for my nervous system is not good for my mindset. So I don't do that to

myself, right. So I believe freedom truly, truly helps us be able or helps me to be able to launch every single month and have successful launches, because I can also change my mind if I see my audience really, really need something. And I wanted to launch raving fans. But I see my audience is having a real disconnect with visibility, then I know I can switch that right. I know I can change. Okay, we need more

visibility right now. And then we'll work on raving fans, which will actually go really well right after that, right. So I can insert that and put that in anytime I want. So I believe these habits have really supported me to create successful launches, but also to launch monthly. Without these habits. I would not be making sales. I would be a frazzled mess probably. And I would always feeling feel like I was playing catch up. But having

these habits in my life. Yes. And I it's weird to say that failure is a hat or failing is a habit. But I have failed a lot and knowing what that feels like is actually a really good thing. Do I want to experience failure again? No. But it doesn't. It doesn't scare me. I don't lead my actions through the fear of failure anymore. I used to let fear keep me from action right? Or keep me playing safer. And now that doesn't bother me

anymore. So I'm able to play much bigger the consistent visibility, the messaging, the positioning, the certainty and belief, the freedom what's the other one I'm forgetting? The CEO days and the self care all those things together, help create successful launches for me. And maybe yours is a little bit different but these have really really supported me. So I hope this has a great takeaway

from you. I hope you're able to launch with ease and less stress and we are still the doors are still open to the Ignite your launch to sell and scale. We start our third call this week. And you could still do with a slide your habits that are that are setting you up for success for launching and selling
