did you know that tammi salas + sondra primeaux co-hosted  @theunruffledpodcast from 2017 - 2021? yes, we used to record a weekly episode for four years straight!
it definitely kept us sober.
in the summer of 2021, during the pandemic, we hit an indefinite pause on the podcast.
recently, we recorded a check-in and got caught up on life + sobriety. this is part one of two episodes.
last night, i figured out (on my very own) how to finally move the podcast over to spotify.
