8. 3 Ways You Can Align Your Actions with Your Goals

Are you struggling to see the results you want from the work you’re putting in with your health and fitness? When you think about losing weight or getting fit, I bet you think you need to work out more, cut calories, restrict your favorite foods, etc., but honestly, that’s not how it works. In all reality, you need to make sure the actions you’re taking are matching the goals you want to achieve.
In today’s episode, I’m sharing 3 ways you can align your actions with your goals, so you actually can hit those goals, and see long-term success with your health and fitness. I’ll also be sharing more about how gaining momentum with what you’re doing will lead you to being motivated and consistent, and eventually, you’ll have sustainable habits in place.
