Something I hear super often from the ladies I work with is that they’re wanting to tone and shape their bodies. They’re used to doing cardio, and they think cardio is what they need to do to reach their goals, but that’s just not the case. Weight training is absolutely essential if you’re wanting to change your body, and your health, and I’ve experienced this firsthand on my own journey over the last 13 years. Whether you’re a big fan of weight training, you’ve been intimidated to try it, or you’re somewhere in between, I’m excited to dive into this with you in more detail!
