I don't want you to be overwhelmed, I want you to be able to look at the one exercise the one thing you need to do on that day when you've watched that video, and focus on that, and then focus on the next thing. And then the next thing, so that by the end of the course, you will have increased clarity, you will have gained a little more confidence. And you will have started to build a
little more courage. Because these are all concepts that you're going to need to change your life to transform your life to stop you living the life that you think you should, and get you living the life that you want.

resally wannabe. So now we're friends, I invite you to grab a drink, take a seat, and allow me to guide you towards living, a life that's lit! Hey, hey, welcome to episode 36 of The Triple C Project with me, your friendly neighbourhood life coach, Ryan Spence. As I'm recording this, I'm looking at my office window, and it's absolutely chucking it down with
rain and it's freezing cold. But when you listen to this, if you listen to this, on or after the day, this episode comes out, I should hopefully be laying by a pool in Ibiza getting some much needed sunshine. So I'm really looking forward to that. And I hope if you're a person who likes the warm weather, as I do, that your you get your chance to get some winter sun too. Obviously, depending on where in the world, you are listening to this. So this is going to be a shorter
episode than usual. Because I want to tell you about something I'm really excited about that I think is really going to sort of help you accelerate the journey from where you are to where you want to be. If you're listening into this podcast, if you follow my social media content, you'll you'll get a lot of the concepts that I talk about, you get the things that I work with clients on, you get the things that have helped for me, and you're getting a tonne of value for
free. And I really hope that, that that's helping you to think about things differently and start to look at some of the shifts that you want to make in your own life. And if you're already so organised and methodical and studious, and you're working through all of that content, and you're taking your notes, and you are going away and you're applying and implementing the things that I talked about. That's awesome. And you probably don't need this episode, but you should still
stick around. But really this episode is for people like me. So if you've listened to this, you'll have heard me talk about myself being a little bit disorganised. The way that my brain works is very creative. I come up with tonnes of ideas. I really like to get out and just talk things out with people, which is why I love being coach. But the actual sitting down and strategizing and finding the steps to get through things in that methodical, logical manner. They're not really my strong
point. Which begs the question, How did I ever spend 11 years as a lawyer, but that's a whole other conversation. But as a lawyer, particularly in the last few years, as you've heard me talk about when I knew that where I was wasn't where I wanted to be. And when I started on my personal development quest, I spent a lot of time reading a lot of books or say half reading a lot of books, I got all these different books that were recommended on personal development on improving your life, on all of
that stuff. And many of them are still sitting on my shelf, many of them unread, many of them not even opened. I also spent a lot of time heading down YouTube rabbit hole. So I'd get on to YouTube to look at a video maybe related to a book that I was reading or particular concept
that I'd heard about. And I do what YouTube wants you to do, which is click on the next video that looked interesting or that was related or just allow it to play on and then before you know it, and now two hours have gone by and I watched a whole load of stuff some interesting stuff, some inspiring stuff, but hadn't taken in a whole lot of useful information. And the information that I had taken in, I hadn't figured out in my own head, how I was going to implement it, how
I was going to apply it. So I go through this moment of getting really sort of hyped up really excited, thinking, Yeah, I'm really going to do this, and we're going to put this into place, and then never do anything about it. And therefore, what would happen is that week, a month, six months or a year later, I'd still be in pretty much the same place, probably have a little bit more information. But I wouldn't have actually moved forward, because I wouldn't have implemented something.
Now, if you're listening to this and thinking, that really sounds like me, you're my people, you can relate to what I'm talking to you. So when I wrote the book, The Triple C Method, I didn't want it to be like the books that I had read through before. And it's not to say that those books weren't good. But in terms of how I work, they weren't necessarily the best thing for me in terms of implementation. So The Triple C Method is short, and that's
purposeful. It's supposed to just be able to, supposed to just be able to just get through it quickly, and really tease out the concepts. But that's also why I made the exercises separate, they're in a separate free workbook. Because sometimes when I read a book, I don't really want to go back to the book, I'm just like, but if you have a separate workbook there, which you can just scroll on and or sort of look at on your, on your phone, or whatever, and
write your notes. And I find that for me, when I'm writing stuff, it's, it just embeds better in my brain. So to have a PDF, which I can go, I can print out, I can journal on, I can write all over, I can make notes on is a good way of working. So for people who also feel like that, that's what I wanted to create. So that's why the book is short. And that's why there's a separate workbook. But also, in following that approach, there's only so much that you
can capture in a book. And I know that sometimes, and this can be the case, for me. visual aspects of seeing somebody talking about the thing, sometimes at the same time that I'm reading it I have in front of me, can really help to accelerate my learning and can really help to accelerate my
process of implementation. So I wanted to figure out, how can I do that for you, whether you've read the book, and you've diligently done the workbook, and you feel really great, it's helping you move along, or whether you've read the book, you love the book. But now you've lost that inspiration. And you haven't really got to the implementation stage, because you haven't really downloaded the workbook, and you don't really know where to start. So I wanted to create something that could help both
sets of people. And that's what I'm going to talk to you about today. So what I've created is a course. And before you think, Oh, I'm gonna get overwhelmed with all of this stuff, and I don't have the time and I don't have the energy. I got you. So this course, Triple C 101, which, as you probably noticed, similar to the name of the book, and the name of this podcast, so it all ties together. It's all about the triple C's clarity,
confidence, and courage. Now, the great thing about this course, well, there's many, but let me tell you the first thing if you instantly thought I don't have the time on the energy is short. So like the book, I want to something which you could take get through quickly and implement quickly. So purposefully, the course is short, it's probably around an hour long. If you were to sit and watch all of the videos, every video is probably around 10, between 10 and 15 minutes
long. That's the first thing. The second thing you can you can literally just can't do it. So there's five modules. One is an introductory module. One is a final next steps module, then you have three core modules, which four marks if you get this right, each correspond to one of the things one of the three C's. So, first core module is Clarity
Who are you? And in this module, there is a video where I talk you through clarity, why it's important, how you can get it. And there's an exercise at the end with downloadable worksheet to start you working through your values. That's it. So if you listen to some of the earlier episodes, you'll know that values knowing your core values is an integral part of gaining clarity. And that's what this module does. That's it. There's not lots of other things
for you to take in. It is literally an exercise in working through and getting to knowand getting comfortable with your core values. That's simple. The second core module is, again, bonus points, Confidence 101. Where's the evidence? And again, this module talks about confidence, what it is, why you
need it, how to get it. And then there is, again, is one key exercise at the end, very simple exercise, where's the evidence, where you start to work through some of the stories that you're telling yourself, and I'll give you sort of the prompts and the questions to ask yourself to start to ascertain Well, where is the evidence for the stories that you're telling yourself.
And again, the idea of that is at the end of it, you'll realise that many of the stories that you're telling, there is actually no evidence to support them. And so that will help you to start to build the belief that the things that you want to do, you can do the things that you believe in being believing about yourself, and not actually true, and you are more powerful than you think. And the third core module, Courage, 101: The Art of courage
stacking. Courage stacking is one of those things that people have really taken away from the book, it's probably the thing that I get the most feedback on, the most comments on as to how courage stacking, how they love the concept, but also how they've started to implement courage stacking in their own lives. And so in this module, I talk to you again, through courage, what it is, why you need it, how to get it, but then the exercise at the end is helping to walk you through the
process of courage stacking. So if you have that big goal, or goals, or things that you want to achieve, which are just so overwhelming right now, and you haven't moved forward, because of the analyte, analysis, paralysis, this is exactly what courage stacking is there to help you break through, to break through the overwhelm, to not let the fear hold you back. And to start from where you are taking the steps that you need to take in the order that you need to take them that feel
comfortable for you. So maybe you're not a person who immediately jumps off a cliff, maybe you've got to take a number of other steps to get to that point, I say carry stacking will adapt to you, depending on how you do it. And as I say, the exercise there to take you through it. And finally, at the end Well, at the end is obviously congratulation is telling you the next steps that you can take, it's telling you how you can take this work further forward, how you can go
deeper. And that's the course. It's really I was gonna say easy them. But that's not that's not the right thing I'm gonna say. It's super accessible, I guess is what I'm saying. If you want to, you could cruise through this course in a week, you can
cruise through it in a day. But I think it's something which you're going to want to take time on, not so much in terms of the videos, they're super quick, but the actual work that you do thereafter, because it's that work, which is going to help you build the tools and build the habits that are going to carry you forward carry you from where you are to where you want to be carry you from your life of lethargy towards living a life that's lit creating that vision of the life that you want to
live. So I'm super excited about Triple C 101. It's still very new. There's no fancy flashy sales page or any of that stuff. To get on the course, to access the course, all you got to do is send me an email to hey@iamryanspence.com. Or you can DM me on LinkedIn, or over on Instagram @iam_ryanspence. And just tell me, 'I want in' and I'll send you the link and you can go ahead, sign up and get started on creating your life that's lit. As I say, I'm super excited about the course, just because
I've put so much into it. And it's so much based upon my experience in big law from where I was, and the sorts of things which I needed to hear. But purposefully, it's not overloading you with all of these concepts and bells and whistles because I don't want you to be overwhelmed. I want you to be able to look at the one exercise the one thing you need to do on that day when you've watched that video, and focus on that. And then focus on
the next thing. And then the next thing so that by the end of the course you will have increased clarity, you will have gained a little more confidence and you will have started to build a little more courage. Because these are all concepts that you're going to need to change your life to transform your life to stop you living the life that you think you should and get you living the life that
you want. So, again, I'm really, really excited about the course, I really want you to get real value from this, I designed it to give you real actionable steps that you can take. So as I say, there is no fluff. If you've read the book, The Triple C Method, this course is a perfect complement to that. But you don't have to read the book
to do the course. You know, the, the course just literally takes through it, those three sort of key exercises from the book, and really sort of breaks them down for you and walks you through them. But if you haven't read the book, and then you do the course, you're going to kind of see how they, how they integrate
how they work together. So again, to get access to Triple C 101, you can click the link in the show notes, which I will leave or send me an email hey@iamryanspence.com or DM me on the socials, Instagram, LinkedIn being the main places that I hang out. Okay, I hope you go away, you check out the
course and you get started. Once you've worked through, I'd love to hear what you took away from it, how it's kind of helped you to accelerate your growth, accelerate your transformation, get you moving quicker along the path towards living life lit! There's a survey at the end. So you can just fill that in. Or as always, you can message me, I love to hear from you. I love to hear comments, I love to hear insights, I'd love to hear takeaways. This is what I do
this for I do this for you. I do this too, because I I've been where you are. And I don't want people to suffer there longer than they need to. I suffered there for five years suffered in that pit of despair of wanting to escape, wanting to get out Thanks for tuning in. But before you go, the weight of limiting and not believing that I could. And the idea of everything that beliefs is heavy. It literally weighs you down and keeps you stuck in that life of lethargy.
I know. It's why I stayed in big I do, the content on social media, this podcast, the book, law for so long. And it's why so many of my clients don't believe the coaching is all to help as many people as possible, get out they can do the things that they want to do. But what causes those limiting beliefs. It's a lack of confidence, lack of of that pit of despair as
quickly as possible. Get out of confidence in the belief that you can do the things that you that life of lethargy, and get on that path towards living a want to do. And I've got something for that. It's my life that's lit. So thank you as always for listening. I will be
confidence journal. It's six journal prompts that I created, that I've used to help me get from where I am to where I want back next week, of course, when I will be back in the UK where to be, to help to give me the belief to do the things that no doubt it'll be even more cold and there'll probably be a lot seem outside of my control outside of what I can do. If this sounds like you, you need to get your hands on the more rain. But I'll be hopefully nicely refreshed from my my week
journal. Best thing about it, it's free. All you have to do is in Ibiza, providing the kids don't give me too much grief. head to iamryanspence.com Hit the button for confidence journal, and get your copy today. It's going to help you Thanks, as always, really appreciate you being here. Go start to reframe your thoughts and get you thinking about what ahead and check out the course Triple C 101. Any questions, you you can do instead of focusing on what you can't do. And shed
know where to find me. And until I see you again or speak to you that load of limiting beliefs that you don't need to be carrying. See you again next week. And until that time, stop again, stop living a life of lethargy and start living life lit! living a life of lethargy and start living life lit!
