The last nine months have been hard on all of us. All the obstacles we’ve had to face can affect your self-confidence and ultimately, your mindset on life. For today’s Mindset Monday, I want to share the powerful words of my friend, Phil Gerdes: “Confidence is earned by doing the work!” By focusing on doing the action first, you earn the confidence to go further!
