This episode features guest and cancer thriver, Matthew Zachary, founder of Stupid Cancer. In 1995, Matthew was diagnosed with pediatric brain cancer and told he would only live for 6 months. He not only crushed cancer, he stared Stupid Cancer which is now proudly the preeminent nonprofit organization that makes cancer suck less for those touched by young adult cancer. Through its innovative, award-winning, and evidence-based programs and services, the organization serves as a global bullhorn to propel the young adult cancer movement forward.
In this episode, Garth and Dara talk openly with Matthew about his experience, insights, thoughts and perspective about stupid cancer.
