Hi, this is Stephanie Maas. Today I want to talk to you about a really neat concept that was reintroduced to me a couple of weeks ago by one of my hiring managers. He was walking through some thoughts and ideas about what he was looking for and what he needed me to go find. And what he reintroduced to me was the idea of oftentimes it's not the number of years of experience, but what's in the years.
And I really started thinking about that and it really reminded me that this is an incredible opportunity as painful as a lot of what we are dealing with is, and for a lot of us, it is tough right now. There's so much to be learned, so much to be developed. And again, it's not easy. The number of years of experience, but it's what's in those years that make the experience. So let me encourage you taking a few minutes, slow down, evaluate your situation.
Hey, whatever you're being faced with right now, are you really making the most of it? If you have a new opportunity to deal with clients in a different way, are you really taking advantage of those opportunities? If you've got an opportunity to interact differently with your family, your friends, whatever the case may be, take the time to really appreciate the experience that these years are providing.
