E22 - Favorite Things 2021 and 2022 Predictions!

Meredith and Sheldon talk their favorite things of 2021 and report back on the listener survey on the topic!

We hit favorite equipment, favorite class series and individual classes, as well as best innovations of 2021. 

Also, we ask people what their greatest WISH was for 2022 and we get all kinds of answers from the community from technology upgrades, to new equipment, to new clothing and music ideas. Favorite non-Sponsor? Meredith wished for a new studio on the West Coast so she could win a trip to visit it.  

Lots of news to hit about the connected fitness community including some new innovations and speculation about a major connected company being purchased (totally rumors btw). One boxing based company offering 100 free classes as well!  And what fast food chain just added exercise bikes in them?  I know, right?
