This week, we spoke to 'Cottage Relocated' coach, Mark Lloyd. Mark heads up the Cottage group that meets in Battersea Park every Tuesday night and he spoke to us about the nature of the group and the manner in which they train. Groups, such as Cottage, who bring together athletes from a large variety of more traditional athletics clubs, might well be the future of the sport. Enjoy!
