You don't look like you're in the gym. What's going on? I'm outside the gym. So last week, I think this does start with the ring muscle up. I I did quite a bit of pulling. I think I did a ring muscle up workout two days before that.

Did that one and during the ring muscle up workout I kept thinking like my mid back feels really weird. I was like I'd be fine and like there wasn't really anything. Like a couple days after I didn't feel anything and then like I did a lot of pulling on Monday and then I think I did some sumo deadlifts on Tuesday and then yesterday I go to do a snatch and I get the like it's £95. I pull the bar to my hips and just like go and I had like this recurring injury that happens all the time.

I I can't tell if it's from football, but I don't know how else to explain it other than it feels like I pop a rib out of place. I'm sure my chiropractic sister-in-law would not say that that's what I'm doing, but it's got something to do with my lats and my ribs. So anyway, I was like last night I was like gung ho. I was like, I've been through this before. I'll be fine. And then I get here today or well, so this afternoon my sister-in-law comes over.

She is a chiropractor and she like resets it. And I was like, will I be fine for the show tonight? And she's like, I was like, then don't tell me. So I get here and like I try to bend over to pick up the bar and it's like I'm getting stabbed in the in the back, directly in the middle of the spine and I can like get it to the hip. And then I did like the disgusting hand clean. And then I was like, I just fucking gripped my teeth and was like did 5. And I was like, I couldn't even

breathe in all the way. Like I still can't. And so, yeah, so. I'm not he's not doing it, guys. He's not, he's, he's not. We're going to do it next Friday. We're going to give him a week to heal. From now on, Tyler, please try not to hurt yourself. This, this, this bit doesn't work if you're just wishy washy on things.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. So. I I hate like when I texted you guys like I put it off for as long as I could because I was like, I can work through this like I'll warm up, I'll do whatever. I. Took off training to be here. That that he. Left, he left the pigs. He was like, I'm ready to go. Tyler needs me. So next week at 5:00 PM, is that what we're doing? OK, Friday at 5 July 4th, 5:00 PM right before the fireworks.

Get the family together and and watch Tyler hopefully not pull a layman again and and and show up and do the thing. Of all the workouts that to to like call out of, I was like I would have rather called out of the ring muscle UPS. I really want to do this one. I don't think you do. A lot of people. Are telling me to me to go do it. No I will not. My laptop is great. Yeah, I I I still don't think 7 1/2 is is there but I can't do. It.

You definitely can't do it with a stabbing pain in your back for for that. No, sorry guys, I'm really pissed about it. I I think for this spin, I do think there should be some type of penalty if this happened. So I'm going to say 725. Oh, a 5 second penalty. I think there should be a 5 second penalty. Yeah. What do you, what do you do?

We agree with this. If this is going to be, if this is for, you know, if we're going to do this and it's going to go out a long ways, you know, obviously we don't know. It's up to Tyler. Steve doesn't think I can do it anyway, so he's. Like right, right, right. So I, I think, I think there should be some type of penalty. Are you, do you agree, Tyler? So I don't want people to think he's going to be like Kale on certain weeks and, you know, show up certain weeks. I think he's actually. Hurt I was pissed. I was really pissed. I I like try to convince myself to do it anyway. I was like is there any way like I can I put a belt like around my mid torso to see if it would take the pain away. That immediately made it worse. What like in the middle? Of your chest, like yeah, around your own case, everything. So yeah. Nope. So thanks guys.

We. We. What's that? This also convinced me to stop sitting at work and yeah, do everything that doesn't make my back hurt. It's. Probably good, it's probably good. So no, thank you guys for stopping in. We just we didn't want to just like delete the the stream and not tell anybody what the heck's going on.
