Day 2 of Elite Team Competition at TYR Wodapalooza. How many caffeine pills will John take?

Transcript

I'm just, I, the, the athletes are doing what they're supposed to do. It's not the athletes fault. I'm just bored and I don't know what it is. I can't put my finger on it. I, I took like half a caffeine pill right 30 minutes ago because I'm like, you got to freaking try to talk about this now, man. And you can't even stay awake to watch it. Good morning, John. You're awake. Yeah, man, I slept great. I feel so good. I'm ready to watch some teams get after. It. That's right.

Caffeine pill and then good. What's up? How can you take a caffeine pill and then sleep good? Slept like a rock. Just depends on how much caffeine you take normally. Yeah, I watched the last event of the teams that put it, that put me down. Made you feel better, huh? Yeah, Sunday, last day, best day. Something like that. Something like that. We got 15 minutes till the start. We better get into it.

We already kind of did these pics because we were confused about the actual scoreboard last time. Let's see, that's not it. Where does the not that the workouts here we go share. My screen 2345678910 of Oh, we got time. So we we still got time. Race to the top, one to 10 rope climbs, box jump overs where everybody does it and then 10 cleans. I was watching the Maderos Hopper and Pepper video from

last night. It sounds, yeah, it sounds like Willie George is going to do all 55 cleans for the boys. Oh my gosh. OK. They, they said that on Thursday, Justin and Willie were just at one of the gyms nearby and they were practicing the overhead squats and they got to the 275, did like 5 reps of them just to feel how it was going to go. And Willie then slight slides off two 10s to get the 255, which is I think the weight for these cleans.

And Willie's like, hey, let's just do 10 and Justin's like what? And Willie literally just is like, I mean, just. Wrapping. Them out, wrapping them out, like, doesn't pause and like, just like, I could do 10, but I'm going to get to like, 7:00 or 8:00 and have to pause for a second before I go, you know, to those last few. And it looked like absolutely nothing. So Willie is going to be the one who cleans it up and finishes it. John Hung wants to know if Tyler can throw in his Zen.

You missed it. It was seconds before he went live. That's right. What? What is Zen? What is it? It's nicotine. What does it do? It in the IT depends on how long you've been taking it in the early days, it'll like it. It, it feels like what's that called limitless? Like you just and you feel like really it makes. Y'all like focused like that? Yeah. But then the longer you do it, I don't know, like how. Many did you take during? Like, like most drugs, you know.

Yeah, the longer you do it, like I notice like all of my best, any of the rants like when I went at David and like, shit, when I get on that, it provokes that feeling in me. So like, whatever mood I'm in it, go ahead and just crank that sucker up like. Spheroids. Yeah, a little bit. It's not great for training for me. You don't say. It like my my system gets too ramped up and so I'll get in the middle of the metcon and like bonk way too early.

I gotcha. Yeah, yeah, a lot of people at the gym don't don't like my music because like I like, I like slower music. I like slower poppy type music. I don't like like, you know, trying to get in the zone or like going real fast or just just I would have can it like, you know what most men like to listen to? I don't like to listen to like you put just like a Taylor Swift song, like a style from Taylor Swift.

And I'm I'm doing great. You know, like, like I'll I'll be running, doing box jumps, doing burpees, just just just thinking. He's got that James Dean day dream. You're kidding me. I and I got the and I just, and I'm just, I'm just cruising, man, because it keeps, it keeps my heart, it keeps my heart steady. You know what I mean, right? Do you remember the oh man, do do you remember the don't Clip me singing 'cause I'm not a singer? Do you remember the Jordan Sparks song No Air?

That's like one of my favorite songs we're out to of all time because like everybody hates it, 'cause it's like, tell me how I'm supposed to breathe with no air. And for some reason it speeds me up and I like to. I do so great when that song comes on. Work out with you, John. Hummer knows. Look at like she she knows. But you don't like my music? If I am lifting. Hate my music because all the

men in my gym, they're freaking. They just like they got to themselves up to do stuff and I'm like, I like they will like hype themselves up to a front squat, fail it and I will come around into a Taylor Swift and power clean it in the rack form and dance off. That's just because you're strong, John. No, but I my, what I'm saying is you don't need all that. You don't need all that. You do. Maybe they do. No, they don't. They just think. They just think they do. No, you do.

If I'm lifting above 85%, I'm listening to No More Tears by Ozzy Osbourne, Enrique. I I think it's more about you got to like, you have to listen, listen to music that you like. Like if you're listening, if you hate the music that's being played, it sucks to like. Oh, it's so heavy. Or go some workout. Look, look, listen, my girls are trained man. Like I got soldiers, OK? If some summer knows. If somebody turns country on when I'm doing a metcon, I fucking go into straight rage

mode. Like it's like, it would be like if you spit on my face. That kind of pissed. It's fair. I I couldn't do it. See Why do you need to be pissed off? I don't need to be pissed off, I just need the groove to be good and country ain't bringing that kind of noise. No, I'm not a big country fan. I'm not. I'm not a big country. It's like if it I'll, I'll bear it. But like I I, I'm not a big country fan. Yeah, no, I that's why I work out my garage. I get to pick the music.

Well spent. I I'm basically our manager at the gym, so I get to pick the music this time. But I I try to appease the people you know, I don't. I want to make an athlete card for you that just, says John Young gym managers. You can give me a mop, but put a mop on the back, right? Let me hold on, Hold on, hold on. Let. Me. That should be in our calendar. Yes, let me put some blue jeans on.

Of course I'll have a beater on and then I'll just have a mop and then and then like, you know, be flexed, flexed up as much. We'll oil you up a little bit. Yeah, and that'll be my, that'll be my calendar picture. Yeah, I guess my Calvin Klein. Like where you could see the Calvin Klein, like. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You know what I mean? Like that V that V thing. Yes, I got a good V, You know what I mean? Yeah. We'll make it work. We'll make it work. Did you see I got the open 25

shirt? Oh snap quality. Yeah, it's nice. Dude, do you know what that looks like? It looks like the opening of like movies or the close that symbol at the close of movies. Has anybody ever seen the Disney movie Up Up and Away? No, up and away. Yeah, man, boy, it's a, it's a, it's a hard throwback. But if you've ever seen the movie Up Up and Away, they like have this brainwashed thing, like homework that they put and dude, it's a throwback.

I know, but it the brainwashed thing, It looks just like that, just like that. I'll have to find a clip. Like it's on the computer. It comes on and then everybody's brainwashed like like as soon as you see it, it, it, it gets you. Not like the greatest of movies, but it looks just like that, like Spitting Image. I'm, I, I hope this hits one person and they are going to like me and me and that person are just going to be symbiotic. It hit me, I had not thought about. I loved the Earth.

Protectors, is that what it's called? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. If you haven't, I remember liking that movie as a kid. Did you see what you see it, Tyler? When you when, when you brought up Cincinnati or the Crimson Chin yesterday, I was like, or the other day I was like, Savon's not going to have any clue. He's way too old for that. He missed that entire spin. Do you know about the Crimson chin? No, I had no idea about it. Yeah, yeah, you. Missed that age, dude.

There's this, there's this girl who's a, she's a redhead at my gym and she had a black, a black. Resident redhead. That's too. Hot No, this is important to start she's she's got red hair and she's got listen, this is what we're talking about during team previews and for for for a reason she's. What John takes capping Bill. She's got a black shirt on. She had a black shirt on. Black, my Love's on. It's cold. It's cold right now.

And then she had like cargo pants that were like Kim Possible, a dark green spitting image of Kim Possible. I'm like, like if you were trying to be Kim Possible for Halloween, that's what it looked like. And she just came to the gym like that. And I said regular. I said that like Miss Kim Possible come to work out and nobody knew what I was talking

about. And I was like, like, it is next time she does it, I'm going to take a picture of her and and show you guys because like I'm spitting image and, you know, they're all they're most of my girls are 40 summer's 33, but most of them are, you know, in the 40s and no idea, no idea. Like it's it doesn't like, wait, listen, I'm going to send you this picture and we're going to pull it up on the screen.

What she looks like with this, with this thing I'm talking about, you couldn't make it more exactly like that picture. I'm sorry. On to the teams. I guess Brent Fukowski, Bella and Brian Friend were on the Elite stream talking about some PFAA stuff. We'll get to that after the next event. I'll have to go back and catch up. Event 4 Race to the top rope climbs box jump overs and cleans the men's pick, Tyler. The boys, the boys. OK, think. They're going to win three in a

row. Yeah, they got yeah. A lot of wins for one team, John I. Think I'm going to say the boys as well. I'm going team go wad I? I like what Justin was saying that Willie, Willie can Willie can do a couple touch and go is and get a get a little bit of a lead there at the end versus having to cycle through more of the athletes. I think everybody will touch and go though, they'll just cycle

through their touch and goers. Maybe you know what I. Mean, I think Willie, you're telling me Travis can't touch and go 255 for 10 at the end of that? But. But Travis is one of the best power, clean touch and goers there is. Of all time. Chandler can't do that. Chandler's very good at touching those too, because he can't squat clean. That's a good team on. There no Noah's your weakest 1 and he's not bad either. Like like I'm like, I get what you're saying, but.

What about the What's going to take the longest throat climbs? I would say the box jump overs. But is there much time that you can make up, I guess where's the where's, where can you make? Up the most time yeah, the rope climbs, dude dude, if you have a bobble you're. Yeah, I I don't really. Think but it's only 55 rope climbs. I don't know. I don't think this is one where you make up time any per SE, but you're just kind of, you're just a little bit faster. Like like everything is just

like 1/4 of a second faster. Yeah, You know what I mean? Like every everybody's going to do. I I feel like it's not going to be, it's just a fitness. This is a fitness race where it's like his pace is just a little faster than my pace, but it's not like I can shave time here or like transitions. I feel like there's just going to be, they're just going to move like a little bit faster. Does that make sense? And I'm I'm not wording it

correctly. But it sounds like what we were talking about on the 1st event on the individuals and you argued with us this. Is a different event. I don't understand what you're. Saying this one if you don't come. Out we said you could be slower, but you couldn't really go faster on the box step overs and you're like arguing with us. I I think you can't go faster on the box step overs. Brooke was evident of that. Emily Rolfe was evident of that. Brooke was.

Slower, yeah. This is these are box jumps on 36 inch boxes. Like you're not going faster on that everybody. Is you do have to be able to jump pretty high. All right, women. Oh, I yeah, I picked a what? Women. This one's tough. I think we're going to see an outside pick on this one. All the teams are mixed as far as like not having good rope climbers, not having, or if you do have a good rope climber, you have people who aren't super

strong. So I think, I think this one like a, an outside, an outside pick might win. What's the team? I'm going to go with Reese Littlewood's team, the Mcdaughters, the little daughters. Oh, OK. I'm going to relight Salt Bay. Little better, little better, better finish at the end of last night. I am going to go with froggy girls who don't run. Not a bad pig. I don't think it's a bad pick at all. They're all good at all that stuff. It's it's being athletic and

then. The cleans are going to be ridiculous for them. A little bit strong. I just the way it's heavy, but it's it's not something heavy enough for like Emily Rolf won't be able to cycle it or like the week like the the games athletes that are not like Hayley Adams can still do cleans at this weight. Like it's not and like like fast. No, they won't touch and go, but I it's not stopping nobody in

their tracks. So no, I I don't, I think froggy girls is a good is is a. Good pick and your flex pick Tyler. I picked the PJS. Same. I went out on a limb. Nobody else I think is picking them. Sculpted Scholars. Sculpted. Scholars now. Sculpted scholars. I love the sculpted scholars, man. Who else? They're my favorite. Team on that? Team Tudor, Magda and then your resident French runner Benoit Buen. We got height French. Man will be really fat.

I mean Jack can go up that rope in like 2 poles. Same with boulanger. I imagine you're. So right, dude, I'm I'm switching. I'm I'm switching. Oh, switching. You know, dude, yeah. This is where you make up the ground when nobody else calls them. Yeah, I, I just, I love that, that rationale that. Here's the Oh, Julia Brandon is going with the Yeti outcast. Well, they're that's a good pick. They're first place right now. Yeah, I mean it's hard to bet

against them. I'm just trying to gain some points. So if everybody picks Yeti outcasts, 23% is only picked out Yeti Outcast. Keeping it real at the hot take teams is the most boring thing I've ever seen. I'd rather watch Brian Friend throw frisbees. Careful what you wish for. Yeah, I don't. I don't think you mean that. Pull up Savons. I did the freaking frisbee show. Oh my God, that's the greatest. Like, like outtake, like ever.

For Christ's sake. Barry, just keep this podcast going so we don't have to watch teams. Shout out to see the CFW team, they had the they were like top 2 going into the final heat as far as the the time last night on the the workout that I picked them. So it ended up being a 13th place finish on that one, but it

was still a good time. Something kind of interesting just to keep in mind, keep a note of, especially when you're talking about watching the events this this afternoon, the schedule, it's going to be pretty tight. Let me see. Pretty tight. Let. Me get rid of Kim Possible go over here to the to the schedule. So we're starting out in tier arena it goes. Terena. Terena, it's starting here any minute now and it goes till 2:27 local time.

At that point you head over to the rain sandbox. 14 minutes later they start the intervals. It is a fast turn around. The broadcast team has to transport all of their equipment from one stage to the next. So it's not going to be a quick turn around. So you are not. I mean, unless something happens and it's why it was slow yesterday going from the dynam, the the lifting stage to the sand stage because they have to carry all their equipment over

there. So do not be surprised if you miss a good portion of the intervals because it's only an hour so. We might only catch like the last or the top he to like what the women you think. The men, yeah, they may. We may miss all the women and then just see the men take over. So and then they got an hour between that and going back to the tier in A for the finale.

I kind of hope we get like we get to see them transporting, like they just leave all the cameras on and we can like watch them run over there, you know what I mean? There's a. Movie it's not the cameras. They have all the fixed cameras. The thing is they have to take all of their like they only have one like switch and all of the stuff that connects to the electronics what they're doing. Yeah, to like where the soundstage or like where Bill and Chase are commenting, commentating.

So like they don't have two setups. So they're literally transporting it from one stage to the next. So that will be that will be tough. Non team relate. We're gonna go over to I think it's Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, here we go. There is a work a competition called the Crucible. Not to be confused with. The Crash Crucible. Is Jr. suing them? Yeah, Jamie Simmons wins Someone Day competition in Abu Dhabi.

Julia Carter. Good job, Jamie A. Little over $25,000 prize for a. Terrible show out of athletes. Julia Cato, EV Hollis. Reza Blenova. Yep. Yeah, Reza. Yeah, Rachel Knox, Gemma Raider Gemma. She seems like a pretty good swimmer. She was, though. You weren't wrong. You weren't wrong. That was what that was a good take on the men's side. Victor or no Miko Lilly Org Sorry, Reggie, Reggie Fossa Tola. Tola made the plane good shot. Tola heads over there for some reason. Aldous takes forth.

It's interesting they don't have I could not find they had it like, I don't know, 40 stories on Instagram. They had no workout descriptions on competition corner, nothing on Instagram like I have no idea like they were doing like. They don't market over there like anything that happens in the Middle East, like competition wise, they, they, they're so bad at marketing their competition. Dubai is just ridiculously bad every single year and it's at at

marketing their competition. Well, what doesn't make sense is Compcorner has features in it to where it's like you can display all that shit easily. Like if you're going in and you're filling out the competition like it's ready to go. But even like, they're like Dubai's website is impossible. And like, it's like, it's just, it's like a website that's not even a real website. Like you just click around to nothingness. There's nothing. It's not operational.

And I don't understand why they can't just hire people to do it for them. Like I get, I get if they're trying to do them do it themselves and like they're just bad at it. But you can't, you know, you got money. Like just hire somebody to be your marketer. I mean, I don't know where they're doing this competition, but nice electrical box right there. It looked like they were doing like strict, like weighted strict pull ups. They did like front squats, shuttle runs. 2K for that Lady

What? Was it 2? That's AED, Yeah, it's they made that's like $6. First prize was 125,000 so and it was like equates to like 27,000 USD. It's a like bike test. I don't know. Bro what's she on like fucking 13? No damper 10. They're into this damper 1020 minute plot test which is which is the most idiotic thing ever. I like you.

You ruined an amazing fitness that I think a 20 minute FTP threshold test is is one of the better fitness tests out there combined with power like power power fitness combination. I'm pretty sure that they just did like some long run of. That floor is freaking long. Yeah, there you go. It's back and forth. He's got to work on that. He's got to work on his turn. You got to stomp that foot. Oh, he just finished 700 metal 700 meters shuttle run. Dude, I don't want to hear it. I did that.

That masters one with the mile. The 800 twice, 800 meters twice. Yeah, yeah. At least that was a longer run. So Congrats to Jamie Simmons. Just Luka Juka ching it up. Just. Beating all the people in Dubai and Europe on these smaller competitions, so. Dude, are the Middle East like good at anything? I know, no, yeah, yes, I know. That's man. Everybody knows that. But are the middle like, like, think of just in terms of anything. Like think of, think of anything, right?

Are they good at anything? Drilling for oil. Other than that's man, I just, I just. I. Was I was. Pretty good at weightlifting, right? No, no, no. And that's when that's what I was thinking about. Like so Rat Marati is one of the best weight lifters of all time. They got another Iran guy. Creating religions. He and ush he and ush Rasami. But like this dude won the world championship and he and he's good, but he like shows up like just so arrogant, like like just

people don't deserve to be here. The on the ground that he's walked in well, walks on. I'm just, and I'm just thinking about like you're like, yes, they're good at weight lifting. Are they good at MMAI? Like I, I'm trying to build my brain like, like I, I, I don't they're not, I don't think of anybody from the Middle East in like any type of sports at all. But I I'm not, I don't watch it much MMA. So I don't know, but I'm I'm sincerely asking. John John's cranking overs today.

I'm sincerely asking, could you, could you think of anybody over there for anything like in any sport related thing ever? A weightlifting is a great one, Brian, but like other than those two, that's it. It's those two and that's it. Bodybuilding. They are good bodybuilders. Are they? I thought Bumstead was the best bodybuilder. I mean, I'm not saying that the best bodybuilders. No, I'm talking about have they ever been the best at anything? I don't know.

They started. The Saudis started a golf league. That's my point. Like they're just buying things. It's just money. Something about them. That's not what I'm saying, Brian. Have they ever like this guy is so good at this thing, Everybody knows his name. I don't know, maybe we'll buy CrossFit. You under y'all understand what I'm saying? Yes, we understand what you're saying, but you also have a paradigm of American sports, and they don't play American sports.

That's fair. Maybe they're really good at cricket. I'm pretty sure Andy has got that unlocked though, I think. I think this is there there. This was a good answer. This is a bodybuilder, right Tyler? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Big Romney's, Yeah. OK, thank you. I I was sincerely asking not. Amanda let's Yeah. Yeah. That's Amanda, right? Yeah. Yeah, she just did all I don't

know how many. This is not not a good answer, Juana, because they're not Germany, they're not the United Kingdom with the soccer, they're not Brazil. Like these are the best teams in soccer. That's not cricket. I have nothing. I don't know, but I know India is the God of cricket. So. How is Amanda's team doing? What? What's her team name? Blacklisted. Blacklisted. I think she's doing all the cleans. They're there in the teal, right there.

They're in the first tee, so I guess they're not doing great. They're, yeah, they're, they're crushing the, I mean, that's half the field. Yeah, they're in 32nd of 40. I didn't mean that in the mean way. I just, everything they do just seems subpar for how much money and they have so and they're, they all they're known for is just being richer than everybody. John's on a religious crusade this morning, folks. I just haven't even talked about religion.

I'm not even talking about religion at all. Sergeant Z haven't played close attention, but has anyone talked about PFAA and the sand being everywhere? Yeah, that was a major topic of conversation 2 days ago. Yeah, well, you said Fukowski, you want to go further in detail with that stuff? Yeah, let's go. Let's do it. Go Tyler.

Basically the rumors were that Brent was pissed off about sand and water being in the warm up area for the clean, which understandably so. That shit's dangerous, you know, complained to upper management and upper management basically said, sorry, kick rocks. I guess he was my, my complaint was that OK, like they do that. What I'm doing if I run the PFA is I'm sending some aid that I have around. I'm like, here's 30 bucks, go buy a push broom or a squeegee

or something right now. Bring it back here and I'm going to be seen cleaning every single platform. And there was a rumor that he was actually cleaning off a platform. I don't know if he would do it with all of them. But like part of the marketing piece of all of this is like, if you're going to run the PFAA, if people won't do what you're saying, like that's an easy one. Just start fucking sweeping. Yeah, I sure. Hey, Brent. Brent's like judging too, right? He wasn't judging. I I'm.

Here's here's Amanda. She's like, y'all just go do some real climbs. That's that's going to be Willie George. Brent. Brent's a good guy. What I I will hats off to him for judging. Like no shit, that's cool. I think Brent gets a bad rap. I think so sometimes. Sometimes. Asks. For it I I don't disagree with that Tyler. I just think, I think Brent's a good guy who wants things to be good and then like doesn't always go the best way about it.

When you say shit that pisses people off, you're never surprised when they're pissed off. That's fair. I was surprised with the Grid League. I didn't think I'd piss anybody off with that one. That one took me by a complete surprise. I got to, I got to tell you, the strong man won when Ryan posted that or woman won when Ryan posted that, whatever. There's no difference. But I was like, oh, that might hit people the wrong way, and

they sure did. I don't think Brent's bad per SE, I just think he wants to do things and. Change the direction. His way. And if it's not, then it's wrong. But. But I don't I don't, I don't necessarily fault him for that. I I can I'm just I can disagree with them and obviously y'all know like I'm on I'm on team team us right, like, but I don't fault him for that. I think, I think we all feel like that in some sort of sense,

but. Yeah, I guess. Yeah, I mean, like he thinks in his way and he thinks his way is right. No, every other way is wrong, right? But like you can't tell me you don't think like that when it comes to like putting out articles and research and how you go about things or like integrity, right Tyler can't tell me you don't think that way. Like P score is the best score. Y'all just don't know it yet, you know and like like, you know, obviously, obviously I feel like that when it comes to

like who's. Predicting. Well, I guess the difference though is. Like you know what I mean? For Tyler, it'd be like going on a crusade to. Yeah, just a never ending like barrage of like. I want meetings with, I want meetings with Bosma. OK, OK, but like if. And they talk to you, and then you talk to them and they're like, yeah, we're going to go different direction. You're like, no, Tyler's like, no, no, like I'm not. You're you're not. They never listen to me.

They don't take my advice. This is the best way to do it. Do you think Brent has a has had a false sense of power then because of his athlete status? Yes. And like, Tyler doesn't have that right? Because why? Why would he like like? He's an accountant by trade. He knows numbers and spreads. I I. Gotcha.

I'm just giving I, I'm not saying he's right and what he's doing, what he thinks is right, but I just, I just think Britt's a good guy that tried to get something done that I don't fault him for trying to do what he's trying to do. Well, this is This is why this is turned into like a, a basically a political argument instead of it being like a philosophical argument. So like with P score, right?

When, when people try to blow holes in it, or if I had a meeting with boss and I was like, hey, boss, this is what I think we should do. It really is the best way. And he was like, hey, I wouldn't do it because like the storytelling might be hard or this or that. It's like I could say, hey, I think you're wrong in this, this, this in respect. But I do understand the point that you're making. And like, can we find a place in

the middle? It seems like Brent has gotten to the place now where he's like, no, there is no there's. No middle. There's no middle. And that's that's the problem for me is like, hey, like, and I see everything that way, like being someone who's extremely in the middle, like politically in any conversation, like some like there's a little bit right and a little bit wrong with both sides. And he does not seem to communicate that. Yeah. No, I think that's. Yeah.

I mean, I, I think that's, yeah, I think that's well put. I guess what I'm trying to say is I like Brent more than Pat and Jeff. Yes. That, that, that that's what I'm. Trying. He's a more likable dude like I've met. I think Brett is a is like a better guy than those guys. I won't make judgement calls unlike them. As well. I I don't know, I don't know them at all. I don't know them at all. What it, what it like, what it comes off to me does that? What does that make?

I think I didn't actually say Pat was more talkative. Jovial. Yeah, than Brett ever was. I agree with that. But I just, I think, well, like when you say like thinks he's the smartest guy in the room, I think Pat has more of that than Brent does. Well, so I've met Pat. Brent might think it, but like, he'll keep it to himself. Well, no so. I've met publicly. I think John's right. Yes. So I met Pat.

Yeah, there you go. So for the record, we're, I don't know any of these guys on a personal level at all. I've I've, I've spoken to Brent on a podcast. Pat's only been mean to me on a podcast. You know, he wasn't very mean either. But and then Jeff, I've never spoken to Jeff at all. Yeah, so I like, like, I'm not speaking from a place of

knowledge at all. It's just what it comes off as, like like to to to me. Pat to me was a little dismissive, but I don't, I think he thought I was just some fan walking around. Not that I'm special or anything, but it's like was right next to Peter when I met him. And so that that came off a little shitty. But then like Brent, like him and I have had multiple conversations on the phone for hours at a stint and it's like he does.

He did reach out and he did want to honestly understand it, but he did have this this way of communicating that was very dismissive of of ideas when he ran into a wall of what he thought I was wrong about. Like that was the only way. And that was, but he did that privately, just between me and him. He didn't do that publicly, which I appreciate. Yeah, I, I. And I feel. Like that's a respectful thing, yeah. I feel like that is his stance

though with CrossFit too. Right, 'cause if you look at what? I mean, he met Dave privately and didn't tell Veldner about it. That's. True out of respect. NDA No, I mean, I think that's, that's 100% true. It's like if, if those are the same, if that's the same conversation that he has with Dave that he had with you, Tyler. And Dave is like, OK, I think we're just, we're not going to, we're not going to publish a list of movement standards. Right, I like.

Brett's is going to look like, you know, you're just, you just don't listen to me. Dave can listen to him. It's just I'm not going. To do it, he gets the call right. And so that's I think where it ends up being different. Second heat of women all. Right candid talks during teams. We should make a habit of this just kind of like just. Do absolute like when they don't want to pay attention to anything?

Yeah, let's just do like a deep analysis on these Crossfitters feelings that we have no idea and we don't know them. Like, let's just pick somebody that we don't know, you know? And and totally destroy them. And and no, not destroy them, but just like, you know, think, talk about how we think they are. We could be real right? We could be real wrong. Everybody thinks Hitler's a Dick

until they meet him. Well, like Will, you know, Will's, Will's a conundrum for me because it's like John and I hung out with Will More at, at, at the games or Where were you there? No, John wasn't there. It was Peter and I I don't. Remember hanging out with? Will, it was Peter Barkley and I were hanging out around Will at the games and was like, he was really fun to hang out with and so like, it is confusing to me like that he has hurt feelings.

So why he's so dismissive now? Yeah, 'cause I'm like, hey dude, like we were good like and I still want to be good like, but I will shoot holes in your thing. Like shit, I shoot holes through John's ideas all the time. I called Hatfield a Midget. You did. You did real quick, John Hung. Can we back up to the private conversation with Dave and Brent without Pat? That's old news, John. We we don't know what happened there. Maybe he didn't.

He didn't watch Pedro. If you don't, he was on coffee pods and wads back when they, Brent and Pat were on the show. We don't know anything. Pat just seemed to not know something and Brent got thirsty real quick. Yeah, apparently they had a meeting out in the West Coast Classic with Don and Dave. Pat or Brent did, and apparently maybe Pat had no idea what was going on and it got really, really weird at that point. Real quick. I want to show you the strategy, though.

Look at Lane 5. So you have this woman in the red. I think it's Lauren Stallwood. Spence tried so hard to make this. No, when you watch the when you watch the heat that you care about, watch how the strategy is. So they have athletes. Now you have some athletes that are hanging out back here with the rope, they're only doing 1 and then you have to go to the box jumps. Can you play it? It's not playing on the. I'm not. I'm going to play it.

Here we go real quick. Lauren touches and they immediately start jumping. Oh, so that's all you have to wait for? Right. It's not like she has. The athlete has to come back down and then you all run to the boxes. I'm a big fan of tagging in. I think any team workout like this you should have to slap hands. So then Lauren jumped. Cool cool ad so.

Cool, cool. Yeah. So that's something to keep a track of, of who actually thinks through the strategy of you just wait for that last Rep to count and you start the next movement, the next element, instead of hanging out together at a barbell or the box, like go have somebody get ready for the next lift. So either the PJS are going to do terrible because Jason will forget what's happening, or they'll do great because he'll forgets what's happening and he'll just try to cheat and

he'll be fine. That same, same show last night with with those Medeiros and Hopper and such, Hopper was saying that he was on the worm, you know, finishing up and he's looking around, trying to figure out who's going to be in between him and Kateem. Go on. He's not focusing on the worm, paying attention to that. He's literally just looking. It's like, who else? We're going to beat these guys. We're almost done, and he's looking around hoping to see how many people are going to be

between them. And go on, love it. Just out there doing everything. Next level thinking right there. It's Jason's world, we're just living in it. That's right, crossfat spins, trying to produce baby. That's it. Teams. John, are you going to go spin or something? Do cycling instead of watching teams. I no, I'm, I'm going to yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm, I'm going to split screen it. That's the best way to get through cycling workout. It's just to split screen and

distract yourself. When you do that, are you going to try to hold a pace that's like decent or do you? Are you? Just it took no, there's a workout in it. So like, like it, it puts in what like your, it puts in whatever you're pedaling to a certain wattage. And I mean, I, I always try to keep over like 90, but then, you know, once we get like on a hard gradient or we're going like 400 watts, it's hard to keep ready. This is your bike that you use a little app for, yeah.

Your actual spin bike, Yeah, the I can't think at 90 about anything but the bike. 90 RPM yeah depends on how what the damper settings at period. Doesn't matter for me one. On some Taylor Swift you'll be fine. You, yeah, it's something, it's something that you get used to, Tyler, like you, you have to build a like a tolerance.

Oh, Jeanette always gets aggravated with me 'cause like if we do course she did cross country when she was a kid and when we go on like long slow runs, she wants to talk and I'm like don't talk to me, stop talking. Like I would get on your bike, I would you have a biker available to you. I mean just one at the gym MC2.

So like I would just 30 minutes and then like put put up, put up your phone up there or find a way to put your phone up there and put on whatever like movie or whatever you want to watch and put it just on damper two or three and go 90 for 30 minutes. But what's weird is in the morning, like if I do like mixed modal imams or something, something that's like I have to try, but it's not like it's like an IMAM where you're just

working on the skillet stuff. Like I'll put 7 on from like the night before or whatever and I have no problem. I cannot do a show podcast. No, I can't do a podcast. Anybody talking like I? Can't, no, I gotta, I have to like watch something like football. Sundays are great. Like Sunday. I'll I'll watch football and and bike forever. I listen to Rogan a lot in the mornings when I work out. How do you even catch any of that? That's the thing. I'm not listening.

I'm not listening. It has to be like I yeah, yeah, I'm. Ambient noise or you're just looking at something. Yeah, no, I have like a, a like a workout plan from Swift where it's like just to increase your FTP. So like there's sometimes the workouts are really hard, sometimes they're not that hard. But like it it, it does it all for me. You know what I mean? It's not a, it's not just one

thing. Here's the thing, CrossFit, there's a time and a place for stuff like that, but it's not all the training that I do. It's very, very little. It's like an attempt to, you know, 15% of the work that I do. Wasn't Matt Chan's point that they nobody does that in CrossFit? And he's so wrong. Like I could not get over that. He was like, CrossFit didn't change. And it's like, yeah, it did. Like there wasn't this mandate from CrossFit that said everybody needs to do Zone 2 training.

There wasn't a mandate from CrossFit that said everybody need to do Olympic weightlifting. Everybody just did it. And so like when he. Said whoa. Rich Froning just snatched £300. That's the most awesome thing I've ever seen in my life. I'm going to learn how to freaking snatch. And and that was my problem with it was he was like trying to say that's what class workouts need to do, but he was talking about

an elite level of fitness. And it's like you, you did way too much jumbling of of factors here. Go go program a John for like Thursday this week. Just program 50 minutes on the bike at zone 2 and see how many members show up. I wish I could do that. I programmed so like I can't do a 5K or people won't come.

So like what I, what I do to force people to trick people into, into actually doing cardio work is I, I, I say pick your poison and I'll give them three options and you can do a 3K ski, A7K row or a 5K run. And like, I just make it in terms of like what people don't want to do, you know, you know what I mean? And like the 3K skis, they're just the shortest thing. But it's, it's hard to sit there for that long, you know, you know what I mean? Or 4K ski it's. The longest What's the longest

ski you've ever done? I've. Done 10K. I've done 10K. Yeah, I don't know. It's over 5, but I don't know. I don't, I don't have a 10K in my head that I'm like, I'm going to ski at 10K today, but it's over 5. The longest I've ever skied is probably in like a 60 minute IMAM where I'm just going back and forth. I love. Does that make sense? For aerobic work, that's my favorite thing to do is like switch machines every so many minutes. It's easy to get a lot of volume in that way, but.

You don't get bored, your ass doesn't hurt. Yeah, I have to trick my members in the in the car, yo though, like I, I will. And then when they pick it, they pick their poison. So if everybody wants the rower, guess what, You're rowing 8000 meters because nobody wants to run. That's so dumb. Yeah, I mean that's there's a, there's something that's be said about going to a class and doing stuff that you enjoy. Yeah. Right. And it's not like you're not getting more fit by doing.

That's not a very long work. That's. Like once every two months we're doing something like that and then. So yeah, Matt, I think Matt confused a little bit of. Matt's take was so wildly bad. Miss Misinformation, like, like, I feel like Matt Chan, like his idea of like what people are doing is like when Democrats say there are people who are fearing for their lives because Trump got elected. I'm like, if you're really fearing for your life, you are listening to the wrong stuff.

Yeah. But like, like, if you're legitimately fearing for your life, right, the stuff that you're listening to is not, is not the right stuff. And I'm not saying you got to go watch Fox, but whatever you're listening to, it's not the it's not the truth. Like, I feel like that's Matt Chan's view of what fitness is. Whatever you think is happening, that's not happening like you're, you're, it's completely skewed what you think fitness is

right now. What doesn't make sense is like the people who go into a CrossFit gym and train like it, would they benefit from doing Zone 2 work? I mean, sure, just like they would benefit from doing exactly this workout right here. But it's the density of like people are there for an hour a day and it's like this. Girl's rocking. Is this in Drasic?

In Drasic, yeah, six unbroken. You can't have, you know, your class workouts like four class workouts a week, three class workouts a week where you're just doing zone 2 work. Like no one do that for a month and see how many members you have left at the end of the month. Like people be like, no, I'm going to a different gym 'cause people want to do clean jerks. They want to feel cool while they're there. And guess what doesn't feel cool? Freaking zone 2 work.

Right. If they if they want to do that, you can go buy a bike, yeah, anything. And just do that on your own on a Saturday. That's not why you go to the gym. You're the gym because you don't have access to a barbell and that's how you want to work out. And the people who really want to get fitter, they'll do the class workout and then they'll do their zone to work later. Now do something else. Yeah. That's fine. Mayhem. Was it five guys? How's that? How's that workout work?

Or how does that work when you only have three on the team? I don't know, maybe they're just like overpriced burgers. Dude I love. Don't they are priced exactly the way they need to be priced, Five guys. Way too much. Well, it's too much. It's good quality, man. Yeah, it's expensive. To quality. I go to Five Guys once a week. Do you think, does Jessica go all 10 unbroken just crush it here? No, that'd be cool. I don't think she can. Here we'll find out.

Oh, she, she lined up like she's going to, didn't she? Didn't she? She ran all the way up to it. I don't think so. Not with that Hayden. 'S the rest of the team does not look like they're going Dylan. Yeah, she's she's in it 4. I wish these were cleans like Hayden cleans. Seven. She goes to seven. If it was hand clean she first sure goes I'm broken. 700. She got my hair nice. There it is. Yep. 2. Three and they're done. The judge said he'd go back.

No, I think he was ushering them through. He was just revved up. Oh, yeah. Let's go, let's go, lady. Yeah, he's down. He's. Into the job. Yes, ma'am, you did that. I love. I love. Judges like that. Yeah. No, I will not go to Five Guys when I have a kid. Not with the kid. I'll go he's. Not $50 meal. That's the thing when you when when your kids start getting old enough to actually eat and like all the restaurants have their

kids menu is just garbage. And so then you have to start getting them an adult menu and you're like hold like now you're feeding 4. Especially like today's prices, you don't go out very often. We went. We left, we didn't eat hardly anything yesterday and we left like at 9. And so we went to Burger King and I got, I hadn't eaten anything since breakfast. And so I got like a double Whopper and a chicken sandwich. And then Jeanette got like, you know, a Whopper or something.

It was $40. And I was like, what the hell is happening? That's crazy. $40 at Burger King. At 7 days at McDonald's. I won't go to McDonald's. I I can't stand the way it tastes. It tastes no bland. When's? The last time you had McDonald's, John? Yesterday. What happened the other day? You just said I'm cutting out waffles. I'm on my I'm on my grid league body. Tyler. I like listen, listen, listen. The second they went to like 1% and then it's going to Brian's right.

It's not it's it's not set up for me to succeed. I'll just say that, OK. And then I then the grid league came along and then I'm like, well, I'm just going to freaking clean 405. Then I'm just going to see how see how freaky I can get all hands on deck on eating, on eating, whatever. I'm the I'm the heaviest I've ever been right now. Like, I don't, I don't like that. But you? Know how we were talking about making products to sell?

I wonder if we could figure out like, find a supplier who'd make waffles like the JY waffles. That'll be amazing. Oh dude that would be really cool. Protein waffles. It doesn't matter. Hey, check out check out this little little team mishap. What happened? Little spill you, you have to go over the bar, not around it and. They all went back over it and they all, only one girl needed to go back and the whole team went back over it. Teams just so confusing.

I wonder if I wonder if Brent's still out there. Do you want to go over the other event since it happens real quick after this and then we'll come back after the 5th? I'm confused by Sarah's comment. You should make your mic your MC days only when you do these four day coverage. Cut it out otherwise. Your McDonald days. Oh, McDonald's. I was thinking of chasing Bill. I was like I don't understand. Yeah, no, no, John only eats

McDonald's when he's on a show. Every time I'm on a show I just much and on Friday. That's that's your way out. You can do that. You're saying you don't want to do it between event 4:00 and 5:00? I'm saying we don't. It's not a fast. It's a fast turn around, isn't it? Yeah. It is. Yeah, let's just come back after 5. Let's let's do 5 right now and we'll come back after five. I'm. OK, with that, let's see schedule event 5. Ryan's got the right idea.

What's that? Only days that end in Y. That's every day that John does the podcast. I I, I make this deal with you, I'll I'll make a deal. I'll only eat McDonald's in the months that end in Y. Oh yeah, everybody. By the way, Frog grips. Scan the code at the bottom and use the code. Heat 120 for the next 24 hours and you'll get 20% off. Sorry to one up you there spin. Man hey as long as frog grips gets it. What is that heat 120? Yeah, Heat 120. Heat 120.

That's a little confusing. Like that? Yeah. You get $120.00 off a. $120.00 off 20% off for the next 24 hours 24. Hours. Go, go, go. Yeah, Intervals, Event 5, we'll call those, make those picks, John, and we'll come back after event five since there is a short turn around that work. All right, go to Heat 1. All right. All right, so this one intervals of 333 minutes each and then the last one is 4. Each round you must one of the athletes must do 60 heavy jump

rope. Athlete 2 has to do a 500 or 400 meter assault row. Athlete 3 has to do a 400 meter assault run. And then whatever time you have left in those intervals, you start at 2:00 at a time, 60 synchro single arm dumbbell thrusters. And then after you complete all those 40 synchro single arm dumbbell snatches and then 20 synchro single arm devil's press plus thruster. That's an interesting one I feel like you get hosed on. The run. That's going to be the slowest part of the.

Row. I don't know run in a row. I feel like. Jump rope is the easiest for sure. Yeah, the, the like you can, you can even break the jump rope in the time that the assault runner's going to finish. I can't see anybody rowing slower than they run that. 1:30 dude, you can run that in 1:30 if you're a good runner and then rowing 1 rowing 130's. You're right. You're you're, you're wrong man. Like. I don't think salt rower, I think is harder in the concept too.

Yeah, I think that this will have those pressed roster. I mean, I think the dumbbells the most important thing I really do. Yeah. But like, what teams are going to be just completely gassed out by doing that? Because, I mean, you only have one minute of work, so you got to go pretty fast. I mean, I don't think, I don't think you go fast. I think you just go at a decent clip every time because you're going to be there for a minute. You're going to do this four

times, right? And like, I would just treat it like you're just and like I think they'll have a little more than they'll have like 90 seconds. But the the ropes obviously what? You're not rowing in a minute 30. I have a minute 40. I think they'll have over a minute. It was like I hear I. Hear Miss Abby. Yeah, she's, she's waking up.

I, I, I think this is going to be made on the thrusters because 60 synchro single arm dumbbell thrusters like that squat feed who decides to squat really, really fast. And if you can hold that synchro, I just know there's going to be some teams that like do a thruster pause. 7050 See, I think that's easy, though the thrusters are the easiest piece to me. No, no, I know that. But the speed that people will move at is going to be different. It's not the not all, it's not

that it's difficult. It's just some people are going to move faster than others. And and how well did you do at synchro? Can move faster. Right. Can you synchro at a faster speed than the other people? For instance, if we did 35 LB thrusters, like Brian can do fifty in a row, right? But if I do 50 and he does 50, I'm still finishing my 56 seven reps ahead of him. Does that make sense? And then you put the sequel aspect on it.

Who? I think who whatever team does the thrusters the fastest, I think that team wins. And see, that's why I think like because of the risk for no reps, most of the teams, unless you're just not as fit as some of the other teams, most of the top teams will move all at the same speed on the thrusters. Oh, I don't. I think there's. Some teams that will try to go faster than others and then they'll risk it. Fair. And it might work out.

It might not work out when you. Do this if you're doing it, do you send the person that does the the dubs and the run to start the thrusters? Oh, so only two have to do the the weighting movement? Yeah, I mean, you can, you can sub in and out, right. But like. I would send the rower and the runner to the thrusters. What not the heavy double unders? No, because it's going to torch your shoulders. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Hold on. Yeah, but the double unders you could finish and.

They all have to do it. No, it's only two athletes on. Yeah. OK, two working at a time on the dumbbell. No, Tyler, though, it's 60 double under. You're going to have 30 seconds of rest. You might have 40 seconds of rest. Yeah, I guess you have a point. Like you're going to rest. I know it's heavy, but it's only 60 and then you're going to rest. Like you could do 20 and hang out, do 20 and hang out and do

20 and hang out. Yeah. You are good and I don't know for for me if I run if I run the same speed as I row, I'm feeling better on the runt after the run. Yeah, no, because the run's not hurting anything except. Unless I go unless I go over 2 minutes, right? But even that, either way it's. The run is not hurting anything except your lungs. And if your lungs can are fine, which you know these guys, their lungs are going to be fine. Like your muscles aren't

hurting. There's none of your muscles that are working where like you're you're rowing, your muscles are working. Like your arms are working, your pulling muscles are working, your leg hamstrings are working, your posterior is working running, your ankles are working. Like, like, like, you know, like, yeah, I would say the runner in the rope is who you send out there and then you just rotate accordingly. Why would you not in the notes like where it says 7050 include

that only two athletes do this? Because it's like they spell out with the three athletes do in the first part but don't the main. Part of the work edit says that, but then on the the actual. Elite description, yeah. It isn't. It's I I agree with Tyler, though, it's not. You should just write it everywhere and then and then I would just rotate accordingly. So like let's say this first one.

Zone 2 it's the time to finish. So when you finish the last 20 single arm devil's press plus thruster, you're that's your time, total time. So it could be. Devil's press into a thruster. Does that mean it starts the thruster starts at the top, so you do a devil's press and then you do a thruster. No what? You're not completing the devil's press if you don't do that, Ryan. Like if you do it into a squat clean thruster, that's not a devil. 'S yeah, I guess. I guess so, yeah.

So you. Yeah. So you. That's a long freaking Rep. Yeah. Those will be slow. So let's say you have on average, so the the runner and the rope person are going to be waiting for the rope person. So that means the rope person, like there's no transition time, right? Because they're just waiting until they're done. So I'll say 140, sure. So you'll have a minute and 20 seconds probably. 4 seconds of RIP on the synchro thrusters. No, I would say like.

The thrusters. 33 seconds I I I would say 20 thrusters a minute, maybe even more. I would say 25. Yeah, I'm fine with 25, I think. I think 30 thrusters is a little too quick. Well, OK, let's say 25. So then two rounds, this is interesting because you're going to have the thrusters, then you're going to go into the snatches. The snatches are fast though. Right. But I'm saying you're going to do the last 10 thrusters and then you're going to have the

snatches, right? So, but the snatches, you're going to be done. You could do 30 in a minute, right? So 10 and then 20, and then you're on the 3rd interval, you'll be done with the 20, and in the 4th interval you'll have like 15 Devil's press thrusters left to do. Yeah, that's what it'll be. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, real quick, everybody's arguing about that's crazy. Ivera, I believe spin established they're illegal for games including the Open.

Yes, they're technically illegal for the Open and I would say assume the in affiliate semifinals. However, Barry is correct, they aren't going to invalidate your score. Open score, so. But then Avera says they won't validate it if the the hurt. Their box won't validate it if the legal grips are used. That's wild. Like as a gym owner I'd be like I don't fucking care. I don't care if you put glue on. Dude dude I don't care either man.

Like like if if my regular gym person goes am I allowed to wear this? I'm like, does anybody, is anybody ever going to see anything that you're doing? Like, no offense to you, but I don't think you're going to get red flagged. No. That's like the guy that's going to hit a 185 in the open workout, like not use a girl bar 'cause they don't want like somebody to invalidate it. And it's like, it's OK, bro, you're going to be, you're going to be fine. Yeah, Vera, the standard is established.

Should we not expect squats to depth? That's different. And I know that I'm being, I don't know if it's hypocritical or what, but some too, but it's like it's just so silly. The the squat depth thing is like you're actually changing the time that it takes to do a Rep with the grips. It's just a feel. You're not. You're not drastically

increasing your output. I, I would after using the frog grips, I think in my opinion, they are sticky, but they're just as sticky if you go load it up with chalk on the other on a regular pair. The the difference is you don't have to continue to reach chalk because you're not supposed to. You don't you don't want to use chalk on the rubber grips,

right? And I would say actually if you're at a gym, using the rubber grips is probably a little bit risky because of the likelihood that there's chalk all over every pull up. Bar sure. So, you know, Phillip, the grips are in the live competition segment of the rule book and the Open isn't. All right, all right, come on. It's a dead competition. All right, Phillip, here we go. Rule book. Time. Rule book. Let's read along equipment policy 7 point O1.

This is tell me where it says in person athletes may not use protective gear in the mirror that provides additional grip assistance or weight support that would say in general, which would apply to all stages of the competition. You may not use the rubber based grips. Now if you go down here to seven point O3, the specific attire requirement requirements, This is where they will check it, look at it, scan it. Hand protection. The gripping service may not be tacky or sticky.

Read the whole sentence. Read the whole sentence. Sounded out spin. Where was it? 7 point O1 athletes may not use protective gear in a manner that provides additional grip assistance or weight support, for example, wrapping the grip completely around the pull up bar during pull ups, for example. Glad you read the whole sentence comment.

Support attire that is not allowed includes but is not limited to knee or elbow wraps, gymnastic dowel grips and tacky non chalk substances used to enhance grip. Would you like me to keep going there, Phillip all? Right, I'm going to pick the boys for that fifth of the 5th event. Oh yeah, we never got to that part. There you go. I'm going with Team PJS. I'm going to pick BJ's S by flex. What is the name? Phillip No, No. Come on, come on, Brian, I'm. What? I'm sorry he's distracted.

Me, I'm ready to leave this podcast. Wow. I'm going team go on and. Who's your flex? By Flex. The Boys. All right. Who? What is the name of Amy or Lucy Campbell's team again? Lucy still the little McDonald's. No, Lucy Campbell. Oh, Lucy Campbell. Yeah, Lucy Campbell's on a team. Who was it? It should be called Lucy and the other two. British frogs. Yeah, British frogs. Is it or you just saying that? No, no, no, no, no. That's what it is. OK, I'm picking them. British Frogs.

Is that them? They're not doing so hot. The British Frog squad? Yeah. British Frog squad. Lucy Campbell, Jennifer Muir and Taylor Howe. No See. I fucking John. What? You said, is that Lucy's team? Lucy. Campbell Oh, I said wait, wait, wait. I see, I see. Whoops. I was looking at the wrong team. Yeah, but I'm going to. Get out of here. Oh my goodness, Tyler. Taylor Howard, Jennifer Muir, Lucy Campbell. Yeah, that's what I'm going with. It's. A terrible pick I'm.

Going to go Relife salt Bay. I'm going with the Broadway girls on on this one. OK, I don't mind it. Yeah, Haley's got to do double unders though. Just sixty of them. She can manage. She has she has two minutes to go do that. I mean, watching the first two women's seats, everybody that is or No, that's a different one. Sorry. No, Wrong, wrong event. You guys got me all mixed up. Yeah, I think that no, they got that one. They could do that. All right.

I got Team Go on the boys and Broadway girls. Tracelet Chase. For my Plex God. OK, good, good. Tyler, I do want can you add up all the points at the end of the weekend for all four leagues? Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. I just see who the overall winner is. Oh, it's Ben thinks he's the overall. Winner. I'm so, so individual. Are you high in all of? Them individual top ten. I'm 6th. Yeah, there we go. A shot caller individual I am 93rd so I dropped off on Friday but teams top ten on 22nd and

heat one shot caller I am 29th. Damn, you might be. No, dude, there's there's I think the real CrossFit analyst is like really high in like all of them too. That's their name. Yeah, he was like fifth in one of them. Did you see Sprague was like 2 spots ahead of you? John on Shot Caller. One spot ahead of me. Yeah. I don't see the real analyst on team top 10. Sorry about you, so let. Let me, let me. So maybe it maybe it balances out with my individual.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. You got to do them all. You got to do them all. Heartwarming moment. Oh, he's in 90. He's in 97th. Dude, I think he's got you, dude, because he, he, you were 93rd in one of them, right? Yeah, it ain't over yet. It ain't over but. I think it's close. Let's say I'm just saying I'm I'm near the top. Had a pretty good weekend. I was, I am 96 to 106th and all four, Yeah, yeah, yeah. Consistent. My team picks have gone crazy. I pick.

I pick fun picks on the on the individual. Err on shot caller on that. Yeah, yeah, you just did the same thing. This game's about me, John. All right. If you if you pick Lucy Campbell to be first place, I think you automatically should win. It doesn't matter who's ahead of you, you win. Or if you even did it because you just picked her because you liked her. Doesn't matter. Does it matter if you should see up the people that picked Lucy

Campbell to win? Those are the only people that should qualify for like whatever prize he wants now and then you pick the most accurate one of those people. I'm going to, I, I meant to text Adam before I'm going to have him run to see if anybody picked her to win. I think that Lucy Campbell winning is probably the biggest upset of all time. Yeah, yeah. Probably. Can you think of one bigger? When we, when we think about her win like there's not like an

asterisk, right? Like all the events, like the programming? How would there have been an asterisk? Just like the programming alone, like is there programming bias where we're like she didn't really earn it or that there's nothing right? It was a pretty tame handstand push up event right I'm saying. I'm saying. Yeah. Yeah. All right, 4th heat, final heat of the women is getting ready to start.

We will take a we're not going to come back after this one of because there's literally a 15 minute turn around. So it'll go this event right now. Then it'll go to the intervals. We'll be back at 3:45 Eastern for a recap of event four and five, and look ahead to the final event later this evening to see which teams Tier 1 of Palooza champions. We'll see you in a few hours. I apologize to absolutely nobody.
