Okay, so you are having an anxiety attack. It's okay, everything is fine. You are not alone. I am here to guide you through it and I will be here until you are feeling good again. π
Facts about anxiety:Β
β’ EVERYONE gets anxiety, alot of people just don't know that it is anxiety they are experiencing. You are NEVER EVER alone.
β’ Having anxiety doesn't EVER make you a burden. It makes you HUMAN.
β’ Not "having" anxiety is a sign of low empathy, low understanding regarding act and consequence and low levels of emotional understanding. You anxiety is not a problem, it's a result of being aware of what is happening around you. It's a completely natural response.
β’ Having anxiety attacks is the bodies way of communicating that it needs a relief. Crying helps. Crying is good.
Things that can lower your anxiety:
Place something cold on your chest
Drink something hot or cold
Eat something
Sleep
Dance
Go for a walk
Watch a good movie
Call a friend
Make a list of things you are grateful for (the body has a hard time feeling anxiety and gratefulness at the same time)
Do yoga practice mindfulness
Meditate
Go watch the sunset/dawn
Journal
Draw
Create
Listen to meditation musicΒ
