3. Go find those people
4. You find these people by seeing who buys products and who joins companies first (Ex: Who buys the iPhone I)
5. Serve the heaven out of these people
6. Serve these people again
7. Serve these people again
8. Serve these people again
9. While serving, serve = charge full price
10. Serve all the Jeromes even more
11. During Steps 3-10, you were supposed to be fixing and improving your product
12. Once you get to the dollar amount you believe you deserve, go and take the big boys’ customers
