After asking my community what you all wanted to hear about most on this podcast, it became clear that my morning routine was a hot topic. So today, I’m diving deep into how I create my mindful morning routine and what changes exist within this.

I am someone who suffers from anxiety and have done so throughout my life, so for me having a morning routine that sets me up positively for the day ahead is crucial. I am prone to waking up with a racing heart, busy mind and if I’m not mindful in the morning, the day can quickly get away from me.


On the episode today I will go through:

  • Three key components that I include in my morning routine and how you can create these for yourself
  • How my morning routine changes so that I never get bored
  • The value I place on the different seasons of my life and how best to support them
  • An example of what my summer morning routine looks like


Little disclaimer here for you all, our days are likely going to look very different. I don’t have children, I live by the ocean and I really love the morning and waking up early. However, you might not be a morning person. This is the routine that I have tweaked for myself to fully support the best version of me. I urge you to look deep within to find the routine that works for your specific needs and stage of life.
