In this episode John follows on from his podcast about signs to identify a toxic relationship with his tips on signs showing you may have experienced emotional abuse in the past. One of the reasons why we find ourselves in a toxic relationship cycle is due to emotional abuse experienced in our childhood, but how can we identify when this is the case?
