You’re asking too much of your team

Try not to read too much into the title because it’s a straight forward as it gets. 

In my experience, Network Marketing “leaders” have not had enough discernment to distinguish between what the team needs vs what they WANT the team to need. 

The most important aspect of leadership is knowing how to responsibly wield the influence given to us

All too often I’ve seen individuals in positions of prominence use their influence irresponsibly and so many potential future leaders are burned as a result. 

Be wise with your influence and what you’re asking of your team.
