Blame and finger pointing — it’s an absolute killer of business.  Yes, things happen and I’m not here to invalidate any of the reasons your business isn’t where you want it to be.  But, while I acknowledge that there can be external circumstances beyond our control, it’s imperative we take responsibility for the results in our business.

Making excuses, pointing fingers leads to inaction.  Once you take responsibility and ownership, you empower yourself to take action.

And of course action leads to results, which is what we want for our businesses
