Exclusivity works very well from a sales psychology standpoint.  Consumers are willing to pay premium dollar for access to exclusive products and services.  The more exclusive, the higher the price they’re willing to pay.

But there is a risk.  Sometimes exclusivity can become toxic, used to keep people out, to purposefully exclude.  The exclusivity comes from not “allowing” certain groups of people access.

You can be inclusive while also practicing exclusivity in your business.  This is done by allowing your audience the choice.  Your marketing funnel allows people to select for themselves what level of exclusivity they’d like to participate in.

That’s the beauty of this entire model.   People make their own choice and you simply provide high quality service at every level.  In fact, the better the quality of the value you give, the more you increase the likelihood of people selecting higher levels of exclusivity (ie - more sales and profit)

So provide exclusivity in your business through your offerings and make those offering available for everyone to choose what level they’d like to participate.
