Putting on Your First LIVE Paid Course
Episode description
Live courses have their unique set of challenges. PAID live courses raise the stakes even higher. The pressures of delivering a high level of value in a paid course are multiplied ten-fold.
So here are some things to consider before jumping into your first paid offering.
Don’t rush it. Beyond the content of the course itself, there are so many moving pieces even with the simplest of events.
To manage this, I got my feet wet with a free class first. This allowed me to tackle a few moving pieces without sacrificing the quality of the course content.
A few times over, adding more and more of the back end logistics, and before you know it, I was ready to put on my first paid course.
The other thing I want to remind you of is your content itself. It takes priority over everything else. Bells and whistles, aesthetics and production value can suffer but content cannot.
No matter how complicated or simple your event logistics are, you must always strive to over deliver. Teach you a$$ off
I will report back once my event is done and share reflections things I’ve learned. Until then if you would like to join us, you can still register at the link below.
