Overwhelmed and Stuck? - What to do when you don’t know what to do

When you’re feeling overwhelmed and perhaps like an impostor for even thinking about trying to accomplish the things you’re trying to accomplish, there are things you can do to help you press on.
Feeling this way in normal. Once the initial excitement wears off and all we’re left with is work, we can feel like tossing in the towel and giving up.
So what should we do?
1) Grow self-awareness
2) Make sure you have a structure/schedule in place to keep you on track
3) Evaluate and see what’s missing from your process (give strong consideration to the things you’ve been avoiding)
Keeping your head about you and following these three tips will help keep your momentum moving in the right direction, even when the newness wears off
